Not expecting anything. I am holding what I have, I will buy heavy if the stock sells off hard on volume, but otherwise I want to see 12-18 months of steady financials now showing the ability to reduce the debt from capital loans used to build the new plant, before I buy more.
My average is about .40 now, I have been trying to add too, but I never get the cheapies.
Lot going on with that annual shareholders meeting for sure, adding 3-4 directors, and many other changes, name change to TG Theraputics.....
I see they are asking for provisions (authorization) for a R/S, but I wonder if they plan to just authorize it but not use it for several years (if needed to jump ship) since all the bulk of the common is currently converted to preferred shares, or if they plan to way lay us later this year after a pump and dump program runs it up over a $1, and clean up the entire stock count before uplisting to AMEX maybe? I was already surprised when they converted 95% of the new shares to preferred shares, and kept the marketable common OS real small!!! I am hanging in for a ride to at least $1, which I still have hopes of seeing. They have 25 million (or nearly that) in fresh cash, so not sure they need to sell any more shares this year. I am wondering if they plan to authorize the R/S and save it as an exit strategy if things go wrong in 1-2 years. If so this is a buy. If they do a R/S weeks after the meeting, we may be screwed!
According to this the stock (cash in the bank per share) is selling for nearly 60 cents on the dollar of cash in the bank, with 10% of OS SHORT, making the market value of the pipeline worthless!

Definately a committed seller! LOL
No I have not seen it, what do you think it means? Thanks for the heads up. I am still trying buy all I can .08, but we may not get there.
I did get the impression that Manhattan is about to officially change the name to the TG Thera? name in the prior filing.
Yep, sometimes the chicken entrails and Tea leaves lie!!!! LOL
Until the market actually opens it is not relevant. Look at the bid and ask while the market is open, that is all that counts. After hours numbers are just very large over night standing orders, if any. Conditional bids never show up on the bid ask, only MMs see those orders. And orders for less than 5000 shares do not show up either.
My best guess is that certain parties with enough money are planning to push it over $1 and keep it there for 11 days to kill any delisting issues.
I don't have PM, PM me your email.
I am actually quite encouraged right now. Sounds like Wilmont is finally going to let go of control, and let us get some value back out of the beast. Looking to buy more if I get the chance in the .002 to .003 range. My target to sell is .10/share on a buyout.
Technically, it is too foggy to see shit here right now, except hopefully a way under valued stock recognized as such in the not too distant future, LOL!
Although, it begs the question WTF is ABAT doing?
LOL, 11 million shares sold friday, and .0022 held the low, now 300 shares traded and we are up 40% at .0031/share!!!!!
I think I will hold my EGOH shares for the entertainment value now!!!! LOL!
Annual meeting conference call news, March 12th, 8 am coming!!!

I am already green here on my shares. I was buying the bottom the last 2 years here, glad I did. I am in for the long haul, but I agree it has a long rally ahead of it.
208,000 shares BOUGHT at the ask, now at .05, on a down market day! NICE!!!
Reread the data, it shows a net increase on your post of about 152,000 more shares bought than sold (see the new shares bought by new instituions), and Fidelity's web site shows a net increase the last 2 quarters of about 1-2 million shares more bought than sold.
39 institutional holders are holding more than 13 million of 148 million total shares. Also the market cap 9 months ago was about 250% higher than it is right now, in spite of more cash in the bank and more progress on the drug pipeline since then.
It has gotten awfully quite here considering the past week and Friday here.
If a R/S was coming, I don't see why there would have been so much institutional buying at this price (.25 to .35) the last 4-5 months. 6-8 months ago those same institutions were selling at 45 to 95 cents.

Interesting MNLU / natural gas industry news.
FWIW, my investing-tradding philosophy is to only to buy a stock I am willing to hold long term, and trust that the company can and will survive essentially intact, which means trusting the insiders, directors and officers, and also means seeing the potential for a huge upside and little potential for much down side. Right now this has far more KNOWN down side risk than visible known up side risk, and fails all my other tests and criteria, which is why I won't own it for any reason for a long time now. But I will watch it tell hell freezes over, LOL! When hell freezes over NG prices may rebound on peak demand, LOL!
I have less than 1 million shares, :(
LOL!
This is NEW!!! All kinds of Signs of life for IFUS!!!!!!

