Phil, Sweetie.. I've booked a three week trip to Cannes for the Harvest Ball and charged it to your account...I also purchased a complete wardrobe for me and, of course, I had to make sure my masseuse... who will be accompanying me, will be dressed appropriately thus his new wardrobe will be charged to your account as well.
When I return, we will discuss the matter of the bimbo more thoroughly.
I would suggest you have my new car delivered to me at the airport. Oh, BTW...thank you for the lovely ring...I did find it on my bedside table right after you left this evening. Not to worry, I won't wait up for you....stay at the bimbo's as long as you like.
FYI, my masseuse informed me early on I didn't need my boobs (or ass) "firmed" in the traditional way. His new method was ...uh, shall we say much more intimate and very pleasurable.
Ta Ta, BabyCakes
WHAT! "... remember thinking all the money I had spent on boob firming methods had finally paid off."
For your information, you lying, cheating, low-down, over-sexed, no-good Lothario...I have NEVER had a boob job! WHO did you spend our hard-earned money on? That cheap looking hussy next door? Sob, Sob, Sob.
You can just go next door after you do me, for your bj but if you do, you can stay there for all I care, you libidinous rat, you . Boo Hoo, Sniff, Sniff
Escalade? I ain't gettin' no cheap car like that. I want a Seville convertible and an 8-carat diamond solitaire and ....oh, Boo Hoo, Boo Hoo...I can't talk right now.
Oh thank you Philsie. Do you really mean it ..."The reason I thought it was you is because it was the best sex I have ever had." tee hee, that's such a compliment, darling. She was that good, eh?
I want to know one thing more. Were her hooters as firm as mine?
I think I'll forgive you after you get me a new Caddy and a....well, let me think on what else I want, you sweet generous loving man.
Hugs and Kisses
xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
Don't you "sweetness" me, you trifling skunk! To think I gave you the best years of my life, you two timing, blonde loving, no good bum ...boo hoo, boo hoo.
How will you make it up to me?
Certainly not! LOL
We don't have a hammock!
That ditzy blonde next door has one though and I've seen you ogling her when she sunbathes half-nekkid.
Is that where you spent the night, you two-timing cad?
Boo Hoo, Boo Hoo...
I've experienced that phenomenon myself a time or two especially in my younger years. LOL
GRRRR Okay Phil...do you see the time?

You're in the doghouse now!
Isn't that strange. I just clicked on the link and got the picture for 10/11 already. Apparently it updates itself. I'm on CST so it's still 10/10 here.
Do we have anybody who lives in Seattle here...they ought to enjoy this one.

PHIL!.....you don't have much time left. Didn't I tell you to be home by midnight? You know what happens when you're late!!

Oh Yeah! One of my faves. Thanks, Larry.
Did anybody see the Munchkin (Merle) on Letterman last night? He looked great....still no Bonnie though.
Astronomy picture of the day...

