Where did you hear about Yippy? This is ready to explode. Any volume will push this over $.50
Good luck true float is less than a million. 9m and longs here have roughly 8M of them.
Wow great news an NYSE company knows how much Yippy is worth they took stock
You mean they didn't just agree and pay big rich
You need to think about what the value is to GSAT. So lets say gsat has a max capacity of 2M users on the internet at once but compression can increase that to 4M users then they just doubled their potential revenue opportunity. I have no idea what the real capacity but just giving an example plus I am sure YIPPY data compression can reduce more than 50%. This could have major implications. Also think about how much faster the internet speed would be if there is less data so much better user experience.
Wow look how much Yippy got in the deal. 20% of their gateways plus any future gateways, $3 or more per user per month (they have 700k now!)and much more...wow GSAT wanted this deal bad
Yippy, Inc. (“Yippy”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a long-term agreement with Globalstar, Inc. (“Globalstar”), a leading provider of satellite voice and data communications.
In the coming weeks and months, Yippy will work closely with Globalstar to make available to Globalstar’s nearly 700,000 customers the Yippy EASE 360 platform and proprietary data compression, optimization and security software (the “Yippy Data Software”). Globalstar, already an industry leader, recently deployed a constellation of second-generation high-speed satellites. Yippy’s agreement with Globalstar signifies a mutual commitment to make Globalstar satellite voice and data service the gold standard in low-latency ubiquitous satellite communications for the next generation. This agreement creates five new and discrete business verticals for Yippy:
Individual Sales
Yippy has acquired the right to purchase (at highly competitive wholesale pricing terms) and resell up to twenty percent (20%) of Globalstar’s network capacity. This will enable Yippy to resell Globalstar services and equipment to its own customers (together with access to the Yippy Data Software), who will benefit from enhanced data functionality and competitive pricing terms. Yippy believes that the Yippy Data Software will make satellite data and internet communications feasible for significant categories of customers previously discouraged from using satellite technology by slow data speeds and/or costs. We are in active discussions with potential partners who will assist Yippy in bringing satellite internet to un-connected regions of the world.
Enterprise Sales
Under the agreement, Yippy may purchase voice and data service at highly competitive bulk pricing terms enabling Yippy to sell enterprise satellite service in a wide variety of settings. Yippy is in active discussions with potential partners in the oil & gas, defense/military, aviation and maritime industries. Yippy expects to devote a substantial portion of its technical resources toward helping enterprise customers to integrate enhanced satellite data technology into their existing business and organizational structures and practices.
Globalstar Customer Sales
Globalstar has agreed to market the Yippy Data Software to its nearly 700,000 customers. Globalstar customers who purchase the Yippy Data Software will pay Yippy a recurring monthly access fee. The agreement also contemplates that Globalstar and Yippy may together market the Yippy Data Software to customers of other communication service providers.
Advertising Sales
With respect to Globalstar’s customers using the Yippy Data Software, Yippy is the exclusive advertising agent for Globalstar, meaning that Yippy has the sole right to sell advertising that will appear on the phones (at startup) of Globalstar’s customers using the Yippy Data Software, and Yippy will receive a percentage of revenue from such advertising sales.
Colocation Sales
Yippy is acquiring the right to use twenty percent (20%) of Globalstar’s 26 gateways (and any future gateways which may come into existence during the term of the agreement) around the world, which includes a right to sell third-party hosting in its colocation space.
Wait don't you keep claiming price is going to $.01? So you think billionaire wants 20M shares at $.01??? hahaha
Then why did he give up 20% of their Gateways and future gateways??? Do you know how much that is worth alone?
This is so awesome. Yippy the Internet of gsat to be used by pilots. Once again another great move by big rich
News!!! Looks like we will be seeing Yippy on planes soon!

GlobalStar (GSAT) Awarded STC from FAA for Part 23 Light Aviation Aircraft Antenna
March 24, 2016 8:05 AM
Globalstar Inc. (NYSE: GSAT) announced today the awarding of a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) from the FAA for its Part 23 Light Aviation Aircraft Antenna. The issuance of the STC validates that all quality and safety requirements of the FAA for the product have been met through rigorous testing and evaluation which took place over the past year. The initial issuance was obtained on a Beechcraft Baron with an additional 700 models expected to be added to the Approved Model List (AML). A market consisting of hundreds of thousands of General Aviation Pilots can now practically and affordably make calls, send emails and text messages and browse the internet from the cockpit, without the need for cellular access.
“This announcement comes on the heels of the recent announcement to partner with Avidyne to provide new communications solutions for the higher-end aviation market,” commented Dave Kagan, President and Chief Operating Officer, Globalstar. “With the newest mobile satellite communications network available today, we want to leverage our industry-leading voice capabilities and fastest data speeds to provide innovative communications solutions to a market where until now, reasonably priced hardware and service options were virtually non-existent.”
The FAA-certified antenna will be paired with Globalstar’s STC’d cradle and sold alongside devices like the GSP-1700 mobile satellite phone and Sat-Fi®. The GSP-1700 voice and data package will be sold with the accompanying, STC-certified cradle, SPOT Trace® tracking device, which tracks the plane’s location down to every 2.5 minutes and the 9600 data interface. The Sat-Fi voice and data package will include the antenna and SPOT Trace. Both packages will give pilots and passengers the ability to make and receive calls, update travel times, change flight plans, arrange for services upon landing and simply stay in touch with family, friends and colleagues via voice, text, email, tracking or all of the above. According to Ryan Deck, Avionics Sales Manager for Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co., “This is the most exciting development in General Aviation Avionics in a very long time.”
The GSP-1700 package will retail at $1,600 and the Sat-Fi package will retail for $1,700 (airtime plans and SPOT Trace activation fees not included). Both packages will be available from specialty dealers around the nation and Globalstar anticipates its new aviation kits will be ready for shipment in early summer. For more information, visit the Globalstar booth at one of the upcoming Aviation shows (Sun n’ Fun, Great Alaska Aviation Gathering or EAA Airventure) or visit Globalstar.com/Aviation.

Report TOS
Gsat is poised for $5 by eoy
Understanding what percentage of any particular stocks daily volume is short is extremely important in understanding the level of manipulation occurring on that particular security. Market Makers are shorting small OTC companies in increased frequency. Many OTC companies try to market themselves by way of Investor Marketing campaigns and newsletter features to generate awareness to their business and brands. Short Sellers do not care whether or not a business plan is feasible, but rather how much volume they can capitalize on, by shorting "selling shares" to new investors that may otherwise believe in the company or business plan. Some investors simply want to daytrade OTC stocks, and they too are effected as Short Sellers are often manipulating the share price and market depth.

Even without tlps there is so much opportunity. Think about now that they have data compression on satellite data via Yippy that could at minimum double capacity which means double potential total sales and it's probably more like 100x verse 2x based on compression
