Vika I admit you raise some valid issues. I have not seen any tokens and I have not as far as I am aware of received any documentatio that I own any so far. I expect to receive such documentation later this Spring and a valuation of them. If I don't receive such information I will not be able to inform tax authorities about them. But I have received documentation regarding the 100 000 shares I paid 15,000 dollars for. They were largely the basis for all the tokens i paid one cent per token for. I expect them to be real and have real value. Since they are digital I cannot have them in my hand.
You refer to my biography. Actually I wrote my self-biography about 12 years ago. I converted 25.000 dollars to 2.2 million dollars in 3-4 years by extremely successful investments about 40 years ago. I go for high risk/high reward. About 6 weeks ago I bought 9 million shares in SPZI at an average pps of $ 0.0015. I have sold half of them and have the rest for free and I have 15,000 dollars in cash that I invested in AMCI. I am hardly a moron. I have two master degrees in a European country, one of them being in law. Three percent of the candidates obtained better grades than I did.
iwanooze Can there be less information than the previous SPZI presented for a long time? Anyway, here are the inplications of the current sit uation:
"This security is eligible for Unsolicited Quotes Only
This stock is not eligible for proprietary broker-dealer quotations. All quotes in this stock reflect unsolicited customer orders. Unsolicited-Only stocks have a higher risk of wider spreads, increased volatility, and price dislocations. Investors may have difficulty selling this stock. An initial review by a broker-dealer under SEC Rule15c2-11 is required for brokers to publish competing quotes and provide continuous market making."
Perhaps those who would like to see a gap at about 0.004 dollars will see their wish come true? Presumably the above information means that there wil be less need now to discuss the role of market-makers in this stock? Will they present any bids and asked prices that are independent of customers' orders any longer? My interpretation is that they will not. But posters here are still free to inundate their brokes with buy orders!
Vika1 Time will show if I get my money back. My worry during recent weeks has been that the coming summer I may have to pay a wealth tax in my country of about 50,000 dollars because I own tokens in verticals that are assumed to have a value of 10 dollars each at the end of 2023 despite the fact that it is impossible for me to sell those tokens at that price.
What suggests that your "information" is not correct is that for almost one and a half year RD has been working for Laxmi and until the trouble with the transfer of a large sum of money from India to the USA received his considerable salary at the right dates as far as I know. The same thing goes for another person whom I have been communicating with for quite a few years. Do you think these people would continued working for Laxmi for over a year if they thought he is a swindler?
cableboy I did not suggest it is impossible but I would think it is impracitable that the LEADER of the board lives across the "pond". It would be ok for an ordinary member of the board in my oiinion.
shotsky "Or sell - you will get less and less for each tranche.)" What you state is what I experienced the other day.
I think Deloitte should be sued.
shotsky "MM's have no affect on share price." You mean effect don't you? I suspect this is not really quite true but I don't know that this is the case.
nicehit I have seen quite a few statements in similar situations. It is common to say nich words about each other but not to make so specific statements. I find it strange that a German who I assume lives in Germany is the leader of the board of a subsidiary of SPZI. Can that be practical?
dranes For simplistic minds it is bothersome to handle a complicated world.
pappy I remember that a major reason soared from about 0.0017 dollars to a high of about 0.0060 dollars was that an investor with an extremely high reputation more or less endorsed the business of SPZI. I could have made a very nich profit in that case. But I was too optimistic about a splendid future based on the new business plan and lost a good deal of money.
I have ignored a number of the bashers who have been posting a lot of inane posts but there are a few knowlewdgeable bashers too that I regard as useful to read. I have no definite view as to the future of this company. One of the red lights I see is that Mr Park does not pay his debts on time. That is not reassuring in my view.
dranes The example I mention has a lot of relevance regarding this stock. When a NAScDAQ company with an auditor that is well-known all over the world can turn out to be a total scam it seems more likely that this company may also be a scam. I see a number of red lights apart from the ones mentioned by the persistent bashers. Would you like me to mention some of them or do you prefer to keep your eyes shut?
