Need to find out the price / barrel they can still make money at.

WTI is dropping, Brent is floating up
I hope its better than this crap Windows 8.1 as I've had to restore factory reset about 5 times already, as someone kept getting on and screwed with IE couldn't save picture to disk without some kind of dump and reset. I assume some may be from Mircosoft trying to fix earlier whatevers... But bother Norton Internet and Webroot Secure couldn't stop it. But at least when I factory restore I get another 30 free days of Norton... lol
This is pure BS news, Secure Dell Windows 8.1 Tablet Offers Mobile Computing up to Top Secret level (one has to be insane to think a Windows product is secure). Every chip, every driver, every BIOS has to be NATO made (remember recent news of Chinese used chips in computers to hack in - this one I have is Toshiba and I don't trust them at all either with all the software and bypass and the AMD underpowered E1 it just is worthless - I've come close to smashing it to pieces but what else is their? Nothing... Firefox OS on a phone? lol (they're like MS have updates to Firefox browser all the time)... BONG!
It's been following oil prices since big dump of lower oil prices and big amounts of debt due (in like 3 years or whatever)... If they got buyers for the senior notes before OPEC meeting then what will defuse worries short term. But they are a buyout target at these prices but from whom (not Exxon they sold them some of their lots that they deemed not big enough for them). BP is law suit paralyzed....
They told me they could make money at 70/bbl, (or 60/bbl can't remember which it was too long ago) but they also told me they weren't interested in Eagleford, etc. that their expertise was with Gulf shelf. So who wants Gulf 1k/bbl well lines when better well pays per day in Eagleford (which is moving to pass Permian Basin on oil per day production)?
Just remember what happened back when NG was dropping because of shell gas, it went below 2/Mcf like to 1.80/Mcf and it was doom and gloom then. No telling how far big money will play it down.
And for most of November almost every day oil would be up in world markets but as soon as American glut traders opened it dropped (almost every time). Call Pastor Lyndsey Williams as ask him what the oil executives have planned.... (it real, they run the show).

And last article had links to another Russian reason to oppose NATO on gas field off Syrian coast (Dec 2013) http://www.globalresearch.ca/israel-gas-oil-and-trouble-in-the-levant/5362955
I was looking around with searches for Firefox after recovering my laptop and found Firefox OS which listed a lot of smartphones by Alcatel that it would run on. Wonder it this is the push (along with the internet expansion).

Ah, thanks... Ruble with a new symbol... is being worked on... I found where bank made a contrary remarks...

Thanks, y'all too, Happy Thanksgiving.
Okay, so here's a nice risk yesterday, AXCG, Eyes On The Go, Gander.tv , I figure price went down on CEO acting like a real company and wanting to just give info in real reporting form filings or news releases after responding to e-mails and calls for a long time... thus causing panic sells. I never worried about it and held, meant to call broker yesterday and buy more ($400 at .0002 two days ago close, yeah baby... but forgot doing stuff in Albuquerque staying in North of Santa Fe in Net10 don't work well there and almost never in Los Alamos...) But, that guessing of what the CEO is doing does not mean it is... I think my average is .0015 and could've doubled for 400 late Tuesday... lol but I thought heck might as well wait nothing to keep it from continued... wrong... CEO wife, company officer, responded on FB or something the other and closed yesterday at .0004 ... sigh...
I have to drive to Santa Fe to use the phone but usually use just outside of Alb maybe if I can get away from the Harris Corp. stingray's... stinking feds won't leave me alone...
It will not be any good unless they pump in this month's success (revenue maybe not too much profits), I would assume since nothing changed until recent financing for products to sell.
Russia bought over 150 million metric tons of gold this year (read recently) and until I read yesterday that the big Russian oilman went to visit OPEC I was sure they were going to stick with market share.
