Kind of tempted to take those 9s out.
I usually play RMs, or potential RMs. Sometimes they take a month and sometimes they take years. I rarely quick flip.
All I've been doing here is watching price action. Haven't done any real DD. I will soon.
Hey crew. Been watching for a while. Looking for a good entry. Anyone have any thoughts on upcoming events here?
"The Company's sole officer and director has a 78.58% equity interest in the Company"
That's why I'm buying.
Been doing the same.
What is false about the info on the study that you posted? The estimated date of completion? You do realize it is an estimate, right?
Isn't it more concerning that they can't find 30 people to complete the study?
Or even more concerning that management obviously doesn't give a shit about the study? Hell, I'll find you 35 people and I couldn't care less if it ever gets completed.
Time to wake up and smell the roses. Management is the problem, they are not your friend.
Regarding shelf space... I've worked in the consumer retail space. If a product is compelling to a buyer, literally a single buyer at any major retail outlet, they will make room for it.
Either no one wants it... or they don't know it exists. Simple as that. I think it's both but someone with a vested interest in this company would probably blame the latter and that just boils down to... you guessed it - management!
Hoping to get some more soon. Bid sitting at .06.
Ivo owns 13 million of the 16 million OS. That's all I needed to know.
Think it's a matter of when, not if.
Can you share email address of CEO?
Pretty comical when the topic of conversation progresses from celebrating the lack of .0005s, to dilution, to reverse splits, to lack of FDA clearance, to no results for over a decade.
Go BIEL! Killing the competition with no tangible results since inception!
Serious question - do you guys think AW buys a magnet in every country he visits?
Anybody have the CEOs email address here?
Bid and ask don't mean anything outside of market hours.
People/MMs have limit day orders that can expire and cause either to move to the next order which in some cases can be much lower or higher than where the price sits after close.
While it isn't there yet, this stock will eventually hit .0001, give it time. If you don't believe me simply look at the filings. +17 billion OS and most likely growing by the day. Little to no buying pressure. Not good.
Couldn't resist... added more.
Yes, based on BIEL's stellar track record I'm sure it's all the University of Oxfords fault...
NOT!!!! LOL
In at 2.75.
RMs don't happen overnight.
Pretty simple, if you believe in the play here, accumulate while the board is quiet.
Your patience will pay off when the chasing crowd comes, and they will. Watch and see.
Wrong again! Google it, read and try again.
As in ticker change?
Right, one itsy bitsy little actipatch in a sea full of giants.
Killing the competitors with its lack of progress, sales and market share since 2000 - woohoo!
But wait... there's more - you can own a piece of the +17 billion (and climbing) share pie for a measly $0.0006 and never see a return, ever! Woohoo! Sign me up!
Got a fill! In at .10.
Maybe a profit taker or two will wake up tomorrow, I hope so.
If they don't, I think it's going to be difficult to get shares under .20 considering it took, what, 13,250 to take this from .1 to .2 today...
We shall see.
"Hey Arnold - 12 to 15 Bill, but not to worry - Corp received FDA OTC clearance for Plantar Fasciitis and knee joint Feb 3rd this year - waiting for general clearance now. Absolutely no reason why FDA should not issue general clearance ASAP - defies logic as back connected to hip, to leg, to knee, etc."
The OS is over 17 billion per the company. Look at the latest quarterly report.
Can you please clarify the latter half of your statement?
"Corp received FDA OTC clearance for Plantar Fasciitis and knee joint Feb 3rd this year - waiting for general clearance now. Absolutely no reason why FDA should not issue general clearance ASAP - defies logic as back connected to hip, to leg, to knee, etc."
Who is waiting for general clearance now? General clearance for knee and foot? Or general clearance as in anywhere on the body?
Opportunity for a FS as well?
Bidding today as well... didn't get anything. Might have to slap it tomorrow.
Here is a quick synopsis:
BIEL has been "selling" the same story and device for over a decade with little to no progress, in terms of sales - and absolutely no progress in terms of adding (or even maintaining) shareholder value. BIEL excels at printing shares though.
Management prints shares (mostly to their own family members) like it is going out of style.

Well, that's a kick in the pants. Shoulda dumped after the merger when I was up 300%.
A$$hole management. FS followed by an RS. Hopefully they epically fail in the future.
Was poking around on the SOS site.
