Rhino, I for one wasn't aware of that. I wonder why Imperia gave us a notice, especially if it wasn't neccessary, since it has really hammered our stock price? Perhaps no notice, or, a "much Shorter one" timewise, would have been a lot better. Then we could have reversed at a higher price, and opened post split higher than we will now. Florida
