cash, since Monday is a half day anyway, they probably believe that doing it at the opening on Monday will not cause any big move up or down, as these types of days usually produce very low volume. Then a day off for the July 4th holiday, and, if they've done their homework well, a strong p.r. on Wednesday, and probably several more in July. But then again, I'm just one of the investors, who's investment is down like almost everyone else's on this board, so in reality, "what do I know" ??????? Regards, Florida
Rhino, I will be very surprised if when we all log on Monday morning, we "don't" see the reverse split price on our computers!!!!! Anyone wanting to call or e-mail the company on Monday, won't have to, as you'll be getting your r.s. over with before the opening. If they have any positive news in the hopper, that would be the perfect time to start releasing some of it. The company should then start a p.r. blitz, that doesn't stop until this stock gets some recognition, and a much higher price for its shareholders. I'm getting a little tired of hearing that anything we release could be considered trying to "manipulate" our stock price. If anything, we've been so low key lately, that there's absolutely no interest in this stock, to buyers or sellers. We sometimes forget that we're listed as a "pink sheet" company. This listing is about as close as you can get to the wild wild west. There, like here, "anything goes"!!!!
Insanity, hate to bother you again, but who's doing the buying at 0.0009. Almost 11 mil. bought there so far today. Florida
Excellrnt points. The odd thing here is, even if your theory is correct, and it sounds very possible, low price after the slit, "good news released", and with only 4 mil. shares outstanding, a chance to double or even triple in one day, why don't we see more "bargain hunters" at this extremely low price???? Florida
Good morning insanity. Could you please update us on level 2? Thanks, Florida
Just a few questions we can comment on. Since in my return answer , and that of a couple of other investors, that contacted the company, "Monday" was mentioned as the day that our questions regarding the r.s. split would be answered. It might be an educated guess, but doesn't it look like the stock will have a brand new price when they open trading next Monday? Then the company won't have to be contacted, as we can see it on our computers. The next question I have, why does this stock seem stuck at 0.0009. I understand trading has been very light, but to trade at the same price all week long, just doesn't make sense. It almost appears that somebody wants the opening "new stock price" to be 0.45. Even if this is just a coincidence, wouldn't you think that some "larger" shareholders would want it to reverse at a higher number than that???? A dollar would even be better, but then it would have to close the week at 0.002, which right now doesn't appear likely. Or, how about the company releasing or even re-releasing something positive,to at least "attempt" to get it a little higher? After all, we all agree it's nears its low now! The other possibility is, as some people seem to think, is, if it reverses this low,and then they start bombarding the wires with good news releases almost immediately after the split, it will have a much greater percentage rise from 0.0009, than it would from a higher closing price. Since everyone right now is really only guessing, including myself, these questions give us all something to think about between now and Monday!
tag, although "most" reverse splits aren't good, perhaps you're right and this one will work out. In any event, why do you think that "by Monday" some answers will be forthcoming? It sounds like we'll know something before the weekend. Florida
Florida,
On one hand people are wanting it to get over with, and then you are
saying about postpone.
I know it is hard for people to be patient right now but patience is a virtue.
Talk to me on Monday about this.

Folks, is it possible, since the reverse split was the "company's idea", that they might now be still undecided about really doing it at this time? Mainly because of this extremely low share price, and also because they've been under enormous presssure from all shareholders not to have even considered doing this thing in the first place, Everyone would agree, that postponing it, or even better, cancelling this r.s. wouldn't be considered "shady" by any means. Actually, it would prove that they realize it was a big mistake to do it now. Sometimes to just admit you're wrong, and in this case to right that wrong, would win over a whole lot of "new" shareholders. Florida
500, I assume you're referring to the answers James gave me. My questions were important to all shareholders in IPRE. Florida
Just received an answer from James,
Sorry, I wasn't neglecting you, I just missed the email. There is
nothing shady going on about the long wait. We want to get the RS
over with just as much as you do. It just takes longer in California
than some other states.
If you ask me this on Monday, I should have a clearer answer for you.
All the best,
James