dranes "Hold and believe or sell and move on." I don't live in the simplistic world you seem to live. My experience over 50 years in the stock market is that it is next to impossible to be certain what the truth is. This assessment goes for this company too. There is in my view a very realistic possibility that this company is a scam. There is also a realistic possibility that this is not the case. I have acted in accordance with my current assessment. I still hold 4.5 million shares after having sold a similar number of shares. My current 4.5 million shares are free and I have netted 15,000 dollars. The future may show that I ought not to have sold any shares or that I should have sold all my shares at a profit several times 15,000 dollars.
dranes The stock market is more complicated than you seem to assume. The fact that the pps rose more than 10,000% in a few weeks proves nothing about the company itself. In a worst case scenario the information about the deals that have been published could be false. Check what happened to TIO which was listed on NASDAQ. A very well-known auditor Deloihotte accepted the filed annual finalcials showing profits of humdreds of millions of dollars. It turned out that almost all the information filed was totally false. The company turned out to be an almost total scam. The leader of the company who was a Nigerian was sued by the SEC last year. You should check the above! I bought some shares in TIO at 1.20 dollars. I could have sold them for almost 6 dollars not very many weeks later.
nicehit I think the two groups are more or less the same thing. We know the name of only one employee, don't we - Mr Park. The company provided quite a lengthy introduction of new board members at separate times. It included some comments by these members themselves. These comments included the way I remember it some views on how extremely fast this company can be expected to grow this year, which at least by implication suggested a similar rise in the pps. If Mr. Park did not want these bullish statements to be made he would have asked the new board members not to make these statements. I rest my case.
nicehit
"There's no pumping from the company." At best I regard this as a misleading statement. One of the red flags I see based on my memory is that several of the new board members pump this stock by suggesting a big rise in the stock price this year. It might come true but I don't expect serious members of the board to act this way.
Truthteller7 You raise an interesting question. Why does an intelligent person like I-Glow spend so much time bashing this stock??????? Is he willing to provide an honest answer?
loanshark After having invested in the otc for decades I must admit I see your point. I have read that 90% of otc stocks never become profitable. In practice they seem to be in the business of selling stock and after a period of doing that the pps is so low that there is a reverse split. That is the reason why reverse splits that in a rational world should be neutral are the worst thing the traders in these stocks (who tend not to care about fundamentals and have no knowledge of fundamentals) can think of. In most cases I think the best approach to these otc stocks is just to trade them because so low a percentage of them will ever perform as companies.
My experience is that it is extremely difficult to find those few otc companies that will generate good profits. For this reason it is natural to assume that this stock too is a scam and that the best approach is to sell the shares atovide a good time. It is impossible to know what that is and how the pps will go. Based on the information Mr Park has provided the pps could soar to more than 10 cents this year. In a worst case scenario which I regard as unlikely it could go the way of TMNA, which was a complete scam. My impression is that most of the bashers here and most of those who push this stock provide no information of significant value but there are a few exceptions regarding both bashers and those who try to make the pps soar.
braves I suspect you have a good explanation. NHMD up more than 60% today. More than 600 million shares traded.

NHMD= SPZI 2.0 in the makings. Enough said :)"
BERHSHIRE posted on this board a few days ago. Traders move from stock to stock. Today some of them seemed to have moved to NHMD.
jdcpa "Float is being sucked up." What do you mean? Is the float being reduced in your view? Those who buy shares in this stock are to a high extent traders as far as I am able to understand. Those of us who consider ourselves investors may change our minds and may sell some or all our shares.
Stock barber Impressive! I forget if you warned us when I bought my first shares in this stock last year at somewhat more than 30 cents. It was then a very tight market and my purhases lifted the pps by tens of percent as far as I remember.
cableguy Are you a trader who switches sides according to what you think will serve your interest? In my view it is so much nonsense to base every epectation on where the pps will move based on technical analysis.
cableguy At that date I did not know that my 47 million shares had any value at all. I did not check my account with my broker for a long time.
cableguy You make a ridiculous statement. Is trading 28 million shares in an hour trading like a low floater?????????????????????????????? It is a high floater and trading like a low floater today.
lucky My impression over a considerable period of time is that you have a factual apporoach. Some socalled bashers are useful for those of us who are not just intrested in making money but in the important facts.
cableguy "We are still on track to announce our substantial sugar contract in Jan 2024 ." This is ambiguous. In my view it is hardly "our contract" since it cannot be announced yet. It looks like a potential contract.
pennyholder I did the same thing buying about 47 million shares at a pps of $ 0.0001. A few years ago I sold all those shares at a profit of about 60,000 dollars. Some weeks ago I bought about 9 million shares but have sold about 1.6 million of these shares.
