I read through some comments and posted a big long thing on the redditboard for SNPW today (was too long to fit here or I'd put it here). Take a look and let me know what you think. I don't think I have enough Karma to post it to the penny stocks page, but if someone does, feel free to share it (though I don't think I '$' tagged SNPW correctly anyway, lol.
Have a great day everyone!
GLTA
Yeah but at least one of them had an extra word, so it's not that.
I think it's just a matter of valuing the content and not worrying too much about how it comes across. Content is obviously the foucs, but I maintain that there is no trade-off needed. here, and both can be done well
That's fair, and I don't disagree about which is more important...
BUt.... it is not a necessary choice. It doesn't have to be one or the other.
Nick is awesome and I am happy to be here.. but all other things being equal, I think this is a very easy opportunity to make it clear that we're not the average penny stock. Yes... our results will eventually do the talking, but fixing this issue is like adding a couple of boosters to the rocket ship IMO.
Either way, good luck to us all!
I want the best for SNPW, so it pains me each time I read a tweet with errors. I know the focus is content... but so much in this business is impression/perception. It seems that someone could spend 5 minutes editing. It's happened more than once Here are some examples. I post this because when MedRecycler is approved, it means we are in the big-time... but it means we need to act like it. Nick hired a PR or Marketing Firm or something... Let's have them do these things! Nick is awesome and this is really my only 'complaint'. It takes very little time/expense to come across as professional. It is especially important when these tweets are a big part of what we're basing investment decisions on.
I love this company and I post this not to 'bash', but to ask anyone who sees to please pass on to Nick that this is a low hanging fruit opportunity that I believe we need to capitalize on. Doing so will ensure we're taken seriously and get all opportunities that we should.
Happy to volunteer my services if we need something read before it's Tweeted out.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Ahhh February... Back when we were riding high. Will we get there again?
Hope so!
Interesting that as a part of the decision within 90 days, the dept. will
"issue a written response to all substantive comments received."
So... for all the 100's of things that they got, they aren't going to be swayed by #'s, they're going to be swayed by substance. We could see a few responses, but I'd guess things like "this is not incineration" could be a blanket response to a lot of the 'concerns'. The things that accuse.. they probably won't even respond to.
We'll hear soon!
What is your guess for Q2? Would you have said it was a lie if the Q1 #'s had been correctly projected a few weeks ago?
They May not be right about Q2, but they've been right about a lot of other stuff.....
Revenue projections for Q2?
Anyone have any ideas or want to adjust old ideas based on what we saw in Q1 ???
Thanks for any thoughts!
Yep... In penny land things get delayed, but RI-DEM is not a penny stock :)
If statutes dictate that we'll hear by then... then we should whether we are a billion dollar company or a penny stock like SNPW just trying to make our way in the world.
With the new director, I'm thinking that it will be another couple of weeks, but probably not the absolute last day.
We shall see! :)
yeah.. I hate to sound like the bashers.. but I'm sure we'll start to hear that for Q2 as well.
I think there's great potential here and I do support the guy, but man does GG overpromise. $10m revenue for 2021? Seems like a big reach now.
No reason to sell at this point. A silver lining here is that no one appears anxious to unload at these prices. Vol is low after a filing. I guess others were expecting this? I was not.
I guess I just missed it.. or perhaps I knew about it but just not the terms... I haven't been following as closely lately.
I knew our revenues weren't going to be the best and I know it's all about the future, but it's sketch to see this when we were thinking 10m revenue for this year... when we were thinking a lot of the 'shortfall' from 4q would roll over to q1, etc.
We were getting a better deal from Brett Rosen so either he's tapped out our we weren't meeting his standards ( I guess?) so that we had to take this on.
I own a ton of shares and I'm not selling them, but this is sad to see.
Hopefully better times ahead. Good luck to us all.
Everyone else seeing this?? Weren't we told we'd never go toxic again?
