YHOO Charts for Last Week...
3Month/Daily:
I get the 'feeling' that YHOO is going down to the lower Bollinger Band or to around 39.80 which 'may be' a good entry for a Swing Trade...Almost every T/A Indicator on this chart shows 'weakness', especially the decrease in Volume, which is normal the week before Christmas and the Holidays...I could be 'Fooled' by all this, as this week is 'Usually' a Very Strong Week for the Overall Markets, and YHOO will follow the Nasdaq and S&P 500 if they 'Rally' this week...
3Month/Weekly:
Last weeks candlestick has a lot of red, and closed near the Low of the Week...The 5WMA, OBV, CMF, A/D Line, CCI, RSI, DMI+, Stochastics, MACD, and Volume all went down last week...I'm NOT real 'Bullish' on YHOO at this time, unless the Overall Markets Rally HARD in the near future beginning tomorrow...

RBAK Charts for Last Week, and a 'Prediction'...
2Month/Daily:
The Chart Pattern since 12/05 is a Consolidation in an Uptrend, forming a 'Bull Flag' with Lower Lows/Lower Highs...It touched the Lower Bollinger Band Friday, and bounced up nicely off of it...Friday would have been a Good entry for a Swing Trade near the LOD...Friday's candlestick is big and green and closed near the HOD, so I would expect it to move towards the Upper BB which is at 14.50 next week...The OBV is Strong, CMF Money Flow is down, but the A/D Line is still Strong...The CCI bounced up off the lower line...The RSI is showing Strength again...The DMI+ and DMI- are diverging...Stochastics hit the bottom, and formed a double-bottom and broke out with the fast line crossing up through the slow line...The MACD Histogram upticked Friday...The Volume is Average...
6Month/Weekly:
Last weeks candlestick is a 'doji' and the closing weekly prices for the last nine weeks have held above the 5WMA...The last three weeks show a Consolidation in an Uptrend forming a 'Bull Flag'...The Upper BB sits at 15.00 which is the possible upside here...The OBV is still Strong...CMF Money Flow downticked last week, but Accumulation upticked...The CCI could bounce up off the upper line soon...The RSI is still in the 'Power Zone' above 70 with room to move back up again...The DMI's are converging a bit...Stochastics are not too Overbought now...The MACD Histogram downticked last week...And the Volume is diminishing, as it should nearing the end of this Consolidation...
Overall, I'm still Bullish on this stock, and I believe RBAK will try to take another run at 15.00 and beyond here in the near future...With all the Great News it has received lately, I think RBAK will have a Very Good Year in 2006...GOOD LUCK TO ALL! ;^)

News for 'GZFX' - (TechStockReview.com: Opening Bell Traders Report Tuesday, December 20 VMHVF, GZFX, BBI, MOVI)
Dec 20, 2005 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Arlington, Texas, Opening Bell Report
& Alerts - VMH VideoMovieHouse.com (OTCBB: VMHVF) Signs Binding Agreement With
Wide Open Technologies to Acquire DVD Marketplace, GamezNFlix, Inc. (OTCBB:
GZFX) Still Gaining, Top Holiday Movie Rentals Show America Loves to Laugh the
Holidays Away According to a Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE: BBI) survey, and Movie
Gallery, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOVI) Gives Away 30 Xbox 360s.
Steve Gaspar, President of VMH VideoMovieHouse.com (OTCBB: VMHVF), is pleased to
announce that the company has formalized an agreement with Wide Open
Technologies of Charlotte, North Carolina, to acquire all of the online business
assets of DVD Marketplace.com. The acquisition includes the
www.dvdmarketplace.com website, domain name, license for all operating software
plus the technology and code which make up this fully functional 3rd party
selling platform. Additional site improvements and enhancements are expected to
be completed within 90 days of closing by Wide Open Technologies allowing for
full integration. The new enhanced site is expected to go live sometime in
January 2006 with new improved features and until that point VMH
Videomoviehouse.com will operate www.dvdmarketplace.com basically as is. Further
platform development and enhancements will be undertaken throughout the year, as
needed, by the Wide Open Technologies team. "With this acquisition the company
is acquiring much more than just a website. It is acquiring the expertise and
the experience of an absolutely top notch team of experts who bring to the table
the kind of talent needed to help take VMH Videomoviehouse.com to the next
level," added Mr. Gaspar.
The company plans an aggressive marketing campaign to recruit thousands of
E-Merchants with the aim of building an internet powerhouse known for offering
great value to both merchants and buyers alike. A new marketing team is now in
place, ready to pursue E-Merchants both large and small to market their wares on
the company's new website by offering more competitive commission rates and
lower selling fees.
"This acquisition gives VMH VideoMovieHouse.com a unique opportunity to expand
into the estimated 20 Billion Dollar a year commission-based 3rd party online
sales market, now dominated by the likes of Amazon.com, eBay.com and Redif.com,"
according to Mr. Gaspar. "These companies have been very successful using
commission-based selling structures. Our intent is to not only duplicate their
successes but to capture what we feel is a significant portion of this 20
Billion annual market for ourselves. We will be offering not only DVDs but
numerous other products and services for sale online as well, when opportunities
present themselves. This change of direction we are undertaking is a dramatic
shift towards technology-based solutions and away from time-consuming and
expensive product handling. The company plans to reduce product handling to a
minimum in the future by contracting out fulfillment of both sales and rental
products as much as possible," added Mr. Gaspar.
About VideoMovieHouse.com: VMH Videomoviehouse.com is no stranger to the
estimated 8 Billion Dollar online rental industry or the estimated 16 Billion
Dollar DVD sales industry. The company has been selling DVDs on-line since June
2001 and earlier this year entered the North American online DVD market. "The
company plans to now focus more of its energy and resources towards the online
DVD Rental business. The opportunity to do so has been brought about by the
company's recent decision to change the direction of the company," according to
Mr. Gaspar. "More focus will go towards growing our DVD sales revenues in
conjunction with our Online DVD Rental business. We will aggressively
cross-market to both these groups in addition to our existing database of
300,000 past customers," added Mr. Gaspar.
GamezNFlix, Inc. (OTCBB: GZFX), another recent up-and-coming' digital disc

get in the holiday spirit. According to a Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE: BBI) survey,
80 percent of respondents said movies are a great way to relax from the stress
of the holidays. Sixty-eight percent said movies get their family in the holiday
mood.
The only non-comedy choice by BLOCKBUSTER members was "It's A Wonderful Life,"
the uplifting 1946 Frank Capra classic starring James Stewart and Donna Reed.