RD Thanks for the clarification!
RD I need simple information. The compensation Laxmi mentions has too many details for me to act on. My understanding that there will be a remittance quarterly of 25 cents for a certain number of tokens, which in my case amounts to about 20,000 dollars, still holds good, does it not, but there will be another delay of some weeks? If that is the case I don't bother about any further compensation for the delay.
A person who states the following patent nonsense has no credibility: "Any connections to China for non-SEC reporting companies is guaranteed to be a scam." For instance there are lots of big private comåanies.
In most cases it is correct that otc is for trading and not for investing. About 90% of these tickers never become profitable. But it is simplistic to assume that this is always the case. Only time will show.
karla I am impressed to learn about your extensive experience in this field. I would think it is a serious impediment to business activities when it takes weeks to transfer money from India to other countries and when it is unpredictable when it can happen. India is growing fast and I would have expected it to be a high priority to do away with this type of impediment to growth. I too hope that we will receive our remittances before long.
jazz Your statement is nonsense! The source you base your allegation on is mistaken. I posted much more detailed information about various definitions of the float provided by another poster. A few weeks ago more than a billion shares traded!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. That would not have happened if the float had been less than 600 million shares. It is high time to stop publisning the misleading information you provide. It has been stated here again and again.
I warn that what is stated in the following should not be relied on. I came across it in the link to a recent post. The date was January 17. It may have been a copy from a post on this board some weeks ago.

"$SPZI Good folks just need to focus on the simple math. It’s all been laid out… it’s easy to see.
Let’s review..
Simple math….
$568M in sales x 18% profit margin equals $102,240,000 profit… divide that by the outstanding 5.5B shares equals$.01859 profit per share! Multiply that by an industry standard multiple of 15 and that projects $.27/share.. on just what we know of right now!
It’s really undervalued.."
For one thing I am not aware of contracts of more than 500 million dollars. I am only aware of chicken paw contracts that have a stated value of about 300 million dolars. I have seen no sugar contract so far. (Is it assumed that a sugar contract that was referred to regarding a different company is included?)
What is way worse is the refierence to a profit margin of 18%. This was first published by Mr Park but subsequently corrected by him to gross profit margin. The net profit margin is often a low fraction of the gross profit margin. An alleged standard multiple uld behould be based on net profits and not gross profits. Taxes must be deducted before a multiple is applied. In my view the text I quote is so misleading that it should
stocksbelow1 "You show up concerned how comical it is that I’m making money! Name is up how much over the last month?" In fact it is possible to make profits of tens of milions of dollars on companies that are total swindles even if they are on NASDAQ and have audited financials by one of the leaders in the world. I bought shares in TIO at about $ 1.20 last year. In not so many weeks the pps had soared to almost $ 6! Check the facts of TIO. A closely related company with the ticker TMNA had been a total swindle for several years before the facts came to light. Check my statement about this company too. It SPZI had been a scam it might have been trading for a lomg time before the truth was revealed.
shotsky Even if your st statements may be correct I don't think they address the issue raised. You refer to something happening during a short period of time. As far as I can see what you commented on happened in the course of the whole day.
elks You are totally clueless about the float!

stocksbelow1 The same feeling struck me. It was a waste of time to wade through the nonsense put out by most of the harping bashers.
cableguy Thanks for providing detailed information about the true float! I think this should put to rest the nonsense that it is less than a billion shares.
karla India is now the most populous country in the world. Other countries use Indian computer services to a great extent. It therefore comes as a surprise to me that in some ways India appears to be so backward that it takes weeks and weeks to transfer electronically a sum of money from India to a recipient in the USA.
The BUSINESS DESCRIPTION is well phrased in my view. It mages it easier to get an overview of the activities.
