I can't figure out why in the weeks leading up to the event JPB referred to this meeting as a celebration when there really wasn't anything significant to celebrate based on his revelations...

I heard originally that the venue for the meeting was supposed to be one of Trump's hotels...From that I inferred that there would probably be many more conferees in attendance than the fifty or sixty people who ultimately showed up...Anyway, given the underwhelming nature of the news that was shared at the meeting it would surprise me if the stock manages to hold even five cents after Monday's widely anticipated mass selloff...

I've said all along that this shareholder meeting wasn't going to budge the share price one inch...The ONLY thing that will cause ILUS to take off meaningfully are significant contracts with industry whales--along with massive buy-in from large institutional investors...Nothing else and nothing less...

As I recall, this suit is referencing the previous shell owner who was VERRRRY shady and had a long, sordid history of filing frivolous lawsuits in a veiled attempt to get additional money once a sale was completed. Also, if I’m not mistaken, he's the main reason ILUS has been cleaning up the shell for multiple years since he failed to divulge a number of things that he was legally--if not morally--obligated to. He’s lucky the current hierarchy didn’t turn around and counter-sue him. Previous lawsuits with others were thrown out.
