Yep... In penny land things get delayed, but RI-DEM is not a penny stock :)

If statutes dictate that we'll hear by then... then we should whether we are a billion dollar company or a penny stock like SNPW just trying to make our way in the world.

With the new director, I'm thinking that it will be another couple of weeks, but probably not the absolute last day.

We shall see! :)