At least we have 180 days to right the ship, but I really hate that this person is going to get a 40% discount. This is the kind of thing that can cause a downward spiral.. Luckily if the price holds, we're only looking at about 6 million shares at this point... but we saw what happened in late 2019 when deals like this, which seemed good at the time, ended up creating situations where we owed hundreds of millions of shares and we've been dealing with that since. Hate to see us going down this road. $10m revenue this year??? And.. why did it take so long to get this filing together??? With revenues that low, it seems like we should have been able to count that up pretty fast?
Anyway, this toxic item is from page 14 of the report. Please tell me if anyone is seeing this differently?
v) On March 26, 2021, the Company entered into a convertible promissory note with a non-related party for $83,000, of which $3,000 was an original issue discount resulting in cash proceeds to the Company of $80,000. The note is due on March 24, 2022 and bears interest on the unpaid principal balance at a rate of 12% per annum. Stringent pre-payment terms apply (from 15% to 40%, dependent upon the timeframe of repayment during the note’s term) and any part of the note which is not paid when due shall bear interest at the rate of 22% per annum from the due date until paid. The Note may be converted by the Lender at any time after 180 days of the date of issuance into shares of Company’s common stock at a conversion price equal to 61% of the lowest trading price during the 15-trading day period prior to the conversion date. As the note is not convertible until 180 days following issuance, no derivative liability was recognized as of March 31, 2021.
This looks toxic.. are we going backwards???

Denise's (the twitter warrior) comments alone take up about 22 pages of this.. from 143-165.
I have scanned but not thoroughly read through it yet, but I imagine that any opposition is probably summed up and captured by what she wrote.
Thanks for sharing! Since I don't have a ton going on, I'll probably spend some time reading through them lol.... I looked at about 15 random ones so far, and if the rest are like this, we should be ok.
I saw:
emotional appeals
people concerned about property values
people accusing RI-DEM of corruption
citation of articles that didn't apply
I'm not saying there aren't valid concerns... simply saying that the majority of them are written by lay people (like me) without a lot of actual knowledge, and I doubt these items would sway RI-DEM.
Don't know what RI-DEM will decide, but nothing I've read in there yet has caused me any huge alarm.
I'm no expert here, but 'combustion' is the "process of burning something"
By that definition, we are not combusting waste, so any rules that apply to combustion of waste should not apply to us.
Just because some of the East Greenwich folks want to say we're burning trash doesn't make it true.
supreMe court ruling that was not great for shareholders. Oh well.
Sold out a long tiMe ago but was always hoping to see justice done.
Issue is not coMpletely closed, but this was a big blow.
We are nearing the end of Q2. Are we thinking that Q2 reporting will be on time? If Q1 was only a week or two late, I would have thought so... but as late as we are right now, it's tricky to imagine that we'll be on time for Q2 and beyond.
Anyone with accounting experience have any insight on what the delay might be, and why it might potentially just be a one time thing? Hope they get it together in time to Uplist eventually.
Holding either way, this is a great company.
Thanks for posting this!
I wonder if the Dr. is a PCTL shareholder. I'd be loading up in his shoes.
Shouldn't be long now.
GL to us all!
Great to hear! Thank you!
Thanks sir! Glad to hear you believe this.. I am sure hoping that too!
I do feel and hope the solar projects and glass panels have a huge impact in 2021... I should have been clear that I think it sets us back as far as medrecycler goes. If this one gets denied, I so think it would be a couple of years before another is up and running (though the trucks are sweet!)
Also, my 'do or die' is just in reference to med.. While I do believe shares would drop a bunch if it's denied, I have said and will say again that long-term, I'd think it would then be a great deal and a buying opportunity because of the other stuff you mention. I shouldn't have phrased it that way.. I guess I am just really hoping for approval.
Good luck to us all!
I think everyone is waiting for a rise to exit. A lucky few perhaps have enough to hold for the long haul and collect dividends on an island one day, but the reality for most is that they need $ here and there to live on.
That's me for sure. Not saying I plan to sell anytime soon.... just that I won't feel any shame when I do. I think at 50/50 the shares are a great value here.
Good luck sir!