LOL, thanks for the vote of confidence, pat on the back, but I am not interested for many reasons. Problem we have is that we now know that there are shady characters with a shady history of shady deals and a lack of proper disclosure under Canadian and SEC US rules in the past by these shady MNLU people (Major stock owners, insiders, directors and officers, specifically Brent Pierce and his buddies), so we have no reason left to trust them now, to trust that they are or would properly disclose their REAL positions in MNLU or Westrock, and those shady people are now known to have or have had large positions in MNLU. Hell Brent Pierce (who owned 20.x% of MNLU in 2009 per the SEC filling back then) may be shorting it right now through the Cayman islands for all we know, to cover his losses, LOL.
This will be sub penny soon with out real positive verifiable news, which is unlikely now with NG prices too low to make the well completion profitable, and with the well site about to reflood, the access road still washed out, MNLU sitting with muli million dollar court judgments against it and court judgment leans against the well itself, no cash left, no signs of any JV interest in over a year, and Westrock holding the real cards on the land and leases, and ready to jerk those leases and rights at a moments notice, there is no good reason to own this stock right now or to trust management.
This is NEW!!! Signs of life??
http://www.corporationwiki.com/Michigan/Macomb/mastic-blast-beverages-inc/66045362.aspx
I was reading a technical article on recycling lithium ion batteries today, and ran across some real interesting US Gov data that may help explain one of the other reasons that CSGH is so much more profitable than its competitors, reasons other than cheap labor, and overhead costs in China. It seems the cost of lithium cobalt (with nickel) is about FIFTEEN times more expensive (because of the cobalt primarily) than the lithium iron phosphate that CSGH is using in its high power EV battery cathodes!!!
Found on pg 14 of EETmag.com Jan/Feb 2012 edition.
http://eetweb.com/applications/uncertain-future-recycling-batteries-0212/index1.html
For example, with a cathode chemistry of LiCoO2, the value of the constituent materials is $9.90/lb, while the price of the cathode is about $12/lb. In contrast, the value of constituent materials from a cathode chemistry of LiFePO4 drops to around 75 cents/lb, while the price of the cathode remains high at almost $10/lb.
One hell of a week here folks!!!! Let's hope it just got started and has wings to fly with now!!!!!
You are not buying my shares at these prices, LOL!!!
I corrected your quote, LOL!
"NEVER trust a bankSTER"
LOL
This is a good one, and priced right!!!
Sounds good!!!!
Good news out today.
Non sure what your asking, but the dilution was in Dec 2011, not now, and most if not all of the dilution was converted to preferred shaves. Today's close or any lower prices is a screaming buy for 1000% gain this year IMHO.
LOL, I was thinking of turning the lights back on here!!!!
Not sure if that light was an on coming train, or if what I actually see now is total darkness, LOL!
For those that are new here, do some DD and read this:
http://bcjustice.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=5954:mercer-gold-corporation-nevada-v-mercer-gold-corp-bc-for-an-order-under-commercial-arbitration-act-extending-the-time-for-giving-notice-to-submit-a-question-to-arbitration-for-injunctive-relief-and-for-other-related-orders&catid=502:natural-resources-2011&Itemid=1490
Note that there are common officers and directors and major stock holders that hold large stakes in MNLU, and Mercer Gold, and Westrock. Westrock owns the MNLU leases at the Buena Vista location. The key man is Brent Pierce, who pretty much owns and controls Westrock, and MNLU owes him 1.5 milion dollars, and he was banned from the Canadian Stock market in the 1990s and was fined $2 million dollars by the SEC last year for Cayman island P&D stock Fraud on one of his other junk stocks.
MNLU owes Brent Pierce 1.5 million in cash, and he owned 20.x% of MNLU in 2009 (he may be dumping those shares now???), but the shady deals between Westrock and MNLU and AEXP where Powers and Pierce owned and controlled Westrock (but failed to disclose the Westrock ownership relationships to the SEC) while holding huge positions in MNLU and AEXP (which were (MNLU and AEXP) under a 2.5 year merger deal that failed in Dec 2011 when Westrock pulled the leases and offered them to MNLU, the signs are every where on this one now!!! CAVEAT EMPTOR!
That is partly why this stock is at .05, then add in that MNLU has failed in 24 months now to raise the cash needed to complete the well, and now NG prices are too low to make it even a break even deal, and the river flood season is on us adding another year to the delays.... and you DOA stock on the way to zero!
Also add a bunch of court judgements against MNLU for about 7 million dollars in old debt mostly for the well drilling costs, and the fact that Westrock can pull the lease deals any time they want now (all MNLU has is an option that Westrock can jerk away any time it wishes too as far as the well site is concerned, and MNLU is not only BK, but in a very DEEP hole now.
It will be sub penny by the summer.
Here is an update on the court battle between the ex and current directors and major stockholders / insiders of MNLU, at their other failing company:

Show me a link to proof of a single issued US patent on a catalyst owned or assigned to CABN, to prove your claim "They've got a patent".
I have posted huge amounts of positive DD here on these guys in 2009-2011, back when they claimed they had a process and pending patents for a enzyme process that converted CO2 into liquid fuels at room temperature, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt at the time and invested. They claimed they were ready for a commercial JV partner to build the first plant in 2009. Then they gave up on that (Fired the head chemist, and hired a new one) and switched to an in house dry catalyst (high temp) to convert a blend of CO2 and CH4 to methanol for later conversion to gasoline, and then later they changed it to diesel fuel (patent applied for and later found to have already been patented by others, so they bought the rights to that patent over 14 months ago). Now they seem to have abandoned the dry reformer catalyst (which was their fourth chemist and inventor, which they seem to have dumped) that was going to make syngas out of CH4 cheaper than state of the art (Note: they gave up on any claims of using CO2 as a feed stock by this point). Now they are claiming they are going to reinvent steam reforming of methane which was invented by Germany in WWII! Give me a break!!!!
Alright, who was the wise guy? Guess I need to order the tar and feathers after all?
Guess it was too much to expect some one not to sell into the MVTG rally today.
"Resistance is futile" Go MVTG!!!
Looks like you missed the boat on MVTG!!! Up at .05/.06 on over 1/2 million shares today. I alerted you at .004 in december IIRC, LOL!!!!
I got your PM, LOL, on the late email reading!!! :)
