No, I would not. I am CEO of my own business, actually three of them. This is not my area of expertise, although I have a great aptitude at seeing what's NOT going on.
You people ABSOLUTELY need to get together and vote dialer out. The more I think about it the more I think he's getting ready to make a move that will leave shareholders with nothing.
I have no idea why you're all so scared of making him mad, but he's done you NO favors.
I'm telling you right now, vote this man out of power and hire him back if it seems that he was going to do you right.
Otherwise you have no recourse. Trying to chase him and/or your money will be futile....
short interest is out!
22,000 shares short
wow as soon as we get rid of the naked shorts we are free to soar
If something definitive happened last Thursday, then such an event would be required to issue in an 8-K in four business days from that day, which is today; or if penned last Friday, then such an event would be required to issue in an 8-K this Thursday. It is no matter the day, but it will be this very week. We all should get some sort of announcement soon, delineating an overview of what Dial must have penned this week in SFCA, right (that's San Francisco, CA)?
does friday count?
yes?
I haven't seen a PR about the proxy, nor the place of the shareholders meeting
you all should vote out the dialer but you won't
WHY
still trsut him??????????????????????
jabber I don't get what???
I bought on the big news into the .35 cent range
I bought more as it went down, more at .10 to mind you
I listened to fridge and bought more this morning up high, about .18,
i been listening to you people saying I bought too high without charts
so the chart people say .27 tomorrow, I pull the trigger on more, WAY lower than that
and now I'm clueless?
I listened to the charts the first time, too, people were saying just a pulllback, consolidation, white candle tomorrow
blah blah
I would love you to explain it, just once, please
what don't I get?
Did the remnant man say up today or not?
what would charts have done for the initial buy that I didn't do when they were saying "just consolidation"
went from .34 to .10 is that consolidation?
the chart person said we should break 27 tomorrow
yet, there's not even an upward day, much less 27
this is just guessing right?
there's nothing that any chart can tell you, period.
anyone want to deny this?
someone says "all the big boys use charts"
like who?
ok so this what the chartie said
sounds like he's guessing?
Im just checking.....
"big day tomorrow"?
it does seema little staged
REALLY????????????
I still have a hard time grasping that real adults with real dollars are this gullible and greedy. It just baffles me.
Anyways, the SOLUTION is to once, and for all, VOTE JIM DIAL OUT OF CEO ROLE
Hell, BBB, as much as I well, as much, we're on opposite sides you know, anyways, BBB would probably make MUCH better CEO than the dialer.
you people really ought to IMMEIDIATELY call your own shareholder meeting, with however many shares you got proof of, you got more than dialer, and vote him out
it will be amazing!
if there really is a naked short position you would go down in history, be on CNBC, all over the WSJ, and I'm serious about that
Hell, BBB could recite his prose to congress becaues you surely would be tesifying in the aftermath
if not, and the dialer has sold you all 300,000,000 share at least you'd know the truth.....
BBB kick that asshole dialer out and name yourself CEO all your cronies wouold go for it in a second
dialer aint doing you any favors and this is all IMO bt Im serious
I think it's more likely that someone dialers knows was posting at RB trying to obfuscate you guys even further
stir the pot
stir the pot
tell them it's getting worked out
dont let them focus on the real problem or the real issues or the real solution
Well, at the risk of getting the post pulled, I would just say that this information almost 100% HAD to come from someone at HQ, right?
Now, just today, we see a "new" ID show up at RB, cohensux or something along those lines
We know that dialer likes to tell his inner circle, 3.4.5.6. how many ever there are that he speaks with, or gives the OK to
dialer spills the beans to "someone" (I have my suspicions) and then the post comes on RB to make this person's life a living hell, after spreading rumors about his wife etc etc etc.
Now, without passing judgement on anyone in this scenario, would YOU want anyone who had anything to do with this situation, watching YOUR retirement money?
What does it say about dialer to NOT be able to handle this any other way
what does it say about dialer to tell someone what kinds of problems he may or may not be having with someone using extortion tacts against him
what does it say that this person, with or without dialer's permission, putting someone's personal information on the internet with advice to call them day and night and make their lives a living hell, and also suggesting a "visit" to that person
it says to me, "run, don't walk, away from the whole situation"
Information from HQ
Despite the LIES I see coming from a few posters at the raging bull board- how do they get away with that anyways???- I have just recieved confirmation, by e-mail, that the Quanstar group is still under contract with Integral.
Another tidbit I got from a phone conversation the other day, was that they don't expect to have a "large" registration/dilution necessary. The idea was the the price is doing so well, that at these prices they might need to sell a couple million shares at most, to meet cash needs until revenue picks up, which they expect to happen. Soon.
Who knows what soon, really means though. Seems that they were telling people "soon" in 2002, too.
I asked what's different now, and he said that he had signed 113 NDA's in the last few weeks, and that the mobile phone market moves at a snails pace.....that was when I mentioned Nokia
anyways, I'll be very happy when I see an actual product, or another licensing deal....
