Dang, I am SO stupid! MDB and I were discussing the bids last night...he tells me when he retires (ahahahahaha...like he WORKS now), he doesn't want to stay here...wants to get a garden home meaning no yard to mow.

SO...his argument why build a TREX deck that will last for life when we won't be here 7 to 10 years from now. I say...what about maintenance in the meantime on the wolmanized deck...he says hire somebody. Herein, is the big prob...that means I'm the one who has to find somebody to do it!

And whose golf clubs were stolen recently and need to be replaced?

The plot thickens!

P.S. We don't argue about resale value...yet. We're still ...uh ...discussing, my desire to donate the whole place to the nature conservatory IF we ever move, so no cotton-pickin' developers will ever get their greedy little hands on this property!