" both conservative and liberal justices agreed on the fix. They concluded that a portion of federal law related to how the Patent Trial and Appeal Board functions can’t be enforced. The result of the court’s action is that the director of the Patent and Trademark Office can review and reverse any decisions made by the board’s judges. The director is nominated by the president and confirmed by the senate."
Just for the record, it doesnt 'undo' anything, just gives the authority to revers if the director sees fit. Doubt that would happen here.
ALso of note is that the case was brought by a company trying to enforce their patents... not the other way around.
your sentiment is sounding like you think this is going to be denied or delayed.
Unless you have inside knowledge, at this point we don't know of any 'holdup'... they are simply going through the 90 day period. If we don't have a decision by 7-15.... well then, that's a problem.
I did expect to hear before now, but that was just a guess. Still hoping that we get approval and don't have to worry about all those.
That's awesome for you that the outcome isn't going to bother you either way... and in the long term that will probably be the case.... but in the short run... I think we see a price and sentiment drop, and I think it sets us back a year or two. As the company said, this is our flagship.
maybe not for the company itself, but for the stock price... I believe it's do or die at this point. On the plus side, I don't believe approval is baked in at all. No one seems to know what will happen. If we do get approved, this is going to take off in a hurry. There is going to be huge demand and not many sellers, certainly not in the single digits anyway.
Good luck to us all!
It's just a philosophical thing that no one here is going to agree with you on.
This country is governed by the rule of law. THe law grants patent holders certain rights, including the right to assign that patent to someone who can go after those who infringe.
I don't know how anyone can be against this. Just because someone called them 'trolls' doesn't make it true.
I don't like 'infringing trolls', how about that.
Since you reference it, I pulled up the old filing to look. Interesting about UO!IP.
"In October, 2015 a forbearance agreement was reached between the Company and UO! IP of NC, LLC which forbore its enforcement of rights due to the existing defaults under the lease and amended the payment terms of the lease. The payment terms were amended to (i) require a payment equal to the greater of $1 million and 20% of gross proceeds received by the Company as the result of any funding transaction within five business days of receipt of funds by the Company; (ii) require payments of principal and interest equal to 20% of the gross proceeds received by the Company from the sale or license of any or all of the ChanBond intellectual property within five business days of receipt of funds by the Company; (iii) require a payment of principal and interest equal to 100% of the net proceeds received by the Company from the sale of all or substantially all of the equipment, the leases and the other business assets of the Company; (iv) extend the final payment date to October 31, 2017 at which time the then outstanding principal balance, together with all accrued but unpaid interest on the unpaid balance, shall be due and payable in full. "
put it on reddit! Gets in front of a lot more people and the discussion is more thorough.
With all due respect to Gary, he likely won't be around as CEO forever, so you'll get your wish at some point.
I guess I go against the grain, but I think I am one of the few here who has no problems with Gary whatsoever.
We are not a normal penny stock, we've got distributors in many different states doing a lot of business. I am willing to forgive someone for missing how complex that is. Yes, I know it's happened time and time again, but to be honest, I really don't care about the timing of the filings. They always eventually get them done.
Before I get a lot of pushback.. Should Gary do a bunch of these podcasts? Probably not? Is he over-optimistic? Probably so.
Not saying he's done everything right.. but I believe this company continues to gain value and be worth more than when I bought in. I don't care about the price today or in a week or month, so I think I'm able to take the emotion out of it.
We have a great product and great potential. Don't invest to flip in a month or two, you may be dissappointed... but if you have the time, this could really be a long -term gem.
Good luck to all!
Thank You! Didn't think so and hadn't heard it mentioned until now. Should have known better! :)
GG is taking us in a good long-term direction.
He should be better with financials, but hindsight is 20/20, and right now it isn't under his control.
Everyone here should find a few other tickers to get interested in... it makes the time go much faster.
I guess I'm the only one who feels this way, but I love seeing the price low. I haven't been able to add in months, but would like to be able to at some point before O&G really takes off. Haven't lost a minute of sleep over it and don't intend to :)
All I can say is that I think it's more likely than not. I won't put a % to it because I'm not sure how much of that would be wishful thinking.