More October 10 birthdays...Tanya Tucker is 45. Ben Vereen is 57 and Peter Coyote is 61.
Mornin' Bull...that thing looks like a toy that was very popular about 3 years ago...can't think what it was called but I remember many trips to Austin and San Antonio around Christmas time in search of it... as one of my little nephews just had to have it.
Go Yankees! (I may as well jump on the bandwagon ;)
...sigh, I guess I will...at least for another 7 to 10 years.
Are you watching the game too?
Groan! And they have like 2 square feet of lawn area in the front...for the dog, I'm told....and a teeny space on the other side where one can grow flowers. Hah! What a joke.
In my wildest imagination I can't see me living in a place like that.
We don't have water bills, BTW. We have our own well, get water right out of the aquifer...pure as can be!
I figured you'd like that.;)
Guess who else is watching that game. You reckon he has some value after all? Should I keep him since he's rooting for the Yankees?
Like I didn't know that! They're also called zero-lot-line homes here...do you know what that means???? I'd have people surrounding me!
Never, Never, Never!
I almost got him a few minutes ago...poor baby has a catch in his back and when that happens he always asks me to walk on him while he's lying prone on the floor. I know, he's nuts! Anyway, I didn't just tread lightly like I usually do...I ...sorta accidentally stomped him. Heheheheheheheh...
I'll get that TREX deck...wait and see. ;)
You're assuming I'm going to win this little...uh, difference of opinion, huh, Bull?
Thank you for the vote of confidence...and the link!
I know, Susie...ain't it fun? Hey, take a look at the new iBox on the Bedroom board... LOL
Churak! You FINALLY got rid of that #$@%#&* kangaroo!
Congrats!
Ahahahahahaha!
Reminds me of the time I found an artificial fingernail in my car after returning home from a vacation.
I got a new car out of that little incident. LOL
Ah Susie...I knew I shouldn't have opened my big mouth.
Mea Culpa ;)
You guys don't know nuttin. It's just a matter of convincing him that using TREX was HIS idea.
Oops, I'm revealing our secret on how we always get what we want.
Don't rat on me. LOL
Oh Yeah!!!!
Bull...first of all he had one Ping...a putter. I don't know what he has now (he's already replaced his clubs but not with Callaways.)
Interesting about the tax deduction. Our accountant is the executor of our estate but I think I'll print this page anyway. I haven't won out ...YET, on this decision of mine but I'm working on it. I have always said I was going to stay on this property until I die...now it appears this silly idea of moving to a garden home some day is another obstacle I'll have to fight.
Man, if it ain't one thing...it's another. Why do guys do this to women? Don't y'all realize by now we know best and our decisions are final...even though it may take a while to convince you? Sheesh! ;)
(thanks for the info)
Excel... We just got back from looking at the TREX deck. I DO like it (they selected the same color I did, Saddle)....however, I have to go back now and read some of the posts I saved re the nails one should use.
It's rainy and windy here so the deck was covered with leaves but I brushed them aside and noticed one could see the nails.
Anyway...I'm taking my time with this project. I'll see how the second bid comes in which will be several days as the contractor is out of town.
Bull....where would this be? "....you can agree not to develop your property and get a tax rebate for it."
I may move there if they have such astute politicians who had the foresight to discourage more development.
I thought I told you about the thief who apparently had an affinity for Callaway golf clubs as he stole several sets. The police caught him and found some clubs in a pawn shop but unfortunately, MDB's were not among them....AND the loss wasn't covered as his truck was unlocked.
Of course, it was all my fault!
You're absolutely right about the wood deck...we just returned from looking at the TREX deck....sigh.
Everybody did (bragged). It was so easy to make money then...but later one started hearing lots of horror stories especially those who bought on margin. Something I have never done and never will.
Dang, I am SO stupid! MDB and I were discussing the bids last night...he tells me when he retires (ahahahahaha...like he WORKS now), he doesn't want to stay here...wants to get a garden home meaning no yard to mow.
SO...his argument why build a TREX deck that will last for life when we won't be here 7 to 10 years from now. I say...what about maintenance in the meantime on the wolmanized deck...he says hire somebody. Herein, is the big prob...that means I'm the one who has to find somebody to do it!
And whose golf clubs were stolen recently and need to be replaced?
The plot thickens!
P.S. We don't argue about resale value...yet. We're still ...uh ...discussing, my desire to donate the whole place to the nature conservatory IF we ever move, so no cotton-pickin' developers will ever get their greedy little hands on this property!
Sheesh...I really got a late start! I'm fixing to eat BREAKFAST. LOL
The first time (1987), the market rebounded immediately.
Who was to know, however, the second "slump" would last three years! I've seen a distinct improvement in the value of my portolios for about the last four-five months now, thankfully. It's been a long and rough road...for me.
Bull...I've been doing that a lot recently. What does it mean? I think it's me not getting enough sleep so I walk around in a fog all day.
I meant deck, of course. ;) I am anxious to see it as they selected the same color I did (Saddle). Also, if I get myself in gear and get over there, I'll find out just how slippery it is when wet.
Yes, the TREX is more...
Update...I did receive a bid on the wolmanized lumber...the difference between it and TREX was about $2500.00.
I'm supposed to look at an existing TREX patio today...if our rain stops.
WTB...I was pretty involved yesterday with some business stuff so saved your two messages to respond to later. One of them has been removed but I think I remember what you said about turning the embedded sound feature on and off. Will try it.
You mentioned real estate...we found it to be extemely profitable if one prepares for and can weather the slumps. Not the funds, though...brick and mortar and/or land (in our case).
As for pennies, it appears one has to devote a lot of time to them...that is, follow them closely which means spending your day in front of the computer. I do enough of that the way it is. LOL
I've gone thru two market down-turns...the one in 1987 (just shortly after I started investing!) and this recent bubble thingy...causing the value of my portfolios to drop.. 18% in one and 20% in the other. There again, as far as I'm concerned... if one has a good core holding, it's a matter of weathering the storm.
ASTRONOMY picture of the day.

Heheheheheheheheheh
Oh Phil...I'm sorry I'm late but you're going to be proud of me... I saved you so much money today when I went shopping. Everything I bought was on sale so just think, honey...I probably saved you hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Please help me bring the packages in from the trunk, and the front and back seat of the car. The rest of my purchases will be delivered tomorrow.
Aren't you pleased, dear?