I'm starting to tilt... Russia has sent old aircraft real close to our airspace (bombers and fighters seems like a month ago)... okay so that could've been to get a rise in gold prices with hindsight... but with some analyst claiming gold is head for 700/t.oz. it seems nuts to be buying gold... Is Russia preparing for war with NATO or whomever over Crimea? Or Syria? Or are they really willing to join China looney general that wanted to nuke every US city just prior to 9/11 (like the year before).. and with NAFTA a hole in defense, it'll be easy to slowly drop in one (1) elite force as passenger in NAFTA truck per truck per days... they could have a whole army or more here in the states already (China that is). Russia already has many sleeper immigrants... I could go on for a long time.
Then Brazil just hit a new find, they'll want to keep their market share. Nigeria is hurting, they'll keep market share. Ven. Mex... so market share was a shoe-in until Russia is flexing muscle in OPEC. Saudi wants to deal with US except behind the scenes and most likely has nukes already from Russia if not they may be offered. I doubt Arabia cares other than market share since Iraq and Iran cut prices to bypass International sanctions embargos. Like months ago heard they were selling at 35/bbl back when prices were 100+/bbl. Russia has been like the rest of them and mouthed off on limits then sold more (and one main oilman is not Putin - is his daughter still not married?)
I need more Intel... If its oil cut its pure pressure from UK/USA and nothing else (so it may be played on options market to the fickle commodity markets.
I still think that if OPEC was strong like back in the 70's the best move for them in the long run is to cutoff the American market completely forcing the use of shale oil up (actually prices might skyrocket.) But they can't get Mexico to obey for one and probably Brazil for another.
I did hear someone on a radio show in 1260 am Santa Fe ... bits and pieces of him claiming world demand is actually more than supply and even though electric cars etc. it would still get worse every year... I was in Albuquerque and signal strength was forcing ear stain.
What wild steps are coming to support gold prices for Russia or will they do nothing and collapse? Absolutely not. So did their spies come back with gold standard talk in US again or hear China will invade or go to war with West over Ukraine / Syria .. .or even plan on being a world peace police like US and send troops to Iraq (willing to war with US)... lol It must be planned for and intel must be gather on those type of events. 150 metric tons in a falling market? Something is up.
Oh... only 66 million ... 9 insiders...
I still think Spherix has Cisco dead center.... based on all those (6) insiders selling over 100 million in shares back at 24'ish (what June?) as reported in weekly Barron's... have to look at past posts... but stopped buying this Fall so haven't followed to see if they repurchased...
It's the one for 69 in news release for Thanksgiving day... and I assume scandisk may be the same too (if they're high speed ones).
I've had enough of Best Buy's 100 TV reg 1000 on Black Friday crap, they have like 1-2 and you have to run.... they had 4 drones I bought 2... don't know how many in back they have. Too complicated for kids... maybe teens...
I know when I was a teen I would've been looking at neighborhood wife sunbathing behind 8 ft. block wall ... lol ... oh my...
Question on financials: The derivatives gain... did it occur because of the lower price?
Does anyone know if a news releases says not to be a critic on the company and then one is, will they harass one back with a suit just to try and shut one up?
I, as an American (suppose to have free speech), would like to ask how does the company expect to find buyers for preferred shares even from shareholders without filings? But I guess I better not ask....
Come on, you know they're open Thanksgiving...
I know when Range Resources got rid of fast Eddie not long after buying off preferred shares and redoing debt... the early years of RRC finally took off. (Started low teens, dropped to 2'ish a share before sticking around at 5-6 for like a year then 12-15 then what' up to the 80's before oil drop? Of course they increased proved reserves too and had a problem with name being a new name to the market of a merged two medium companies...
But this is a new director so, who knows... time will tell.
Oh, and they brought in a replacing Ivy Leaguer... Harvard grad to replace fast Eddie (if I remember right)... Don't let the RRC old buyout rumor mill trick you they have a deadly poison pill to prevent buyouts.... That's bad... but when they (msg board postings) con people to thinking it could be a buyout target... well nill factor. I've not read BECC info,... does Breitling prevent T. Boone Pickens form raiding?