tag,I certainly hope you're correct. What does puzzle me though is, if most of us believe that will happen when the reverse becomes official, shouldn't we be getting more buying now, before it splits.? Since it's been more than 2 weeks that they filed with the NASD, and it can't drag out too much longer, you would think it would be a much better buy here at the 0.0009, than it would at the new price of 0.40, or 0.45. Especially if we all expect news, and a runup when it happens to possibly even $1. Any opinions on this would be greatly appreciated. Florida
And, is asnyone "buying" at 0.0009???? As I told James in an earlier e-mail, I think the posters on this board are "all bought up"!!!!!!! Florida
It looks like everyone could get filled at the bid price of 0.0008. The problem is, What we need are buyers at the ask!!!!! It looks like the longer this waiting period drags on,the worse it gets for our stock price. Florida
Thanks insanity, looks like we have just one to go before we get into the 0.001 area. UBSS could have a few, or, he could have a lot. We should find out fairly soon. Florida
insaniti, don't know much about charts, but just judging from the time they announced their revese split was submitted, a little over two weeks ago, we should see something released any time now. Just what they have to say when it's done, will have an effect on this stock price, one way or the other. Especially when the 2 "billion" shares, become 4 "million" shares.Would you tell us who the market maker that's still selling shares at 0.0009 is? Thanks, Florida
500, ask chip to post, even to just say hello to everyone. He certainly livened up this board when he was active on it. Hey chip, hello from Florida
Insanity, no response yet on when the r.s. might occur. If they contact the NASD I'm pretty sure they'll get an answer. Wouldn't it be something if they decide to postpone it.The next best thing would be to issue some bonus shares to their loyal shareholders. Would you update level 2 for us? Thanks, Florida
Thanks, insanity. Are you in the same time zone as we are in Florida?
Insanity, could you tell us just how long ago you received this e-mail. And if you can, would you give us a rundown of level 2 ??? Thanks, Florida
Rhino, I for one wasn't aware of that. I wonder why Imperia gave us a notice, especially if it wasn't neccessary, since it has really hammered our stock price? Perhaps no notice, or, a "much Shorter one" timewise, would have been a lot better. Then we could have reversed at a higher price, and opened post split higher than we will now. Florida
cash, I just e-mailed the company requesting they check on what's holding up the approval of this reverse split. I explained that the delay in getting it done has put everyone on "hold"! Florida
It certainly looks like the reverse split opening price will be 0.45. For the past week, everytime somebody bids 0.0009, they get their shares. On the other hand, if someone offers to sell their shares at 0.0009, they're gobbled up. It really looks like somebody wants this stock to remain right here."Why", is the million dollar question. Now if only some big buyer would come in and buy up all these remaining "loose shares", things would really start looking up. Florida
Not sure, I would expect this week..

Folks, I don't care for reversr splits, and shared that many times with the company. I hate the current inactivity, and the low price of my shares even more, it's even possible that they've made some mistakes along the way, everyone does, but they certainly don't act or sound like a company that's going out of business anytime soon! I'm all bought up for now, and the shares I do have are all down pretty far from my purchase price. For me to sell any shares now at less than a penny, would be just as insane as the company would have to be in answering all e-mails and phone calls, unless they really believe in what they're doing. To turn on an answeing machine would be the easy way out. Will they succeed or will they fail, I can't predict the future so that question can't be answered. I do however appreciate the fact that they never say die, sounds a little like one of their film titles, "Never submit". Let's give it a little time even after it splits. One never knows what "might happen" on Wall Street. Regards, Florida
Richard,
Here is a ton of information on Tax incentives for filming in Canada.
In some cases they will even cover the entire budget. Both the
Director of Photography and myself are Canadian. This is why
Hollywood crews has been struggling and that so many movies are being
filmed in Canada now. You would be surprised at all of the movies
that are filmed in Canada these days. Most of them are actually.
Brokeback mountain was filmed in Canada for example. The Superman
movie was filmed in Australia because of similar tax incentives. The
average person doesn't know this because in the story it is set in the
US and made to look like the US. Here is some information:
http://www.omdc.on.ca/English/Ontario-Film--Television-Tax-Credit.html
http://www.telefilm.gc.ca/03/311.asp?lang=en&fond_id=1
Filming brings a tremendous amount of money into a community. So if
the government gives you 40% of the money you spend, they still have
60% that they wouldn't have if you filmed in another country.
You don't have to shoot the whole movie in Canada but you only get the
Tax incentives for the parts you film in Canada. So if we were to
shoot at a UFC or Pride event for a day in Las Vegas or Japan then
everything else could be shot in Canada and matched up later on.
That's the magic of making movies.
And BTW, we have not announced anything about the UFC or Pride, only
that we have discussions and that more news will follow about this
project.
I don't mind being asked questions that have not been asked before.
I'll tell you what, you are the new designated question asker for
IPRE. LOL!
All the best,
James

