Hello Jack....you know the score so take care.
Back to $3 maybe even $20. So I am told!!!
Hello Jack...don't expect this to move until Jason and the board stops arguing about who is first to get down in the hole with a pickaxe, who is going to swing the sledge hammer but no worry about lunch as Tina will handle that. Place an order next Monday .0006 x 2 MM shares AON.
Jason...you know your dads buddies would rather have you hammering rocks and shoveling instead of you being boss. Heck, who is going to do all the shoveling now?
We are back to current with New CEO!!
Post 1307 and 1308 have absolutely nothing to do with GSTX.
Graphene Foam Helps Turn Human Movement Into Electrical Energy
August 7, 2023
LINK
Marco Caffio from Integrated Graphene
A graphene foam material has helped researchers turn “wasted” energy from human movement into electricity.
Aimed at powering small electronic devices and Internet of Things (IoT) sensors, a new triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) was developed by a team from the Institute of Thin Films, Sensors and Imaging (ITFSI) at the University of the West of Scotland (UWS).
The team used 3D graphene foam material Gii from Stirling firm Integrated Graphene as an active layer in the new generator.
The research, published in Nano Energy, showed that the force of a human footprint on a pressure-sensitive mat equipped with Gii-TENG sensors can produce enough energy to anonymously keep track of people entering or leaving a room.
“Through our work with Integrated Graphene, we have proven that using Gii-material – an advanced type of three-dimensional graphene (3DG) foam – as an active layer in triboelectric nanogenerators can work as a reliable and cost-effective energy-harvesting power source for autonomous sensors and electronics,” said Dr Carlos Garcia Nuñez, lecturer at UWS. “This discovery has enormous potential for the booming global Internet of Things industry.”
As well as monitoring building occupancy, the mats could help to optimise energy resources by controlling room temperature as people enter and exit, or to inform carbon dioxide monitoring.
TENGs have been investigated as a technique for converting mechanical energy into electrical energy for about 20 years. Efforts to develop commercially viable devices have been hampered by low durability, limited energy output and inefficiency, however.
“The addition of Gii to TENG has opened up a whole new world of possibilities due to its unique properties, including high surface area, porosity, light weight, and superior electrical properties,” claimed Integrated Graphene.
Other solutions could include self-powered wearable biosensors for early diagnosis of health conditions including cardiovascular disease, gout and diabetes, or devices that harvest mechanical energy from the movement of cars and pedestrians.
“With the number of IoT devices interlinked worldwide forecast to reach 100bn by 2030, there is a clear need for new sustainable energy sources and technologies which can meet the power demand from our reliance on technology,” said Marco Caffio, CSO of Integrated Graphene.

MENAFN- PRLog) -- Following a heartfelt incident involving Bingo, a Toronto K9 officer shot in the line of duty, the Nova Graphene team has announced a significant pivot in their product development strategy. Originally focused on designing 3D-printed graphene-enhanced ballistic armor for human military and law enforcement personnel, the team has now fast-tracked the development of similar armor specifically designed for service animals.
In an inspired display of ingenuity, empathy, and shared purpose, the team at Nova Graphene unanimously agreed to expedite animal scanning and prototyping while conducting an early body scan test for their current armor project.
The decision came as a reaction to the tragic news about Bingo, highlighting the critical importance of ensuring the safety of these brave service animals.
"We've always had plans to develop protective equipment for service animals.
They serve on the front lines alongside their human partners, risking their lives for our safety," said CEO Paul Beasant from Nova Graphene.
"The incident with Bingo was a catalyst, underscoring the urgency and necessity of this technology for these brave animals.
As with their 2-legged counterparts, we are working towards custom printing this armor from 3D body scans, so the fit, comfort, mobility, and survivability are optimized for the wearer."
Nova Graphene's armor, enhanced with the 'wonder material' graphene, boasts an array of impressive properties.
Graphene is lightweight yet harder than diamond, and when used in armour, it drastically improves penetration and impact resistance.
A trailblazer in the cutting-edge field of graphene applications, Nova Graphene has already gained recognition for their innovative R&D work.

Jack maybe this will help but aside from this there are other possible problems?
I really thought since the 10-K was filed trading would start but the more I think about the Expert Market it will be up to the SEC to approve a 211 filing from this company. They may have filed it but GSTX may still be waiting on that approval. The 211 also includes a MM to handle this stock among other things and the 211 filing is new to me, also don't know if typical traders would see that filing but is mandatory if the company wishes to trade within the USA market again.
Note...it maybe very hard to unload this so be super careful. I think I will send you a PM on Friday between 4-5 pm .
Are you kidding?