Here is my point:
I DON'T expect anyone to do anything for me. Yes I am quite happy about the rise in PPS. NO I'm NOT happy about the PR. ANy jack booted thug can make a forward looking statement with the words "insitutional investor" "intend on filing an SB2" and "acqusition" in the PR. In fact, those words are PRE REQUISITES if you're going to be doing a pump and dump. There is STILL NOTHING on file which would prove anything. We were waiting on some sort of filings, with the SEC. SOMETHING that would legitimize this company. What we got was a forward looking statement that could be boilerplate for a pump and dump scam.
That's all I'm saying.
Any charties care to back up their retrospective back patting (yeah that chart SURE DID anticipate a move today) with some PROSPECTIVE, REAL LIVE predictions about duration and direction of any moce today?
Reason I ask, is because a chartie will tell you, look I saw that coming. The chart predicted that great rise, yet IT'S THE RIGHT EDGE THAT IS THE ONE THAT MATTERS, and it's the one that gets the charties every time
riding the train, bill, riding the train
Yes, I do in fact
BUT the market was waiting on filings of the 10-SB
now, we have no clue, how long it will be until anything's filed, how many shares they're going to sell
I don't see this as good news, because it's VERY possible that it's just a stall tactic, buying more time.
I have been wrong before, of course, more often that I'd like to admit. Maybe I'll be wrong again.
The "company intends to" is NOT very compelling
"The company intends to grow to the size of BP"
see? no one would believe that
UUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
no filings, three weeks turns into "who knows how long"
They haven't even filed patents yet much less awaiting approval- could be 3-5 yrs on that front
no contracts to build....
can you say pump to dump?
I am curious what the "charties" have to say about this move? I was looking at the posts from three days ago and no one, not even the great fridge, said "wed the stock will make a move of more than 10%"
I did see some, "if we clear 13 then we are going up" kinds of posts, but I can do that too, watch:
"if we get to .25, then .30 cannot be far behind!"
woohoooooooooooooooooooo
Sputlick:
I wish you would PLEASE get your facts straight. William Gates is NOT a "retired founding partner in Preston/Gates"
It's rather difficult to take anything you say seriously if the very basics of your "research" is faulty.
Do a little more homework and people might pay slightly more attention to the information you're trying to present....maybe
thanks
Do you know how many companies have claimed to be using ITKG's products over the years but wouldn't give specifics? Would you like me to provide you a list? No charge of course.
I would love that list, but please. no speculation. links and or dates and times of conversations. otherwise it's easy to say, "such and such claimed to have spoken with NASA and it didn't come true". thanks for the list. appreciate it. I apologize if you took the "insercure" comment as an attack.
Research?

He and you should do a little more research. This as been nothing but a big winner for the company insiders. They have done nothing but reward themselves quite handsomely for producing no revenue in some ten years. There will be a big dump coming soon. I have followed this scam for years and the history is there for anyone to see. Contracts with GE, Dupont, etc. that never materialize in a product/revenue. Just a pump and dump scam. Stay far away! Not too long ago this was trading at $0.38, that was the price to buy, not way up here. This is the place to sell. Plus if big things were really in store, why the need to increase the A/S by a 100,000,000 shares. Typical penny scam.
================================================NICE CALL! STOCK UP DOUBLE SINCE THAT ONE KEEP GOING SPUTTY!BIG DUMP COMING SOON??? WOW!

If anyone would take the time to look at the 5 year chart, one would see that this price is way too high. Coupled with the increase in A/S, one should just stay on the sidelines and watch this one sink back to reality....$0.38. In over ten years this company has produced no sales and no revenues. In my opinion which is based on many years of DD, this is just a scammy shell. Time has told.
================================THANK YOU SPOTNICE! THIS IS GREAT RESEARCH! I WISH I COULD PM YOU. DO YOU TAKE PAYPAL????
I'm a little amused that the "scam" word came out of your keyboard three times in three posts! Either you don't have any faith in the ellis gates firm for opting away from that kind of penny shell game, or you're just plain>>>>
PS I really don't need to calm down, it seems that you're about to bust a gasket though. "Scam" stopped coming from you right after the heatron news. Hmmmmm.
BTW have you spoken with heatron? I have and while they aren't specific; they're using Electriplast! Scam? Hmmmm you changed your tune since then to one of, "this is a trader, not a B&H, pretty sone youll be claiming to have GONE LONG at .38 and held into the hundreds!!!
Way to go Spuds!
It is somewhat ironic that senior management knocks down some big bucks (salaries and stock sales), then spends some $15K a month (plus shares of ITKG) to hire a "top self" group to close the deal and all there is to show for the money is a two-year exclusive licensing agreement with Heatron for $1.
There you go again. People I know, are forward looking with this stock/company. The statement "all there is to show" for the money, should appropriately read, "all there is to show, so far, for the money" - meaning, that the past doesn't equal the future. I keep trying to help you realize that the PAST, is GONE. It is OVER. The company HAS SIGNED a deal for Electriplast TM, and WILL PROBABLY VERY SOON add others. As for the deal with the group, helping them close and finalize sales, it's fine with me, as an owner! They are effective at getting deals done, obviously, or they would have NONE so far. AND furthermore, the company ONLY has 6 employees. I would much rather them hire a TEAM of negotiators, for that salary, and stock options/grants, than ONE PERSON added to payroll, for the same amount of money. It's a great bargain IMO. You obviously disagree.
