Just curious how they can claim any income from Sunworks in 2013? They did not close the deal until 31 Jan 2014.

My guess is that we will not see the revenue of Sunworks on the books until the 1st QTR 10-Q is released this year. This was released last year on 15 May 13.

I do not want to rain on your parade - just want to be realistic.

They should mention the acquisition in the yearly report but not show any income on their financials.
