My guess is that by now you've probably heard that today's meeting in Florida was underwhelming as best....
He's also helmed DRCR and is associated with JP Blackwell and ILUS, isn't he?
To be sure, it's a gamble...What OTC company isn't? Just gamble wisely, (if at all...)

This article was written a little more than four months ago in September of last year...
Do you have anything to share regarding Smart Metric's progress that's a tad more recent???
Just curious,
C
My fingers and toes remain crossed...
Good Luck to us all in the months ahead!
C
Perhaps....But if the drones are cheap and they don't work well there won't be many repeat sales due to the bad press they'd get in the investment community...That would be a problem, no?
Hopefully they'll work as intended and we'll all be farting through silk before too long
C
Amen on both counts....
Good Luck to us all in the months ahead
C
Dude\Dudette, there is nothing to your contention. As I recall, this suit is referencing the previous shell owner who was VERRRRY shady and had a long, sordid history of filing frivolous lawsuits in a veiled attempt to get additional money once a sale was completed. Also, if I’m not mistaken, he's the main reason ILUS has been cleaning up the shell for multiple years since he failed to divulge a number of things that he was legally--if not morally--obligated to. He’s lucky the current hierarchy didn’t turn around and counter-sue him. Previous lawsuits with others were thrown out.
So troll on...
C
Provide EVIDENCE with a link....PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Regarding some people have you ever heard the expression "All hat and no cattle"?
Big bucks in 2023 by Rejuvel? Seriously???
From the looks of things this stock has even less chance of significant success under its current management team than Darkpulse does...I hope I'm wrong, but without independent corroboration I think you're dreaming
C
Your lips\Jehovah's ears...
Go CGRA!
Without updates how would the shareholders actually know?
I hope you're right but it sounds like pure speculation for the time being
A "LECTICAL" fire?!? Puh-lease...
You're incorrect...In a September 18, 2022 interview Austin Fire Department Division Chief Thayer Smith said, according The Independent. “Teslas may take up to 30,000-40,000 gallons OF WATER, maybe even more, to extinguish the battery pack once it starts burning...."
In some instances a car fire might be triggered by a car battery, but once it starts burning THE REST OF THE VEHICLE serves as kindling and has to be addressed with water or foam or both...
I'm pretty sure JP Blackwell is already aware of this and actively trying to ink contracts with Musk or others on Elon's level with other companies... Anyway, if ILUS' flame retardant technology catches fire with industry whales in the auto and aviation industries we should all be farting through silk in a few years...
C
PS See what I did there?!
Quiet for a week with the stock price steadily dropping...
?????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Do you mean Astoria, Queens? (Where I spent some time during my youth?)
C
Good one, M-5K!
I don't "know" what anyone in this forum knows or isn't fully aware of. For the third time I agree with most of your concerns, particularly this company's ongoing habit of announcing timelines that come and go without confirmed fulfillment. All of that remarked, for the time being I'm guardedly optimistic based on recent accomplishments that the company will eventually turn a corner and provide enough of a profit to allow us to recover our initial investments (if we haven't already) and realize more significant gains over time...
C
For anyone who can answer it, in the big picture what does this mean for the shareholders?
Just Curious
C
Can you foresee the Genesis stock price taking off in the second half of this year?
Are there any rumors--substantiated or not--about a working prototype??
(I can't imagine a spike in value without one...)
Just Curious,
C
Right Said, Fred
C
Again, I acknowledged that your concerns have some validity--particularly in the short term. But you're overlooking the fact that as of December 19th ILUS is now officially an SEC Form 10-K reporting company...This is a significant regulatory milestone as it will increase visibility to a greater number of potential investors and help facilitate an eventual uplist to the Venture Market (OTCQB) where greater transparency will allow institutional investors to take a closer look at this company and evaluate it based on audited financials instead of vague rumors. Also, according to this morning's 8-K filing report the QIND purchase of 52% ownership share by ILUS that's been incubating for months is finally an accomplished fact:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=16320100&guid=Cts-kqiHU8Fudth
Yes, despite the good tidings things can still head south in the weeks ahead, but as of this writing I'm not going to push the panic button yet...
C
Bear in mind that Nicholas Link and JP Blackwell have helmed this company for a grand total of seven quarters--meaning that ILUS' growth is in its incipient stages. I've said all along that it figures to take 2 to 3 years before the stock price really begins to bloom and becomes a recognized entity by institutional investors. Your concerns may well be valid--certainly in the short term. But those of you who can't wait for profits to materialize know what to do if you suspect they won't deliver the returns they've forecast anytime soon...
C
Were you successful in setting up an account there yet?
In any event, good luck to you in all realms!
C
You mean Tuesday; markets are closed for the MLK holiday--although by now I'm quite sure you know that!
Salivation?!??
Oh, Puh-lease Dude\Dudette...
If you're trying to play the enlightened sentinel who keeps the ship from running aground, fine--although by now I suspect everyone in this forum is pretty clear where you stand regarding this company's prospects for future success...I could be wrong, though...
There's really no point in arguing with a One-Note wind bag who says the exact same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again (Is there?)
End,
C
Thx Kiss and a very prosperous 2023 to you
Cash
To small fry investors like myself the problem is that both of your arguments sound plausible
Sigh,
C
Found WHAT one??
There was no Twitter link in your post
C
From your lips to Jehovah's ears...
I like Nugene's share current structure--particularly when compared to other pink sheet stocks...Also their transparency...But at this point NUGN still feels like a bit of a so-called "story stock"...As a rule, that doesn't move the needle much in the larger investment community. Being a fully reporting company with independently authenticated financials would help...Nothing less...Let's hope that happens very soon...
Time will tell...It always does...
C
With OTC stocks it's always illuminating (and often dispiriting) to look at posts like this one three or four months after the original rosy prediction was made...
C
TD Ameritrade--at least now before the buyout by Charles Schwab is completed in the next few months...
Good luck...
C
What is your conjecture about the ratio of shares we'll get after the apportionment?
Just curious,
C
PS Warren's famous investing tenet has served him and his disciples quite well!
For however much that's worth...
Time will tell
It always does
C
From your lips to Jehovah's ears
C
S\he doesn't know...Who does?
Personally, empty, wishful thinking-type posts that whistle past the graveyard and lack real substance aren't the least bit encouraging to me...In the final rendering all any of us here really want to know is, what fractional share of the new company will existing DPLS shareholders wind up with after the dust settles?
That's it...
End,
C