Careful a RS is coming.......
Jack...you be careful messing with this since they filed their 10-k...Roger's son Jason is now involved as a director so it looks like he traded his wheel barrel and pick for an easier way to make money.
look how they word their business (We are "primarily focused" on providing the materials and technologies for a greener future. GSTX has a portfolio of projects in the cleantech are with:
• Patented and novel technologies.
• Proven products with exclusive geographical distribution rights.
• Ground-breaking new innovations.
• Mineral resources that critical to the high-tech supply chain.

Please do not trust this company spots don't change and besides they have never ever made any money just talk and nothing more, honestly.
Of course he was and will show you where he started. He worked with Nancy who was the President of MFMI - Media Forum International. This is where I first heard of Roger being able to raise several million dollars but was that really true? I'm not sure but only recall that MFMI was just Roger's. I believe he used Nancy as a spring board and that she probably didn't want to either work with him or continue MFMI.

RIP Roger May? No way. He was an absolute thief and international conman. With his son Jason, both were convicted of fraud on the 6th of Aug 2007 in the Victorian County Court, Melbourne on charges brought by ASIC, and both received suspended prison sentences. They fit the Victorian Govt definition of Organised Crime. They have fleeced many people of tens of millions of dollars that I know about, how many more? Good riddance to Roger May, a classic corporate psychopath. Hopefully Jason will soon be next. Criminals.
Hey LocWolf,, pls don't feel alone,, here is a list of the SSRG fallen,, maybe your name is in that list,, I remain yous for the arsking.

I wonder what "Rudolf Ladyzhenskii" is into these days talk about some memories.
Roger May's hands are tied and his gold spoon mouth finally silenced but sincerely hated to see him die. He had hurt many and myself let him clip me twice 1st time $140k and even went back for seconds and thirds so maybe around $200k total. He had a gold tongue that would not be silenced until now. What was sad to see since 1999 no company under his direction ever was successful for retail shareholders. Anyone here thinking about Jason May stepping up to the plate I doubt that but if he does I will be watching and waiting.
Tell that to the wife and family of Pat Brophy who he and shareholders allegedly killed.
R.I.P. Roger he was a great guy!
Source was local (Auz) scuttle and family.
Inside information? yes I know a bit.
Just ask if you ever want to know.
OK, but I'm not sure what this is:
been watching your message board for a long time hoping that you might have taken guidance from LocWolf.
! have known RM since 2008 and been watching your message board for a long time hoping that you might have taken guidance from LocWolf.
Many lives destroyed, so much of others $$ taken and lost,, much heartache, much BS and so many questionable representations.
I notice his ihub account only opened 27 Aug.
Possibly he's family, or a friend, or somebody who was asked to post that info on this board?
I'll assume it's something like that.
No longer important, and I'm moving on...
What's your point? Did you read my question?
Not sure why you feel the need to make a snide BS remark in reply to a question that wasn't asked of you - as you say, the filing appeared YESTERDAY.
On 27 Aug it was posted on this board that Roger passed away.
I asked where he got that information.
He hasn't answered that simple question.
I gather some are not aware of SEC filings
The news about Roger was filed yesterday, I gather some are not aware of SEC filings? https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/1497649/000157570522000637/gstx_8k.htm
I simply asked where you heard the news
be patient for public release, family very upset, and as you should all know, family have a lot to deal with now.
Info 100% correct, be patient for public release, family very upset, and as you should all know, family have a lot to deal with now.
Huh - no mention on twitter or website.
He just "signed" a 10-Q last week...
Where did you hear the news?
Jack...do you see the bait trade
Yes seen the filing yesterday...all that had to do with the new rules which started last September, you be careful with this one it will bite and not let go, talk at you later have fun.
It’s back trading.
As of March 31, 2022, we had $23,468 in total current assets,
RM, is that a truck, pick, shovels and wheel barrel for Jason to use or what?
Results of Operation
For the fiscal quarters ended March 31, 2022 and 2021, we generated no revenues, and thus no cost of sales or gross profits.
For the fiscal quarters ended March 31, 2022 and 2021, we incurred $13,276,911 and $4,211,704 respectively in operating expenses.
For the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2022 we recorded other expenses of $25,428, while in the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2021, we incurred expenses of $29,827