Banana, you could be the first person on this board that's gotten younger instead of older since you've been posting. Your posts are sharper, crispier, like the cereals you must eat, and show a much needed sense of humor. Just keep on posting on this board, and you'll definitely be around for at least 50 more years! Continued good health, and, good luck. Florida
Braden, just checked the level 2 trades, and found that there were 2 buys in that 30 mil. share trade that were bought at 0.0010. These 2 buys totalled 15 mil. shares. So half of this buy was at the 0.0009, while the rest was bought at 0.0010. Interesting!!!!! Florida
Rhino, no reflection on Chip, but in my opinion this is a much bigger player! Regards, Florida
Hello Braden. If you get a chance please send me your e-mail adress Thanks, Florida
I really don't know or really care about who the seller was, but I'm very impressed with "someone" buying 30 mil. shares at 0.0009.To invest $27,000 in this company's stock at this time, could be a clue of things to come. A great buy!!!! Florida
Banana, would you please keep us all informed when you get or don't get your questions answered? Even when some of my questions to the company are not answered the way I had hoped, I still share "my" questions, and "their" answers, with the folks on this board. Florida
500, why do you think that people who have questions regarding IPRE, and many of them could be legitimate ones, 'won't even attempt to contact the company", to have some of them answered? That would seem to be the right place to go, to try and get them some answers. Florida
Excellent post 500. Gossip and guesses could all be resolved, if folks would take a few minutes to ask the company these things. They would be the "only ones" that could possibly answer some of these questions! Florida
t, correct me if I'm mistaken, but once a company files with the NASD for a reverse split of their stock, don't they then have to wait until the NASD notifies them that it's officially approved, before the stock can trade at the reverse split price? To my knowledge the company doesn't know the exact date it will occur, as it's no longer in their hands. The only other way this would change was,"if the company had a change of heart and postponed or cancelled their request". In that case, they would be obliged to announce it"immediately"!!!!!
Sometimes it takes a few weeks to be finalized. Although the company thought it would take a week or two, it could take a month or more. It might even happen as early as tomorrow. Once it's in the hands of the NASD all you can do is Wait"! Until they're notified that it's official, it will keep trading the same way it has been. As far as the stock price goes, the reverse numbers will be based on the closing price "the previous day" !!!! Who knows, it still has a chance to move up before this takes place. Florida
RIchard,
MLMD is majority owned by IPRE. If you own 85% of a property, and the
value goes up, will that benefit you? Of course. It is an asset which
we own most of.

James

money, I contacted James regarding revenues from WHISKERS. I'm waiting for his reply, and will post as soon as I know anything. Florida
Richard,
Everyone right now will say that we should have postponed the RS till
good things were going on. I guarantee, if we waited and just
started to get revenue in, and then did it, everyone would say that we
just started to have really big news and killed it with the RS.
The last time, when the price was down to 0.003 we announced about
"Never Submit". Then, after we announced the closing of the REG D,
everyone was saying "why didn't you release the news about Never
Submit AFTER the REG D closed?" The reason they said this is because
at the time we announced it, things were so low, that nothing
affected the share price. Also note, that as soon as we announced the
closing of the REG D, everything changed in a split second.
No matter when we did a RS, it would be the wrong time. The reason
people want us to postpone the RS is because they think the stock
price will go up, and they can get out. Then we can announce the RS
when new people own the shares, but then those people will get hurt.
Everyone is predicting doom and gloom at this point, because they are
only seeing two inches in front of their face. They don't see that
once the RS is done, that there is no bad news on the horizon, and
several movies coming out. Einstein had an expression.. "Most people
only see things they way they are, rather than the way they could be".
We explained everything we are working on in our extensive two hour
interview. If we release news about something we are working on,
investors will call it "fluff" and say we are "desperate". It could
also be seen as stock manipulation.
I find it interesting that shareholders bash on the company so much,
when they have no idea about future releases or what is coming. All
they can do is speculate. Think of IPRE like a box of chocolates, you
never know what you're going to get.. =)
The only thing that is a guarantee, is if we put out news and the
stock goes down, I will be called a scam artist, if we put out news
and the stock price goes up, I will be called a genius.
All the best,
I'm doing good Braden, thanks. I have another answer to a later e-mail from the company. It will be posted shortly. Regards, Florida