Read mayors recent posts... I think that sums up a lot of the thinking here pretty well. In short, the DLO lady/opposition is vocal, but it's not based on science or fact, and more importantly, doesn't necessarily have sway in the court of law.
Nick seems to have met all legal standards, and the town is on board, and it's all zoned commercial. I think we're good.
I'll say it's possible that the AG or Governor have a way to pull some strings and pull the plug if they really want to.. but my guess is that they don't care at all... that they paid lip service to appease the opposition, but are going to defer to the RI-DEM as much as possible.
THe 8k we saw about funding leads me to believe the company is sure this is going through, as well as recent tweets about this being the 'flagship'.
I think it will be approved. Got a lot of $ riding on that happening.
We'll see!
What loans was UOIP in default on?
"a month from now the discussions in this chat are going to be about when it’s going to hit a dollar"
Nahhhh.. a month from now I don't think it will be dropping that far unless something bad happens. :) :) :)
is it? Mayor is claiming that it's not. I'm curious.
You give more weight to the court of public opinion than mayor does. We'll see who's right.
Interesting that the opposition has been quiet lately. Maybe got a cease and desist from Nick. This MDLO lady was making untrue statements.... Because of her and those like her... I would hope that how people 'feel' isn't the decision driver here, especially since the feelings are, in some cases, based on things that are false.
You ought to turn your stuff into a reddit post. Really good info and perspective here.
Just curious.. when did you buy in? We could have used you here all along. Stick around, join reddit, facebook holders group, etc. Love seeing folks with knowledge around here.
Thank you, have a great day!
I don't disagree, except that they said Q2. If things change, then at some point I believe it would be appropriate to let shareholders know why.
I agree with all this and would like to see more info. I'm going to trust that this is their intent.
THey like to post, tweet, etc. and I get the sense they are excited to tell us as much as they can when they can.
Nothing I can prove.... that's just the impression I get and I feel like I'll know if I'm right pretty soon.
GOod night!
I agree that it was an overstep to state Q2 if it wasn't going to happen.
That said....let's give the benefit of the doubt here. We hear from RD-DEm by July 15.
maybe Nick expected to hear earlier. It is not at all practical to have a large meeting before we hear. It would be overrun by East Greenwich folks, etc. Nothing would get done, and we wouldn't even have anything to talk about.
Let's make a deal. How about let's give it a week after we hear RI-DEm. If we haven't gotten a schedule or something about the meeting by then, I will be right there with you getting tweeted about... I'll spend 3 days worth of (15) posts talking about nothing but asking the co. to do what they've said...but in the meantime... you go easy on this Q2 thing.
Deal?
I am a technicalities person and I value doing what I say, and value it in others as well... but I'm temporarily willing to be understanding about circumstances which aren't within Nick's control.
Well, the opposition has been quieter lately. maybe the lobbying firm threatened to expose DLO for bbqing in her backyard ( And thereby causing more pollution than medrecycler would) and so she backed off.
Seriously though, you've mentioned many times that it's good to have public sentiment on your side, and I think this is all in that vein.
Giving potential supporters talking pts and scientific backing seems well worth it if it can help to get things done.
In an ideal world, fake news wouldn't dominate, but in the real world... it takes time and expense to overcome deception and half truth and all. We'll see if it works!
post that DD I'd love to see it!
Given that NIck is all over the world making deals and taking names, it would of course stand to reason that he's got some irons in the fire here in the states too. We shall see!
the ask has always been very thin here.
in January we jumped from 20 cents to 30 cents in minutes and when we did, tens of millions of shares traded hands between 30-35 cents so that wasn't just a fluff move.
Demand has been low the last couple of months so you've got just a few shares churning and trading back and forth at low prices.... I believe this low demand has and does disguise that there is also a very low supply. The big holders here aren't selling for a few penny gains, and so there is no supply to handle a volume surge that will come if good news hits. The Auz thing was cool, but minor compared to what will happen if med gets approved.