(I have no position in RRC, just schmoozing about oil stocks...)
Went to Radio Shack in Albuquerque last week and spent 200. I wasn't planning on. Nice deals (micro SD cards over half off) and they had the mini-remote cars (grandson) and mini drones with build-in camera's with Radio Shack as brand name 10.00 off 59.95'ish so got a couple of those two for children to take pics/video... oh and 91 cases to unload/unpack that just got in...
Problem.. was there at 15 till noon and sign on door be back in 10 minutes... only one waiting... then 3 minutes in after (restroom break I guess) someone walked in they bought... then three more came in and purchased while I was looking through stuff.... if they came by will 10minutes be back crap .... probably could've been bad for business...
At first, it was young... oh boy, nepotism or favor time... then I actually read the news release and David is impressive.
Probably means they are still short cash to hire enough staff to ... okay, so maybe good news, they must be trading commodities (that's full time job and then some - to win anyway). That explains why they don't return phone calls/messages too (too busy). Of course could include deals with illegals that may take back their original lands for oil and gas leases (just incase - err... making fun of their so-called Indian deal that never matured). So-sorry...
Thanks for explaining S3 filing today (as seemed - I was like, what it this... was about to Google it and decided to read posts first).
From what I remember most cases want cases dismissed. One of them was different and tried wrong jurisdiction. Now if wrong jurisdiction ain't an admittance of quilt I don't know what is (since the rest of the patent lawyers are trying for dismissals).
It's all trying to con a judge that knows nothing about technology to agree that one's new paper (like settlers) is greater than the existing rule (tribes, unable to speak the language)... obviously its the power that smashes the bugs and too bad, can't do anything about it.
How can one come up with a patent doing the same thing as another patent and then be upheld in court? TILT factor just easier to dismiss the case? What is their line of thinking? A patent clerk awarding a patent because he thinks one covering is out for Bankrupt company? I don't think they think. It's up to the filer to do preexisting patents. How can the court say in over lapping patents that it is dismissed? Lazy do what they want to do, Federal Judges, that don't want their Holidays or vacations messed with? Probably TILT factor, easier to dismiss and go back to who needs a search warrant today...
Okay, so lots of risk, and organizations (Frats) and alumni are very important in chosing the right lawyer for the right judge. At least have one on the team. :D
That's a new one on me, an offering to insiders... something good must be brewing...
It's kind'a nice to see manageable amount of post to read (a couple of score, instead of hundreds a day)... Never could figure it out... now seems like they were just puffers playing people.
Did the CEO dump the 600 million shares he owned or just the MIA posters dumped theirs and left? Probably something like that.... who cares, it's either good or bad the business plan.
One clue back when it ran up to .0016/7 after being down .0011 was a large volume poster posted what's it doing up here... (a clue that a selloff was in the making or other negativity - I thought about selling but I'm not flipping, I invested). Seems like bad idea if the CEO doesn't believe in his own success if that's it.... just made up fear, but could be. The late filing has other thinking penny scam now, maybe, as to why so low. I'm not averaging down since its unknown what's going on. That the CEO emails some and doesn't release open updates for everyone. Could be the Yahoo and whatever company one a day concert is eating into the viewer base.... I can make things up all day, and that's all it could be plus more or not at all. lol
Glad you did well, http://www.quotenaturalgas.com/

Maybe trying to get shipments of LNG going... or coal... or whatever Japan deal's about.
Well wasting money to get a response into what they're doing will put us under if that's all its about. Klinnsman post of link to Yahoo message board summarizes some of the poster's point

Big money is coming (post)
A quick Google and maybe he's consulting for Brunel Energy.
