ok, so 2 billion authorized--- so those are in the hands of who? are they shelved or shorted ,of course does anyone know?

1 billion sent back ? why did they send them back? no room in the safe?

I just downloaded the browser and it works fine ,i think it will be my choice yet, i prefer the brownish color like yahoo's . i know about color and beige is a good one ,theres psychological reasons why ,but wont explain unless someone asks.
