I agree, the pullback was needed. FWIW, I was calling this to be .50 - .60 in early June. I was dead wrong but patient enough to wait for it! Now I'll just patiently wait for what it goes up to in the future.
I wasn't sure what the point was there myself. My best guess is that he is either suggesting that the same folks are involved here or that this is a similar situation.
Of course without anything to connect the two he's just saying "boo".
Apparently there is a lot of naked shorting going on there.
I snagged another 11000 first thing this morning as well. Had my order at .055 but they filled it at .054.
Well, my order is in to try and add more today. I think we're about due for news and that chart is asking for any excuse to run.
I was happy to see that myself. Once we see .0002's on the bid and get some news and/or updated filings this will really take off IMHO.
Speaking of filings, I did see the form D $oldier but thanks for the link. One of these days I might pony up and get pm's on this site!
I agree with you 100%. This is one that I'm holding based on fundamentals.
There will be momentum when there is news. When there is news it will be something substantial, not fluff. Kind of nice to see that in pennyland for a change, isn't it?
Half of that was probably me. After all, if you're going to average down, might as well do it to your advantage.
This hit my radar back in March and I finally bit and made a couple of buys when it showed some life again in May. Truth be told, this started to show life again sooner than I expected.
We really, really need the company to put out some up to date information. Given that, this could be a monster.
I can't wait to see what this does with some solid merger news.
Anyone know what's up here?
The webcam is such a simple but brilliant idea.
I see the conversations from here on going something like this:
"Is this even a real company?"
--link to webcam--
"Well, there's Fred on the CNC machine, Bob is over there on the edgebander...yep, looks like a real company to me."
They merged with basell a couple of years ago, but they are still traded and they are in bankruptcy.

Nope, it was posted at 11:12 this morning. Still, it's nice to be off the list and it could very well have flown under many peoples radar until they catch up on the news this evening.
That's what I gathered from the filings that I had read earlier. I don't recall the exact dates mentioned in the documents, but it seemed that Oxy was indicating that they would deliver, it was just the dates and amounts that I was wondering about.
By the way, well done on the board here. In addition to the mods you've got quite a few well informed regulars (Madclown, for instance) who dig some good dirt.
I like the share structure here, especially given the potential.
How did I miss the non dilution clause?
So I see that the Vandemark issue seems to be resolved. The odd thing to me as I read the court filing is on page 4, "...resuming production and delivery of the Postpetition Orders no later than Wednesday, June 24, 2009.".
But the order was signed today. So this already happened and the order was just the formality of filing or what?
Also, I can't seem to find if there was anything else on the Bio-Lab/Occidental delivery issue with the Dichlor.
Was that ever resolved? More importantly in the short term, did they resume delivering the product?
All I'm seeing is an affadavit of service for a Paul L. Fabsik on June 23rd.
Hey, it's no asset sale but Bio-Lab is off the hook for just shy of $8000 in taxes:

Saw this on the MWYGQ board:

I figured it was nefarious! :)
Pardon my ignorance, but I've seen this before but can't find any reference as to what it might mean:
0.0015 666 OTO 15:59:26 [don't see this call by m/m/m many times!]
I'm assuming 666 is some sort of MM signal, but what is it and what does m/m/m mean?
Billy Mays dead at 50.

Now there was a talented pumper!
I agree, this has some real potential with what they have in the pipeline. I held this through early June and then sold it, but I'm still keeping a close eye on it. With these plays you seem to be either in before the big run or left in the dust.
I'll be sure to post if I see any news of upcoming announcements, news of trial results, or FDA hearings (pro or con...I hate the cheerleader vs. basher thing you see so much of on these boards.). As I said in an earlier post, some of the medical jargon escapes me, but I do the best DD that I can.
That's the biggest endorsement of AAA that I've ever seen.
Just curious, why do you suggest viewing the site in IE? I use firefox and everything seems just fine.
I would fully expect proceedings that are this complex to have some delays. As I see it, this is good for the longs. While others become impatient and bail on this when they don't get a quick pop, we can accumulate on the dips as we free up funds.

Ramen noodles and knuckling down now to get things going. Grill the steaks later when it's done.
Been there. Done that. Respect them for it.
You are correct. I misread the year on that.
Still, OxyChem has to know that the options are limited as far as supply goes. The one thing I have not seen is if there has been any response by Bio-Lab to OxyChem's claim that they did not porvide a 12 month forecast of their needs in September.
Either way, Oxychem (according to Bio-Lab) has stated that they might be able to begin production of Dichlor 60 on June 8 or 9, but that they would begin production on June 19.
Bio-Lab claims they must have shipment by June 9 or they will not be able to fill some of their orders.
I'm getting all of this from information dated June 6.
So this is what I'd like to know:
Did Oxychem deliver on June 9?
If not, when will they deliver?
Could this (potential) 10 day hold up result in a loss of customers for Bio-Lab?
The antidumping duty petitions in these investigations were filed on May 14, 2004, by domestic
producers Clearon Corporation (“Clearon”) and Occidental Chemical Corporation (“OxyChem”). BioLab,
another domestic producer, is not a petitioner, but supports the petition.
... we find that the domestic industry consists of all known
domestic producers of these products (i.e., BioLab, Clearon, and OxyChem).
Interesting to say the least.
Now according to the complaint by BioLab:
26. On May 13, 2009, Bio-Lab placed four orders for the purchase of a total of
approximately 1.8 million pounds of Dichlor 60.
27. On May 14, 2009, OxyChem acknowledged those orders and confirmed delivery
starting on June 1, 2009 through June 29, 2009, as required by the Contract.
28. On June 3 and 4, 2009, OxyChem delivered partial shipments of Dichlor 60 to
Bio-Lab, but failed to deliver the full confirmed amounts for those dates.
29. On or about June 4, 2009, OxyChem informed Bio-Lab that it would not meet the
confirmed deliveries of Dichlor 60, although it had the ability to do so. OxyChem stated it was
electing to fill other customers’ orders for Dichlor 56 prior to filling any of Bio-Lab’s Dichlor 60 orders
So, on May 14, OxyChem says "order recieved, no problem", the same day the antidumping petition that BioLab supports is filed. On June 4th OxyChem says "sorry, gotta hold off on that order until we run some other things". The only other supplier that BioLab can find is, apparently, in China.
There is a lot more going on here than meets the eye as far as I can tell.
Since your last post here was april 20th, how is the current shareprice a drastic drop?
In regards to filing of 2015.3 reports, is the delay to july 13 so that they can take the information from the july 8 creditors meeting into account?
I would assume this is in regard to the debtors listed on the bottom of pages 1 and 4 of the filing ( http://www.kccllc.net/documents/0911233/0911233090619000000000003.pdf ) and not the part of chemtura that is uninvolved in the chapter 11 proceedings, correct?
Yeah, I saw that. Friday afternoon is the only time I get to watch the market in real time. Thus far I like the direction that I'm seeing here, but admittedly that dip below .03 made me a bit nervous.
As far as the griping about "when is the deal going to be done?", I can understand longs getting impatient, but these things take time.
I am a carpenter by trade working on high end homes. It is not at all unusual for a project to take 2+ years. It is not unusual for the move-in date to be pushed back for months due to various reasons.
Bear in mind, these are timelines and potential delays for one custom residential project.
If someone announced a deal like RTGV is planning on a meeting and a handshake, I'd be suspicious. These things take time and planning.
Anyone else think that now that we broke and held .04 again this could be a support level for us?
Edit: Just meant as a general query, not a reply to Kahuna per se. sorry.
Finally freed up the cash to pick up some more at .28 today. That was average up for me, but the run is coming and I'd have been foolish not to add here. JMHO.
I've watched the charts. I've studied the fundamentals.
This gap will fill.
I am not often so confident, but in this case I am.
You could take a look here:
http://www.mspmentor.net/saas-20-stock-index/
It'll give you a few to look at.
If you want to look at the pitfalls, you could check out Coghead. They shut down and were acquired by SAP Americas. SAP Americas is held by SAP AG if you want to follow the food chain up to where it's traded.
It seems like SAP is (has been) picking up quite a few tech properties. The list is somewhere on their site, but I don't have a link handy.
If F-3 starts to make some serious headway, it really wouldn't surprise me if they were approached by SAP. Bear in mind, that's pure speculation.
Edit:
Found the SAP link:

I see the gap down in April being closed, possibly by the end of the month. Past that it's hard to say, but it looks like a healthy climb to me thus far.
Bashing or simply making statements that you don't want to hear and asking questions that you don't want answered?
It seems to me that both Gonzilee and Runncoach have valid points to make here.
Personally I WANT these questions to be asked. It gives me ideas on what to research and what rocks to look under. The difficult questions further clarify when (and if) I should buy, how long I should hold, what my target price(s) should be, and where to cut my losses.
Spam?
Would that be in the form of SEC filings, Chemtura's website, or what I read on kccllc.net?
Outside of the charts, that is where I tend to get my information. I get the sense that quite a few others here do as well.
I think the ride down for SIXF had that creepy old guy as the bus driver.
