Does anyone know if these guys have filed anything with the NY DOS? They've been dissolved and inactive since June 2016.

Looks like they were originally incorporated in NV...

Anyway, they will need to file several documents with the NY DOS to be reinstated.

They are obligated to file a certificate of amendment with the DOS for a name change...
