Just been shown more stuff on coal this afternoon adding to the crazy sounding Peabody Energy upbeat outlook for coal in Asia.

Sasol (SSL) and their using the Fischer-Tropf process and other innovations to refine solid (coal) or gaseous (natural gas) energy sources into liquids.

It's an African company and could be what they had in mind when they bought the mine.

That could explain the behind the scenes interest in more NG exploration (the conversion of gaseous energy into liquids) too (from lease renewals and know gas fields at other companies).
