iwanooze Can there be less information than the previous SPZI presented for a long time? Anyway, here are the inplications of the current sit uation:

Unsolicited-Only stocks have a higher risk of wider spreads, increased volatility, and price dislocations. Investors may have difficulty selling this stock. An initial review by a broker-dealer under SEC Rule15c2-11 is required for brokers to publish competing quotes and provide continuous market making."

Perhaps those who would like to see a gap at about 0.004 dollars will see their wish come true? Presumably the above information means that there wil be less need now to discuss the role of market-makers in this stock? Will they present any bids and asked prices that are independent of customers' orders any longer? My interpretation is that they will not. But posters here are still free to inundate their brokes with buy orders!
