Suda did not acquire Novadel. Suda acquired most of the IP of Novadel. Novadel still trades on the OTC under NVDL. NVDL owns 50M shares of SUDA and an option to buy 10M more shares at 5 cents each. (see note below from CEO that puts these 50M shares in question)
Novadel also still owns the IP rights to Zopolmist.
Here is my email from the NVDL CEO:
I sent Mr Ratoff the note below and his reply is below my note.

Clearsudden,
If you were going to add to your Graphite Investment today, where would you put your $$.
I currently only own Focus to the tune of about 37K shares. I know Graphite is going to pop in the next 1 - 2 years and I want to be pre-positioned.
I plan to move some of my retirement funds around to get more Graphite stock.
Are you invested in any of the other companies besides Focus?
Thanks for being very informative on this board.
Monday should be interesting.
Even though the US Market will be closed on Monday, this stock will trade on the French exchange under symbol - ALMDG:FR
Yahoo ticker: ALMDG.PA
FRANCE M.G.I M G I DIGITAL GRAPHIC TECH SHS ISIN#FR0010353888
Shares Outstanding: 4.69M
Good luck to all!
Yip, looks like you posted it first.
Seems like there ought to be more news out there on Focus.
I was really surprised that he did not mention Grafoid at all (or maybe I missed it).
Also - any idea why Lomiko Metals was not listed on his chart as a competitor?
I would not count them out. My guess is that they will make an announcement at the show in Indy in March.
If not, they may want to start turning the lights off.
I will buy when it goes below 10 cents.
I can vouch that this is a real company. I attended the investor's conference at their Anderson, Indiana facility last year in about March. The also had a booth at the NTEA Truck show in Indianapolis last year that I visited. They won an award at the show. They will also have a booth their this year at the Truck Show in Indy from 5 to 7 March.
I regularly drive by their warehouse in Anderson to see if there is activity. They have people working in the offices and racks that are not set up (repeat are not) in the warehouse. Occasionally I will see a pallet or two of material on their dock and not sure if it is incoming or outgoing. Nothing of any volume that I have seen.
According to what was briefed last year, they are supposed to be getting contracts in 2014. This has not been seen yet. My guess is that is they have any good news, they will announce it at the NTEA Truck show in Indy.
Here is their address and phone number:
Echo Automotive
2701 Enterprise Dr Ste 122
Anderson, IN 46013
(765) 649-4578 (verified number is good)
Their warehouse is about 1/2 mile north of the address above. You cannot miss it. It is in the South end of the building that is directly across the street from the FEDEX terminal.
Today too - new low!
Not sure how the technology will work on a river, but I get your point and agree with you on the fact that the buying has just begun and there is huge potential here.
The following stats are very good:
1. Limited shares OS - 11.64M
2. Cash on hand per share is remarkable - $1.42
3. Previous highs of almost $20 - $17.84
4. Alternative energy is currently in fashion - look at Tesla and Solar City.
5. Lockheed Martin is a major player in any market.
6. The idea of making energy from waves is really cool!
7. Based upon this opportunity they are now a buy out candidate.
As requested,
I was on You Tube looking at another video that someone recommended and there it was staring me in the face. I saw Greg Morris' name and then watched it.
It is a very informative video for anyone who wants to know where the industry is going and explains the need for Sigma's solution.
I would recommend it for everyone who is a long term investor in Sigma Labs.

I was amazed when I heard about all the sunshine in Germany. For anyone who has ever spent much time in Northern Germany they know this is BS.
Does anyone know if there was a "lockout period" on the sale of the 50M Shares that NVDL received from SUDA? This would preclude NVDL from selling these shares for a period of time.
The option on the 10M shares at 5 cents each expires on 31 Dec 2015.

