Must be real busy over at the PHI Group, Inc. So busy, in fact, that they were unable to keep their Nevada corporate status out of default:
I'm confused. Some time ago you were touting this stock as the greatest thing ever all the while being promised payment for this promotion, yet never disclosed that, and eventually got stiffed which has now resulted in your bashing. Do I have that correct?

Perhaps it is coffee at CATA?
I see from the Florida secretary of state that the mailing address for Cata changed on 4/30/2013 to:
15272 FLINTRIDGE LANE
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA 92647
A zillow of this address shows what is clearly a single family home.
Doing a 'who lives there' shows me a couple of Fahman's and a couple of Phan's:

This is just too funny! 7 days, 30 million more...
Another 13 million in 17 days...
Another 15 million in 10 days...
This may be good news for all you hapless investors. Why you ask? It will give them more time to focus on their partnership with 'Global Development Systems'. You remember this company: they have the website whose contact us page has no address or telephone number, just an email portal. But they do post their business hours. LOL!
http://www.gdsystems.net/Contact-Us.html
Too funny, but not much of a surprise, eh?
A million a day or so...
LOL! I'm sure the $465.00 CATA has in the bank supported by the grand total of $0.00 in all-time revenue will certainly finance a 1M ounce gold acquisition. Or a least a letter-of-intent.
--
That is just an unbelievable statement! LOL! Literally!
Amateur hour at the CATA ranch this AM I see. LOL! Or is the CATA mine? Or the CATA 'a company engaged in innovative processing technologies to extract gold and platinum group metals'? One of those I'm sure.
Due the extreme popularity of the CATA IHUB message board the past couple of days, I thought I'd waste a few minutes and dreg up some recent press releases from CATA to see how reality matched the promises. It seems we are coming up on the 1 year anniversary of the most recent release, the one where the Laos Mineral Mining deal was called off due to those ever troubling 'technicality reasons'. Who'd a thunk that? The other encouraging item from this release was mention of getting some long over due SEC filings complete. Must still be working on that...
Still churning them out...
whois useatmc.com:
Floodgates now...
That's not just 'reckless abandon', that's 'wild and reckless abandon'. World of difference.
I love the PHI Group press releases. They are unbelivable! WTF does this mean:
Spigot still open, just not quite as wide...
Dwarf? LOL! Have you read any of the registration statements filed by Dwarf with the SEC? Has anyone?
Here's a tidbit from the most recent:
The dividend shares. LOL!
From a press release 21 November 2012, emphasis mine:
What type of news, exactly, were you expecting? That they paid their overdue judgement to the State of Florida? I guess that would be cause for celebration.
I know this is extremely difficult for all you guys, but check the 1 March 2013 SEC filings for Tsingda, specifically the 13E3/A filing. I'm no SEC attorney, but it sounds as if your restricted shares get purchased.
--
It appears that Tsingda is going private and is going to give all you hapless holders $2.30/share for your untradeable Tsingda shares. Better than zero, eh? Sorry if this has already been discussed.

New shares just a gushin'...
143 million outstanding 1/16/2013 from more recent 'report'. OTC markets now showing 173 million outstanding as of 3/2/2013. LOL! That's almost 1 million per trading day. What's all this stock paying for?
--
Isn't today one of those days where we can expect the Phi Group not to make a required SEC filings? Oops, my bad, I know what you are thinking, how is that different than any other day? My thoughts exactly, but I believe today is one of those days where a filing is due. 10Q for 12/31/2012? I could be wrong as it has been so long since a filing has been made that is difficult to keep track of what is due when.

Buyout is deemed unnecessary! Valuation finally complete. Company says valuation is complete and is far in excess of current market value. So far, in fact, that the company has decided simply to reward existing shareholders by paying them gobs of money directly rather than waiting for the obvious buyout. For each 100,000 shares held, the company will give a wheelbarrow load of money. For each 1,000,000 a truckload. Any shareholder with over 10,000,000 will receive a boatload. Please send an email to imafukindufus.com with your information and when you would like to stop by headquarters to receive your payout.

Totally forgot about the conference call:
Uh oh, penny stock CEO talkin up shareholder value. LOL! Emphasis mine:
Let us think about this for a moment. ... LOL!
This might be the funniest thing I have read yet with regards to PHIL:
An 8-K that contains contradictory information from previous releases is hardly evidence that 'filing has started'. This company is three SEC filings out of date, soon to be four. This should be unacceptable to any existing shareholder.
--
From the OTC disclosure statement filed today:
This stock has no promotion, no volume, no story, it cannot be 'played'. If some hapless soul sold 10K shares of stock at, what was it, 0.0005? it must be because a year or so ago he bought into some ridiculous hype at a much higher price, say, maybe, $.10? LOL! Not all bagholders remain so forever. Perhaps I generalized a bit in my previous post on this subject. Some finally wise up.
--
Not much progress made on paying the $25K fine to the SEC either. No problem with issuing shares with wild and reckless abandon, but I guess the SEC wants cash not stock. Just doesn't seem right to keep blowing that off...
How much is an oxythis or that again? I keep forgetting. Most recent quarterly report is out and it states that for the 6 months ending 30 November 2012 there were $754.00 in sales. LOL! Do I have the units right? And yet, there was at least a couple of press releases back in August or so trumpeting the delivery of some 7760 of the buggers.
A sell-off by whom? The only non-insider owners of this stock are bagholders, and by definition they never sell. Google the term 'bagholder' dude. LOL!
Gee, I suppose I should take that personally. LOL! I'm just here waiting for the 3 missing SEC filings to be posted, an explanation of why the most recent 8-K filing contradicts the most recent dividend description, and to see if any value whatsoever is 'unleashed' on the hapless common shareholder.

The OTCBB Daily list is sorted by time, then symbol. Makes it much easier to find the updates that periodically occur. I just noticed this, so I wondered if it was a new thing for 2013. Looking at various lists from 2012 it seems it is (lol though at the bad links on the daily list index).

There is more in that filing that does not add up:
