how will a malfunctioning tool bar take the internet by storm?
how will a ceo with a checked past become a visionairy?
do you think the authorized shares of 2billion are a poision pill? or do you think they will dump them all when the time is right? which i presume will be on the run up now or perhaps right before the release?
will the release have any problems or fall flat on its face?
shorting this down to sub pennies is the only safe bet
why is this going to be shorted on the fake run up?
posted last night:
If you check the history of this company (someone made the correct connection to Liberty Diversified Holdings Inc) you get a (controversial MLM-type) publicly trading company that was never profitable since sometime before 2005. In the beginning of 2006 the company was sold back as a private entity to Henning and it left with ~1.6 million in debt. It reinvented itself in Mar 2007 by r/m'ing into another public company-- but this time as a non-filer.
The PRs seem to misrepresent where they came from and show a lot of the signs of over-hyping.
They did an R/S on 7/13, a little over a month after they filed a REG D Exemption (probably a 504 offering).
Their initial trading in the new shell and the post r/s tanked quickly.
They hired 2 controversial MLM "players" in August.
The CEO and/or the former eworldmedia company is riddled in lawsuits. Some of which have been recently "settled." I wouldn't be surprised if EWDI isn't being used in part to help with the settlements.

LOL good luck getting out
2billion shares yes indeed ....
browser sucks .... it effects surfing the net and sending emails even ... delays and jolts
it will never fly
this will run down fast and trap
aurc sucks too
look the ceo has a highschool diploma and then faked college info and tons of lawsuits ...hm oh yes sure its a safe solid investment NOT
last night someone new to the board posted the lawsuit info on the CEO NOT GOOD
its a POS and the ceo is a scam artists
all newbies get out as fast you can
the pumpers here will leave you behind in a NY minute or should i say second
plus the 2 billion shares the ceo has ready to dump once he can ... is the game plan
when i reduced the stupid browser it would pop back eventually to its full size and it looks stupid ....
plus look at the list ,the make up artist how shows her but crack??? what the f is that all about ? ceo must get bjs from these broads?
ok the law suits are one thing
2nd thing is the browser effects the functionality of normal computer use. It caused interference when sending email, delayed it ,caused me to double click, i didnt have the problem until i installed browser
and also what i explained before----it jolts the screen everytime i change a page. this is probably due to running 2 tool bars at once
replying to:
There is a good deal of public information out there. The last SEC filing company will shed light on some of the history and a few of the lawsuits. The California Orange County website can give a little more info with respect to case status. There were several recently filed "settlements" that post-Jul r/s.
The only safeguard I know against "hot air" is to DD around it ;)
GLTU
thanks for the warnings,
im gonna cancel my buy order for ...0004
looks like the hype in here today was trying to get newbies lined up to pay higher anyway
since morales has been sued and all the rest i believe he's probably running with someone elses idea
sounds shady, yet it can go up ,since the hypers will talk all around any bashing(truth)
i have a problem here , the browser seems to make things jump ,a slight jolt ,,when i click to the next page??? is it due to running 2 browsers at once? or is this a problem with ewolrds? this isn't so good
i'm heavily invested in (LP) they make life preservers
i would think that if you could customize the tool bar to fit you're own needs that it would be even more preferable.
i also wonder how the tv connection will work while mobile on wireless verses @home with cable ? perhaps that wont even matter?
im quite sure it won't fall below .01 cause if it does i will end up a shareholder : )
yet ,i will only make the MM's happy here since i would trade the heck out of this .
recessionary factors loom , means less money for retailers
also extra costs for starting up a new location will cut into profits .... so yes next year things will be better then right now. but would i hold for that long ?? with our dollar falling oil so high etc.... i see a bear market effecting stocks and the consumers .... so trading sounds safer then going long . you go long when you know its safe ,as in , my uncle leaks info about the inside goings on ,especially in a penny play. walmart has screwed america small biz ,all things from china so much cheaper... why didn't all stores sell the same shit wallmart has so there would be no need for them. i guess shipping is part of the reason why not. Yes, but we're also talking about higher end stores .... which are struggling too since bush sunk us into the deepest hole debt wise ,runaway debt ...dollar falling ,looks real bad for even next yr ,from here jmo glta
thanks for the heads up
i've been playing with it all day, yes tried different skins. I will talk to the Ceo about my thoughts ,never know.Need to know on launch day how locked and loaded things will be.
1.Anyhow,i have kept my yahoo toolbar and this one lines up below it, i'll click it to be slim but it bounces back later to being on full.
So it would be best to only use one tool bar or are any other of you using both.
2. I also notice when i flip sites while on the web THAT having both bars causes a slight interuption (when switching sites) So i will have to try this by itself to see if it effects things. Again, with both bars going ,you get a slight interption or double enterying to where ever site your switching to.The interuption is only instantaneous.
3. i wonder how much tv selction you'll get. for when im at work and on a lap top i would like to check news ,say at lunch etc... so will it only give you you're home cable selection and no tv while mobile?
4.I can how this browser is set up in a userfriendly way ,like they say you can be at another website and then have access to alot more options ----where as before you'd have to type in where you're going ,which isn't a problem but if your busy you'd rather click once . Overall saves time.
5. the HDTV aspect is great but it means you need to use HD camera's only i believe. So again, will all the tv be only Hd
you can answer ,if you want by choosing any above number to my questions, to save time ,or whatever.
hey stocksgonewild are all the broads going to the shitter?
ok, so 2 billion authorized--- so those are in the hands of who? are they shelved or shorted ,of course does anyone know?
1 billion sent back ? why did they send them back? no room in the safe?
I just downloaded the browser and it works fine ,i think it will be my choice yet, i prefer the brownish color like yahoo's . i know about color and beige is a good one ,theres psychological reasons why ,but wont explain unless someone asks.
ge<--- general electic what ?
well GE can support that many ,im confused why they have various statements of shares ,sure i know what the float and OS are but

i agree with your take.
and wheather the stock dips or stays flat dosn't effect the long term.
what i find interesting is your profile and how you've got that pic of some ceo guy .... what happened there? did he head south to mexico with your money or?
Smart money would ,to lower the risk, vist the source on this .Yes fly and visit the acutal mines ,or get a face to face with ceo and managment . Inviting one or two for drinks or dinner wouldn't hurt. Over the course of conversation one would get a better feeling about ACTUALLY GOING ON HERE???
How can any post with certainty unless you know and if you do please email me ... if its real i could use the gains ,let me tell you. I would also pay you back in various ways ,paint your house for free comes to mind, pass on a good tip if i get one etc... or do your wife since you might of lost the ability to??
I believe the news is coming within 30 days.... we will either retest the lows or MAKE NEW HIGHS , even CRAMER says 6-7 a share and it makes alot of sense for the MERGER

hey there dtgoody... when did you get into ewdi , .0002? i've just downloaded browser and checked a few things out. the color of the browser ---gray is kinda drab in a way, its below my yahoo brown browser.... too bad you cant customize the browser to arrang your own icons???? should i email them about that diea.. i want to ask you something ---i clicked thier tv and wanted to watch tv but was informed its not ready for that ???? only websites of various tv shows nothing live ???? when that changes this would be a big winner. I like the hdv format much better then google. go ahead and either reply here or email me ,you've done more DD then i.

Ponzie Scheme??? You decide.
This is a long post, because I have taken the time to provide you with information that I think you should be aware of if you are still a shareholder of SWVC.
I purchased a position in SWVC of over 1MM shares at an average price of $0.0056. I was just lucky, had done some research and thought I had something that would turn into a real long term investment.
1). I was extremely disappointed by the first 8-K on WiseBuys and had some very frank discussions with Mr. Andrew Hellman - the Company's IR. (212)732-4300 as to inconsistencies with the 8-K, shareholder dilution and misleading statements. Within a day another 8-K was released.
An example of a Misleading Statement:
>From the September 18, 2007 press release:
"WiseBuys and its partners generated store-wide sales and trading revenues of approximately $12.5 million in 2006, and WiseBuys alone generated "Comprehensive Income" in 2006 of just under $1,000,000."
For the first time, I found out that WiseBuys actually had NEGATIVE OPERATING INCOME for the period and that the positive "Comprehensive Income" was all do to one time sale of securities.
IN FACT, I learned that the entire business plan for WiseBuys was dumped for a new strategy because, and I quote from the 8-K:
"The substantial reduction in our gross margin during fiscal 2007 created a serious cash flow problem, as our retail marketing operations for the year produced negative cash flow of $438,421."
So a business that had only a few years of operating, what appeared to be strong management was in fact floundering, but the initial report to shareholders stated that "Comprehensive Income" was positive.
2). Secondly; there were some inconsistencies with number of shares outstanding in the first 8-K. I spoke with Mr. Hellman, who couldn't answer my question my called Scozzafava who informed me later in the day about the actual shares outstanding and that the huge increase was do to conversion of debt.
THE FIRST 8-K, Filed 10/23/07:
"Upon completion of the Merger, there were 450,099,879 shares of the Company's common stock issued and outstanding. In addition, there were 1,458,236 shares of Series C Convertible Preferred Stock issued and outstanding, which
could be converted into 274,491,461 common shares at the market price of $.02 1/2 on October 1, 2007."
Total dilution = 724.5MM !!!
THE NEXT FILING - Filed 10/26/07: (page 14)
"SECURITY OWNERSHIP OF BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT
Upon completion of the Merger, there were 652,964,010 shares of the Company's common stock issued and outstanding. In addition, there were 1,458,236 shares of Series C Convertible Preferred Stock issued and outstanding, which
could be converted into 274,491,461 common shares at the market price of $.02 1/2 on October 1, 2007."
TOTAL DILUTION = 927.4MM !!! AT THIS RATE THE COMPANY WILL HAVE TO INCREASE AUTHORIZED SHARES FROM 2.5 BILLION IN 9
MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ALSO READ THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMER, FIRST TIME I HAVE SEEN THIS AND JUST THOUGHT "TALK ABOUT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK".
"Stockholders should be aware that, according to SEC Release No. 34-29093, the market for penny stocks has suffered in recent years from patterns of fraud and abuse. Such patterns include (1) control of the market for the security by one
or a few broker-dealers that are often related to the promoter or issuer; (2) manipulation of prices through prearranged matching of purchases and sales and false and misleading press releases; (3) boiler room practices
involving high-pressure sales tactics and unrealistic price projections by inexperienced sales persons; (4) excessive and undisclosed bid-ask differential and markups by selling broker-dealers; and (5) the wholesale dumping of the same
securities by promoters and broker-dealers after prices have been manipulated to a desired level, along with the resulting inevitable collapse of those prices and with
consequent investor losses. Our management is aware of the abuses that have occurred historically in the penny stock market."
3). To my amazement, Mr. Andrew Hellman agreed with my points and complaints. I believe the Company should have filed a separate 8-K upon conclusion of negotiations with debt holders that resulted in the incredible dilution. My conclusion was - "Man, if the IR agrees with me, what am I doing hanging around in this Ponzie scheme".
Just another lesson learned in the Fantasy Land of Bulletin Board stocks.
I sold all my stock at an average price of $0.029. Sad, because I could have sold it along with the trading position I tapped out when the stock moved to $0.08 and then just recently $0.05. BUT, I thought I had a long term position that could be worth a lot. Last thing I did was to contact my lawyers and they have filed a complaint with the SEC.
I've learned in this Fantasy Land of Bulletin Board stocks that "what goes around, comes around".
Candett Corporation got such a deal ??? why family related is what someone said??
Former Officer is who? and why did they get the big discount?
does Tom get a kick back from these folks since it was up to Tom basically basically hand them such profits.
so why did a Former Officer and Candett Corporation get such a good deal ,sandwiched between the other normal deals?
and if its toxic financing at what percentage is it,thus i mention it being semi toxic ?
i don't mean to sound negative
Also, my response to Dracula was never answered either
1,084,015,983 total shares counting all of today’s CD’s
billion .08
now,is this called semi toxic financing or quasi
Dracula
how can you post such negatives if you're a shareholder?
so this company is basically down to finding thier last out . As in poker how many outs do you have??
So thier last out was the toxic financing ,where big profits come and perhaps the taker has to split some of that with TOM? as in under the table??? is this whats going down ?
So the next shoe to fall would failure to expand as planned??? how deep does this go? sub penny you say?
Another caviet the back drop to all this is the morgage crash with banks and countrywide etc .... THAT can be a factor unsecured loans ---all related to WALMART taking over .
Another last ditch angle for Tom is trying to find locations where theres no WALMART for say 15-30miles ,which there are a few (have to be of course near large populations). These are in areas where walmart was voted down ,all due to the damage walmart does to small stores (all over the fricking world ,yes sir) By the way do you know that China's contract to walmart equals 20% of what their whole country exports worldwide---this is why american buisnesses are getting screwed ,the party is over due to walmart/china.
sheesh another non functioning IR department?
is that a redflag in penny land or??
when will the r/s all those billion plus shares?
why does pinksheets.com
any contracts ,revs??? here
Am new to this one, doing DD

its true , so many stocks are under pressure and its hard to find the right one with the quickest pull back. i traded a small small amount of this one prior to the big melt down. have alot of cash ready to find the right place. so i do present some negative sides to each of the stocks i'm looking at.
so please ,to the longs don't get angry with me, gryw does have something worth investing in , i'm havin a tuff time figuring out the demand/value
Pfizer bought someone else recently pulled out of here:
The decrease in revenues for the three and nine month periods is primarily due to the cancellation of our collaboration agreement with Pfizer, Inc. (Pfizer). The Company recognized $0.3 million and $6.5 million, for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2006 in the form of sponsored development funding under the Pfizer collaboration agreement. License fees, milestones and sales force allowance recognized for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2006 were $0.7 million and $22.3 million, respectively, from Pfizer.

12% short means we have a possible test of the lows here
yet no comment from those watching ???
no posts here?
darn ,sure has a great trading range ....
9-10's
yet its worth 14
plus NBIX is rather worthy of a buy out!!!!!!!!
it makes alot of sense due to the price of gold today that big minning fish start buying out the smaller fish
i just don't want to be the bait ,so am sidelined
if someone who knew something could contact me ,i'd look over the real facts and then perhaps be a buyer here.
yet ,for now it looks like a end of the yr desperation play
attracting people who wish to cover their losses by one last minute major profit ,as in too good to be true???
another canadian co. is doing this as well ,at the same time and its share price has fallen recently
I have bought in on the pull back and will add alot more once i find the new bottom. I am also in Acel and someone important likes both plays . The market turmoil oviously effected this one ,perhaps a oppurtunity ,yes i think so indeed. Some little birdy keeps landing and pointing its little beak this way.
someone once posted that no futher dilution will take place?
1.i need to ask how they know this?
2.Also, what the low down on the GS family? thier wealthy i presume are they also shareholder friendly?
3.last question for now is how close to wall mart are all these store locations? Does anyone think wall mart will effect growth
Something is up here ,sooooo many posts .... could mean its going to move up soon or eventually (next yr) or many are trapped?
someone removed my post about how impossible it should be for the fire department to make it a standard issue . Durring a fire or toxic spill they use hand signals and only the team leader needs to communicate ,while all the workers just take orders. I also stated something about a possible shill who posted he bought in below the 52 week low ,etc and then went on to say that theres a lawsuit filed etc etc....
yet since my post was removed and this being a canadian stock i am going to presume that this is a super risky investment
do not remove this post or i will take it up with the head hancho
all the posting over and over by the same people with no news is a red flag too, since thier either pumping or just nervous.
Hey Bud, I've heard a rumor on the Dec 3rd short issue, yet havn't read the low down ,guess i'll do a search on it.
I liked you're first post and wonder if you have any insight as to wheather or not it will play out ,perhaps next yr ::
<<If they can find a market for their DEVICE <Bio-reactor> that accelerates stem cell line development, the company MAY actually start generating some REVENUES even while their R&D progresses.
Let's say that PLRS can earn $120 Million in Bioreactors sales by the end of 2008.>>
Now, in other news i found a futuristic biggy ,yet the company isn't public yet and it has nothing to do with this board but i have a gut feeling about it like i do with plrs future ...
Technology Description
The high-power electromagnetic system (HPEMS) uses microwave energy to disable/damage vehicle’s electronic control module/microprocessors which control engine’s vital functions. The system is capable of (1) high-value asset perimeter protection from approaching hostile vehicles, (2) bringing cars to halt on urban, suburban roads and multi-lane highways, (3) perimeter protection for gas-oil (fueling) platform at sea and (4) day/night, all weather clandestine operations. Figures shown here depict HPEMS’ application for stopping vehicles on highways and perimeter protection of gas-oil fueling platform from approaching boats at sea.
The focus originally is to build a compact portable tunable system to be integrated in a police car (Ford Crown Victoria) and having the following operational capabilities:
• Operational range of frequencies tunable in the 350-1350 MHz range
• Immobilizing all vehicles with microprocessors at the range exceeding 50 meters
• HPEMS fits on a roof of a vehicle
Once the car-hosted system is built and tested, Eureka Aerospace will transition the technology to building larger HPEMS for 5-km perimeter protection applications.
HPEMS consists of 3 major elements:
1. Power Source
2. Tunable RF Oscillator
3. High-gain antenna
The power source consists of 16-stage Marx generator having erected voltage in excess of 640 kV, generating high energy (103 J each) pulses at PRF=100 Hz, yielding 10 kW average power. Marx generator is being fed by 270 Vdc capacitor bank, which in turn is energized by a 12V, 2kJ/sec car alternator. The design goal is to achieve PRF=1000 Hz, thus increasing the average power by 10 dB.
Tunable RF Oscillator consists of a two-plate variable length transmission line and a fast (less than 100 ps) closing spark-gap switch, which traps the pulses between the switch and the antenna (load) and thus converts Marx’s dc energy into microwave energy at a frequency controlled by the length of the transmission line.
High-gain antenna constitutes an integral part of the oscillator, since it represents the load of the oscillator circuit. Its terminals are connected to the transmission line and it radiates due to the oscillating voltage on its terminals. In the development of antenna subsystem, the key elements are: (1) suitable impedance allowing for efficient radiation and yet permitting adequate oscillations to occur between the switch and antenna for having large Q, (2) antenna size and shape for achieving required gain and yet not be obtrusive. The candidate antennas include (a) horn, (b) spiral and (c) Impulse radiating antenna (IRA), with gain ranging from 16 dBi (at 350 MHz) to 28 dBi (at 1.35 GHz). The operational system will have multiple (HH and VV) or circular polarization.
Tunable oscillator together with a high-power switch constitutes an integral part of the entire HPEMS. The subsystem will be tunable in the 350-1350 MHz range, where the most vulnerable frequencies for vehicles were determined during Phase II effort. The choice of a dielectric medium inside the switch, which will be based on the magnitude of the maximum voltage on its electrodes, the size of the gap between electrodes together with antenna impedance, will be selected to achieve the most efficient power transfer from Marx generator to the radiating antenna. Moreover, to accommodate large voltages, the option of using multi-channel switch oscillator system is being investigated. The overall objective of the HPEMS is to deliver at least 20 kV/m at the target vehicle of up to 50 m.
Finally, to avoid collateral damage to other vehicles, particularly on multi-lane highways, HPEMS is designed to optimize the antenna beam size, given operational frequency and the limitations of the antenna aperture size, which, together with system operational procedures (distance to the target vehicle and aspect angle) will assure the “illumination” of the target vehicle only. The tables below cite 1) HPEMS features, advantages, and benefits and 2) HPEMS comparison with other key competing technologies.

All current vehicle stopping systems, although affordable but highly ineffective, can be replaced by Eureka’s HPEMS.
No interfacing equipment or facilities are needed for implementation of HPEMS technology.
Current State of Development
In April 2004, Eureka Aerospace conducted a series of tests at the Los Angeles Sheriff Department’s (LASD) Fleet maintenance facility, where the so-called vulnerable frequencies associated with the microprocessor pins controlling the most vital function of the Electronic Control Modules (ECMs) were measured for six vehicles including Chevy Lumina, Dodge truck, Ford Taurus, Ford Crown Victoria, Toyota 4Runner and Nissan Maxima. This, in turn, will allow for the optimum design of the HPEMS. Figure on the right presents a sample of the measurement results - frequency response of the Dodge Dakota’s ignition switch for both H and V-polarizations. Note the resonances at 760 and 1,250 MHz, which indicate that these are the “vulnerable” frequencies for this vehicle – clearly an optimal choice of HPEMS’ operational frequencies in this particular case.
The determination of vehicle’s "vulnerable" frequencies plays a key role in the developing of an optimal high-power microwave system, resulting in the reduction of the system requirements on the radiated power, system size and weight.
Earlier, Eureka Aerospace developed system concepts for both 5-km perimeter protection and vehicle immobilization on highways, where detailed analysis of the HPEMS and design curves for power and aperture requirements were carried out.
Currently, a prototype HPEMS to be hosted by a Ford Crown Victoria is being fabricated at Eureka’s microwave laboratory with anticipated completion by October 2005, and subsequent full-scale tests in November 2005 at Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department’s (LASD) range facility. The Current Technology Readiness Level (TRL) is 6.
The next step would be the development of a larger HPEMS system for MARCORSYSCOM and OPNAV(Navy) to be deployed on top of the building and oil-gas fueling platform, respectively, for a 5-km perimeter protection purpose.
too much isn't it!
Heres some thoughts on our fearless leader-- Mak ,
1.First off, i'm not sure he will need to cash out next yr ,but since he can't sell all those free shares til next yr,i believe it will be next yr when the IR department and website improves .
2. A listing on a China exchange<----- would be the boldest and smartest idea, which 5x5 (i think) brought up. Its would work since next yr looks to turn super green for the bottom line.
3.Unless toxic finacing or dilution occurs ,which would create a new low or retace to old lows. So ,Mak if you're listening ,we the shareholders would like to know when you're going to become shareholder friendly ----by the way you are a shareholder bud!
4.all of aagh insiders besides Mak most have talked over the proper entry points based on how they see the direction the company ..... they too get a chance to buy low and sell high or hold and sell much much higher .... especailly if this turned into a plus 1.00 a share . If on the China exchange a run to 2.00 is my prediction ,and higher thereafter if the grass is greener.
5. had my coffee , no nfl today .... hey check out the future in crime control (too bad its a not a penny play)The high-power electromagnetic system (HPEMS) uses microwave energy to disable/damage vehicle’s electronic control module/microprocessors which control engine’s vital functions.

Earlier, Eureka Aerospace developed system concepts for both 5-km perimeter protection and vehicle immobilization on highways, where detailed analysis of the HPEMS and design curves for power and aperture requirements were carried out.
r/s is a gamble in alot of ways ,unless they've lined up some heavy hitters (buyers) to keep it from being shorted . Of course clever PR never hurts and i'll bet the folks in israel know a thing or two about that one (jews can yak yak yak )I know since i'm married to one (no offenses). I believe in PLRS science and down the road its a big winner. 7 bucks a share by the time phase 2 starts so in a few yrs then?
this stock may have had possible MM manipulation ,what a volitile chart... has anyone here made good money trading it or ??? I wonder what the profit margins are going to be ? It seems people will prefer discount stores since recessionairy pressures..... yet, i don't know how low this thing can fall... seems risky, yet so many people post and are longs traders or sidelined . So it has my curiosity/
i wonder why the volume slowed down. was the 2 month ago run up due to the MMs buying shares and investors ....or ....
Hey Lucyinthesky
I have looked into CHDO and like it ,sure looked green today.
I need to ask your opinion on AAGH , since they have the china tv show WWTBAM and other projects, and has sold off from its big (premature) run ,is it a decent investment?
My DD makes me think that next yr will be a good year unless further dilution or a unforseen occurs. I wasn't too comfortable with trying to call thier IR department and not getting a reply and thier email dosn't work either. Is this a red flag or do insiders want the stock low so they can buy up more . 37 employee's and not all get stock options. Or could they be sending a redflag to investors by not replying?
LWM can be reached at lordwinmore@yahoo
Thanks for any reply
hi checheko
i guess this stock is worth investing in now since its alot lower in price ?
can you either reply here or email me about another china related stock AAGH
I was also looking for someone who knows about china stocks or speaks chinese to inform me as to whether AAGH's tv show in china is doing fine or great or bad. The show is WWTBAM (who want to be a millionaire)
AAGH has sold off from the nice run it has had this yr ,might be a good entry. I'm in at .16 and wonder if i should add here or not.
Looks like AOB has recovered from its sell off , do you like that one ,too?
LWM can be emailed at lordwinmore@yahoo.com or tmfox4 at hot mail.
Thanks