Status of Acquisition in Greece?
Does anyone had an update on the acquisition of the solar farms in Greece?
On 17 Jan 2014 the company released the following in an 8-K registration with the SEC:
"Item 8.01
Other Events
In our Current Report on Form 8-K filed on January 13, 2014 it was reported that our company had elected to not proceed with the acquisition of two solar parks in Greece from BCI Renewables. Our company has since completed the due diligence required and has elected through agreement of the majority of directors to proceed with the acquisition."
It would be nice to get an update on this acquisition.
GLTA!
What were the charges?
Is it going anywhere today?
I hope that if GE releases a press release on the LEAP engine that it does mention SGLB.
I am not sure if SGLB is a big enough player in the GE process to get recognition.
I sure hope they do, but am not confident they will.
GLTA!
Cards806,
What are you expecting to happen at the Singapore Air Show that will directly impact this stock?
Alan - What do you feel has changed within the company since you provided this board with the following report (I extracted the conclusion) in post #6484:
"Overall I came away very impressed with the caliber of the individuals involved. They knew both their strengths and weaknesses and were taking steps to exploit both. The Board is very positive about the future of the company and believes that they are just getting started on what will be a grand and profitable adventure. Perhaps because I was the only one asking questions at the meeting Michael Thacker invited me to call him to have lunch together in Santa Fe so that he could share some of his enthusiasm about what he believes the future holds. Mark was decidedly unhappy with the invitation and immediately cautioned Thacker that he could not discuss anything that had not been publicly released. I plan to take Thacker up on his invitation.
In summary, I liked what I heard today. I have confidence in the sizable investment that I have already made and will be adding on weakness. The major risk that I foresee is the possibility of further dilution if existing and planned products cannot be commercialized and distributed in a timely manner."
Sounds to me that you are not as positive as you were after the meeting?? Perhaps I am reading your comments the wrong way?
GLTA!
roysh,
Thanks for the article. A very good read and confirms that we can expect this investment to be a good one.
Looks like there is one less undiscovered company in this industry.
GLTA!
roysh,
ARCAM and Groupe George are both 3D printer manufacturers.
AlphaForm is a 3D printer user and does not warrant the same valuation.
When you are comparing apples to oranges you should state so.
The way you present this is misleading and leads one to think that AlphaForm manufactures 3 printers like ARCAM and GOE. This is not the case.
I do agree with you on the trend issue. The undiscovered European companies involved in 3D printing and 3D printer manufacturing seem to be undervalued.
BTW - I am invested in all three stocks mentioned above in this note to include Alphaform.
Singapore Air Show next week.
Realistically, what can we expect to be announced at the Singapore Air Show next week?
1. Will GE announce they are going to print fuel nozzles using SGLB's IPQA?
2. Will SGLB make some type of announcement on their own?
Anyone have an educated guess?
GLTA!
BTW - I used to live in Singapore and attended the shows in 2002, 2004, 2006, 2010. The show is very very big and the largest defense show in Asia.
This makes sense and it will look good to!
You can bet that they also have ties into the other government labs and other government agencies that are working on similar projects.
The US Government R & D world is not as big as one might think. These guys used to be on the inside of the US Government R & D system. Now they are on the outside talking with all their previous colleagues who are still on the inside.
GLTA!
Just curious how they can claim any income from Sunworks in 2013? They did not close the deal until 31 Jan 2014.
My guess is that we will not see the revenue of Sunworks on the books until the 1st QTR 10-Q is released this year. This was released last year on 15 May 13.
I do not want to rain on your parade - just want to be realistic.
They should mention the acquisition in the yearly report but not show any income on their financials.
"Hunter Marketing has compensated Small Cap Street, LLC for the mention of SOUL in this press release."
I always question the validity of releases that have statements like this in it.
I plan on going. I live in the Indy area. I also went last year.
Echo has a bunch of folks registered as exhibitors. They also have a booth.
My guess is that if they have any good news they will release it at the show.
Stock has been teetering at the all time low and they need something.

What is Governor Bill Richardson's connection with SLVT and MM.
Most smart ex Governors distance themselves from problems.
I believe I read where they served together previously on a board at another company??

Item 9.01 Financial Statements and Exhibits
10.1 Standard Exclusive License Agreement with
Sublicensing Terms with University of South Florida
Research Foundation dated December 9, 2013.
I agree with the accumulation. I am not sure there is any incentive for the company management to move quickly on this. The longer they wait the more investors will become frustrated and eventually sell their positions. I believe this is exactly what management wants to happen.
At this point, we the investors are in the dark and management clearly has the upper hand. Management is the only one who knows what the true value of the company is at this point. All we can do is speculate based upon what we feel is correct.
I am not sure as a non reporting company what management's responsibility to the current shareholders is.
Cerp,
Make sure you buy a lot.
I am sure whatever you found out is going to make this stock go up.
If the stock does go up, at some point you should pass on what you knew.
If not, we will not have faith in you when you tell us this again in the future.

This has to be one of the most pumped and dumped stocks in the market. This ole girl has to be worn out.
Good luck to those who are playing this one.
I will watch it to see when it goes back to about 25 cents.
If they ever produce a real video game then it might do something to really raise the value.
The CEO has a very good past and I am not sure why he is allowing all this pumping to go on.
Overall the pumps and dumps really does hurt a stock and make it very hard for serious investors to give the stock a serious consideration.
GLTA to you!
Historical Release Dates for 10-Qs and 10-K
Based upon last year's filings, here is when we should be looking for the annual and quarterly reports:
10-Q & 10-K - 4th QTR & Yearly Report - 28 March 14
10-Q - 1st QTR Report - 13 May 14
10-Q - 2nd QTR Report - 7 August 14
10-Q - 3rd QTR Report - 12 November 14
The 10-Q & 10-K that will be out in the end of March will probably not have any financial information on the performance of the new acquisition. I am sure they will talk about the acquisition but my guess is there will be no financial info. The 1st QTR 10-Q in mid May should be the first report that shows the financial information that will be inclusive of the acquisition.
These dates are best guesses based upon last year.

Why did IHUB change the name of the Novadel Board to SUDA LTD?
Does anyone have a good explantion?
95% of Novadel's assets is their stock in SUDA LTD.
I find this odd!
Art,
Really enjoy reading your posts.
Please keep up the great comments!
I think you are underestimating the amount of shares members of this board have.
I know some of them/us have over 1M shares and are holding tight.
Interesting that for the last 6 months (based upon Yahoo) the only articles on SLTD have come from the following:

Looks like there was zero articles from Motley Fool, Seeking Alpha and all the other's that offer us advice.

Yes and that poster even added over 100,000 shares today to bring the total to over 1.1M. It truly is a great day and I cannot wait to see what happens next week.
My guess is that there will be a big run next week and then a pullback as early investors cash in.
