A very well-known auditor Deloihotte accepted the filed annual finalcials showing profits of humdreds of millions of dollars. It turned out that almost all the information filed was totally false. The company turned out to be an almost total scam. The leader of the company who was a Nigerian was sued by the SEC last year. You should check the above! I bought some shares in TIO at 1.20 dollars. I could have sold them for almost 6 dollars not very many weeks later.