Out stand RM after 22 years without 1 public company ever being successful for typical retail investors. So you are able to rise all kinds of money? Where is it didn't Australia ask the same questions? At least you can still enjoy New Port...maybe I should fly into John Wayne Airport and visit again?
Jack, don't bite on this except to sell when you can?
If you actually have shares in this just figure out how to ease on out. You already know RM is a smooth talker, you have been clued in on his MO and you are not some kid but I gotta tell you it never has been for us shareholders 20 years ago or now, and never will be. The money will just move in a circle back to Roger or he will say the company is broke. At times he will offer 144 stock in another corporation to offset loses but those moves are of the same too. When I tell you since 1999 that RM has never made the typical retail shareholder any money involving ANY public trading company any money since 1999 from Th USA to Australia that is fact. Look as I said in the past RM is a super likeable guy and easy to talk with. He will phone you from Australia or what ever Country he is in and as you know he remains wealthy with the gold spoon in his mouth yet never do any of these corporation make money. All RM has to do is dot his I's and cross his T's. One of the key factors is that RM will mix match several corporations and you start to wonder how this will work? It simply works for RM and not you. The other problem is his professionals that come and go don't even bother to look back and I have seen (in the past way back) super professional to come on board of one of RM's companies and it just never happens or they see just what is transpiring or not transpiring. His spots will never change and they don't need to. You might shake your head at what I just said but RM eats stock shares to make money for him. You see keeping the OS shares low. The more shares he consumes the less value for you.
Now what was that about a $50 million dollar loan or something around that value that RM put out in a press release or SEC filing. That was within the last 6 month if I recall? That is typical of RM and that just won't happen...it will be absorbed and forgotten.
The Quarts operation takes 3 phases correct so he is trying to build the first quarts eating machinery. Do you recall in a filing that Roger was obligated to fill Asian orders before doing stuff in Australia or the USA. If any of the quarts projects ever happen it will be for Asian benefactor. Why? if you look in the SEC filings all this originated in Singapore.
Never believe a CEO but tend to look real hard at the SEC filings from the get go.
Roger...if you should happen to read this do hope you are doing as well as can be expected. We are getting up in age aren't we. BTW...Does Jason still have his aquariums or has he out grown that. Hey I could always fly into JW Airport for lunch?
Well he did file file the 10k for gstx! Maybe it can trading again.
That is good that you were able to salvage something. RM is great to talk with but what he does is have shares in other corporations or should I say control and he is able to loan the company some funds and charge for services where as he never loses. He was born with a gold spoon in his mouth and loves California. Not one of his public company's that he has been involved in has ever been successful but as I said prior he is a likable guy but seems to fall short in paying certain people money. All the facts remain in past posts in this message thread and I had hoped you would do well here but you probably figured over time that trying to sell enough shares before the share price falls out is very hard. Anyways RM always wins and retail shareholders always lose. One of the early signs for investors to look at is RM ability to twist several companies more of less out of the blue with professionals that were famous or had made money yet RM has nothing to actually show shareholders. Take the mines he is to salvage to make the first stage of sand. I personally believe that that area was already pick over by larger corporations already but as I said I really don't know. Next what other goodies can be extracted from that Quarts rock that investors here may not know about that could be headed into someone else's pockets...again I don't know but something must be removed from the quarts to keep this idea moving forward until RM decides to drum up a new idea or something to try and compensate a pending failure as usual business. I would love to see him successful in returning something to retail investors but doubt that will ever happen. Watch the mixing of companies and the revolving musical chairs. I recall Drakes had him all figured out in 1999 and I like you bought into at least 3 of RM companies and never made any money and when and if he gives you 144 restricted shares in any of his additional deals the cost for you to un restrict those shares are massive.
It does sound like RM is getting into water purification...this will be another loss for his retail shareholders. As you see it is never ending with RM.
In the future if you see RM starting any other public trading corporation please let me know.
Got to admit LocWolf you were right. Got out with a small profit so I was lucky. Seems like you called it on the head. Saw it is below a penny and failed to report so it looks delisted. Good luck .
No doubt you can always count on RM to spend $35 million of your money just to lose the same $35 million in a years time. I tried to warning any investors since RM MO hasn't changed in over 22 years.
...hope a few were able to get out from underneath RM typical moves.
