loanshark After having invested in the otc for decades I must admit I see your point. I have read that 90% of otc stocks never become profitable. In practice they seem to be in the business of selling stock and after a period of doing that the pps is so low that there is a reverse split. That is the reason why reverse splits that in a rational world should be neutral are the worst thing the traders in these stocks (who tend not to care about fundamentals and have no knowledge of fundamentals) can think of. In most cases I think the best approach to these otc stocks is just to trade them because so low a percentage of them will ever perform as companies.

My experience is that it is extremely difficult to find those few otc companies that will generate good profits. For this reason it is natural to assume that this stock too is a scam and that the best approach is to sell the shares atovide a good time. It is impossible to know what that is and how the pps will go. Based on the information Mr Park has provided the pps could soar to more than 10 cents this year. In a worst case scenario which I regard as unlikely it could go the way of TMNA, which was a complete scam. My impression is that most of the bashers here and most of those who push this stock provide no information of significant value but there are a few exceptions regarding both bashers and those who try to make the pps soar.
