Ahhh February... Back when we were riding high. Will we get there again?
Hope so!

Interesting that as a part of the decision within 90 days, the dept. will
"issue a written response to all substantive comments received."


So... for all the 100's of things that they got, they aren't going to be swayed by #'s, they're going to be swayed by substance. We could see a few responses, but I'd guess things like "this is not incineration" could be a blanket response to a lot of the 'concerns'. The things that accuse.. they probably won't even respond to.