Just noticed this: http://nvsos.gov/SOSEntitySearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=W2w9dGDO14k%252bLF%252fGMqCpag%253d%253d&nt7=0
Just sharing to share I guess.
"On the delay;
Only after FDA clearance was the company able to begin working with lawyers and FDA on new packaging and advertising langueage.
After that, they can design and order the packaging
Then they can ramp up production and fulfillment of the product."
Wrong. Packaging and any marketing advertisements are part of the 510(k) submission.
https://www.fda.gov/MedicalDevices/DeviceRegulationandGuidance/HowtoMarketYourDevice/PremarketSubmissions/PremarketNotification510k/ucm134572.htm#link_3
"Even shipping and customs take some time from china to USA."
Now that I will agree with.
If my company had a 15 year head start we would have everything lined up in anticipation of 510k approval. BIEL and its management, not so much.
Are you simply referring to the amended 8-K from a couple days ago?
Or are you implying that merging with a dark shell to stay dark is logical?
Either way, thanks for the chuckle.
Sorry, let me rephrase that... I want an 8-K. Does that help?
I've been in several dark shell RM's (two this year already) and the funny smell here without taking a deep dive is the missing 8-K...
No. Not at all what I'm looking for. I want the SEC stamp of approval.
Until I see an 8-K stating otherwise - I will agree with you.
Interesting that they amended an 8-K from 2014 a couple of days ago... Either a bold move by a brilliant scammer or something official is in the works.
Will be watching to see if resistance holds tomorrow.
Where is the name change?
Thanks, I used the most recent press release as a starting point.
Where is the 8-K stating the merger and name change? Looks like they amended one in June, other than that no activity since 2014 with the SEC.
The only missing piece is merger approval, then 8-K? I've never seen an RM with a dark shell where the shell stays dark... is that even possible... does anyone know?
Basic DD in 5 minutes here.
Does anyone know if these guys have filed anything with the NY DOS? They've been dissolved and inactive since June 2016.
https://appext20.dos.ny.gov/corp_public/CORPSEARCH.ENTITY_INFORMATION?p_token=F0560DB4BD534DF61BFFC4A2DD09E758F7F1D33B82782514D69639E9E41D04556625F15F42C4BEFC38F123BD91FD5A3A&p_nameid=A67A3D7B32DBA512&p_corpid=1D375C6E60F911F4&p_captcha=15815&p_captcha_check=F753CAF641E89166&p_entity_name=Dolat&p_name_type=%25&p_search_type=CONTAINS&p_srch_results_page=0
Looks like they were originally incorporated in NV...
Anyway, they will need to file several documents with the NY DOS to be reinstated.
They are obligated to file a certificate of amendment with the DOS for a name change...

"Duke, you have to understand that period was pre FDA approval. The product or company was being evaluated by many during that period. We are now in a different era post FDA approval."
That "period" was 14 years! Look at the price action and continued toxic financing... what exactly is different post FDA approval here?
"Expect revenues to increase as Actipatch becomes a household name, and investors fight for shares. Everything is timing. The timing now is on investors' side. Hence, this stock is grossly undervalued!"
Sure, revenues may increase but the hole here for investors is deep and getting deeper everyday. The OS is probably around 20 billion now, no one is or will be "fighting for shares".
Ah, I see, mobile. Perhaps even more readily available but... does it work?
Time to do some homework.
Just seeing this stock for the first time.
Can anyone explain why this technology is better than elastography with Ultrasound?
Ultrasound is so cheap and readily available... tough to beat.
A little food for thought on this beautiful 4th of July!!!
Shell Companies – Any stock issued by an issuer after becoming a “shell company”21 is restricted and not trade able (including under Rule 144 of the Securities Act) until the issuer acquires an operating business and files a Form 8-K or Form 10 disclosing such information about the acquired business as typically required in a registration statement. This is particularly relevant to many shell companies as a significant motivation for “going dark” may be to avoid the cost of preparing the ‘jumbo” Form 8-K in the event the shell company acquires an operating business.
FOOTNOTE 21: A “shell company” is defined by Rule 12b-2 under the Exchange Act as an issuer with “no or nominal operations and either no or nominal assets, assets consisting solely of cash and cash equivalents, or assets consisting of any amount of cash and cash equivalents and nominal other assets.”