This is a little old, but the fact that an iron catalyst gives 70% jet fuel and 30% methane (vs. cobalt catalyst of 100% methane)... iron still is the desired ingredient.
www.newscientist.com/article/dn17632-how-to-turn-seawater-into-jet-fuel.html
Okay so they can use C0two in sea water (140% more dense than air) to create NG use with H and cobalt catalyst.
I'm amazed nobody has tried to make a penny stock to pump more COtwo into ocean water to prevent greenhouse effect. lol
I just read that last night and your iron quote jarred movement in my finger muscles. Hope its useful useless info... lol
No,... try the link their was another
11. PGIE Letter to Shreholders (Energy & Environment Press Releases) HOUSTON (PRBuzz.com) August 27, 2012 -- (Pink Sheets: PGIE) PGIE Letter to Shareholders PGI Energy management team has announced the resignation of Roger Smith, Robert Gandy and Arael Doolittle from ... Created on 27 August 2012
So is this link to reply the last known news release? Where did Joe go?
Today appointed Antonio de Pinho to Chief Operating Officer ... with experience at Texaco.
Okay, there's a name I miss, Texaco.
That's was an A... for visual with audio, clearly easy to remember to check with Radio Shack for toys. Bob was a flake with the extension rod and cam (kept the A+ out for creepiness). Batteries popped in finely since 40 AA batteries are a great deal there everyday (like 19.99, year ago or two... lol, I don't have a need being so old as much as dad with young kids, my grandkids haven't been old enough yet).
The really need to make ads for dual purpose (that the audio is like a radio spot) since most get up and do things on TV ads. So of audio grade goes down to B- as its less clear on Radio Shack name emphasis (but clear on video and audio).
Just been shown more stuff on coal this afternoon adding to the crazy sounding Peabody Energy upbeat outlook for coal in Asia.
Sasol (SSL) and their using the Fischer-Tropf process and other innovations to refine solid (coal) or gaseous (natural gas) energy sources into liquids.
http://www.stockgumshoe.com/reviews/oxford-resource-explorer/real-gasoline-without-oil-for-90-returns/
It's an African company and could be what they had in mind when they bought the mine.
That could explain the behind the scenes interest in more NG exploration (the conversion of gaseous energy into liquids) too (from lease renewals and know gas fields at other companies).
Maybe the more than supply rise after the opening of the additional pipeline from Permian Basin to Gulf refineries for the downfall of oil prices.
I was watching the video from the Oxford Club and was think I needed to jot down the URL ... ignored and then got blue-screened (yes, my PC blue screens me from video display sometimes)... so I did a search now and in quote....
Now it was saying on the video that by 2017 it would command 24% of the gasoline market and it was just starting. It was actual production and not projected, et cetera...
Is CORESOURCE STRATEGIES, PRIVCO and Treaty field service assets and spunoff company stock dividend? I know it said more in the next 30 days, but I ate the cookies too when mom said to wait...
Would you mind explaining why Belize officials agreed Treaty has clear title to equipment? Not interested in court links, just in a short paragraph will do.
Also, they didn't say they were done in Belize, they said they made a deal to a company interested. Who's to say they didn't discount the equipment a little for a piece of the action and intro/deal with Princes? Very strange cutoff on the Belize news. Never explained anything, as everyone in shale fracking knows they hit oil.
Like the fake cert. story last few hours.... come'on that's nonsense. They could never have made it through customs with one.
My guess is the owner got shares, dumped on the downfall for nothing and now wants money? Really, the real story... Paul Harvey it.
Just call the Nevada Sec. of State office and ask them if they are current as the web sites reports not. Then we all get to know when you post the results.
The late filing proves they are alive and kicking.... and they're making money in trading commodit
Would be better to have a stock price in your posts instead of ... for reference ... anyway its looking good for Cabot on a rebound sometime in the future, maybe... lol
http://www.thestreet.com/story/12948009/2/insider-trading-alert--meli-cbt-and-exxi-traded-by-insiders.html
47'ish stock price... lol
I just didn't know whether to respond to you or just post open new, that's all.