And, "MP" NEEDS to be taken with a grain of salt, ALL management in ANY company does. They are there to put the BRIGHT SPIN on anything that goes down. I am not sure why you single out this one, do you think he's a liar?
ALSO I am NOT embarrassed about anything I post, that must be the difference between me and you. MOST especially when it's a conversation with an IR person. There's nothing subjective about that. I said this, he said that. What could possibly embarrass ANYONE about posting that kind of stuff? You must be pretty insecure if you think a conversation would be embarassing.....
Anyways, it's obvious you don't think the company is a good buy. "Anywhere above .38" I think you're last firm words on the subject were......You just wait for 38 and I'll be adding more as the weeks go by, higher, or lower.
Funny you should ask that sputs,
I just asked Miechael pound the very same thing. His answer was to go into negotiations with senior management and "seal the deal" in other words he said that management knows what the product is, and does, and quanstar helps finish the negotiation process so that companies can get the right licensing deal for their individual needs.
I was wondering that, too.
Hope this helps...
OK let's make some markers, just for fun sake:
When would you like to measure who's right and wrong?
It's easy to say ya ha ha the stock went down...stocks do that all the time
if we see 2.99 again, you're right or wrong?
Let's measure at 1 month, 3, 6, 12 and 2 yrs shall we?
I'll save this statement for a few years from now:
I would never hold this for years as some have claimed that they do.
I'm in at $3.15 and plan on holding for years.....
we'll see, wont' we?/?/??/????
sputs
you're on record "below $two" hating the company
I wonder if you'll be around when/if we see $10 on news of a switch to NAS?
or will you slink away.....
just curious and waiting for the argument other than "the past = the future"
i'd love to hear it
Thanks. I person marked both of you. Appreciate that kind words!
I, for one, LOVE the contrarian viewpoint. In fact I'm not above GIVING it once in a while!! I appreciate someone who can think of the other side of the story, and express it, in an intelligent, meaningful discussion. However, most of the people taking the opposing stance simply are people who bought too fast, didn't even once think that stocks DO GO DOWN, and that sometimes when stocks go down, IT'S A GOOD THING!!
They then see the pitfalls of the company, and as in the case of spudmick, assume that the past = the future. Losses will beget more losses et et etc etc etc. Fixating on this, these people sometimes get redundant, repetitive and unable to see the slightest glimmer of change in the company, despite all evidence to the contrary.
I suspect the sputman bought wuickly at $1,50 got scared out at .75 and then missed the run and is pissed about it, ever since.
I think that since really big money is the only indicator of what's going on, and since really big money is the only factor that can really make a stock move, that we're about to see good things happening on the revenue side.
OR, I've been hawked into another one of tobin's turds, and like the people who bought NEOM at .75 have nothing but declines to look forward to. J/K BC NEOM is another story altogether and O took a pass on that one because of the 400MM SOS. I like this a lot better.
Just a few thoughts to start the day, and sorry for the typing. I suck at it and don't care to review/correct.
Have a graet day all!
no proxy
no location for the shareholder meeting
I am windering just how many people will defend the dialer after the date comes and goes without a boo
I am also wondering how many will tolerate anyone at all ef'e included defending the dialer at that point
I am guesssing that before the meeting is supposed to be held, you'll hear about a reverse split 40:1 or something equally devastatingdialer probably bee building up a nice little cash hoard, no he just authorized hmself another 200MM shares, to do with what he sees fit- executive pay bonus anyone?
I also think it's hysterical to see people still speculating on Lyamec and what they're doing or not doing. Lyamec sold out, got as far away from dialeer as they could.
"it would be unwise for eomeone else to buy grifco and assume our libya connections. we still get a 28MM up front for allowing griftersco to do business there."
Read the PR, dialer had to pay them $2,25 for their remaining shares. 12 million dollars! I wonder where he got that kind of money? Oh yeah he soldshares to you to you greedy bastids right after the PR!
Thank you
is that your blog I read about electriplst?
I wondered if the sput-dude was a daytrader who's mood changed with the chart.....
sutnick,
do you care to disclose your position on this stock?
Thanks
spout,
I didn't say you were a basher. I said you been trashing the stock since under $2.00. Please pay attention. You recently called for a return to the .38 share price level. It's up 50% since that day.
I think you overestimate your intelligence on this stock, it's value, and most importantly where it's headed......
as for your quuote: soem rambling dude said there's global warming and it might take time for this one to get going? How wrong could he have been? yup global warming. Yup time before a move. Yup, it's moving now, like a train.....
The price then was in the .4-.5 range. I'd say that person is pretty happy with the decision to buy and hold.
I'd say they announce a contract with cash up front, or a financing into some real strong hands here any day now.
You can callme out on this prediction if labor day has come and gone and we've not seen a PR....
I don't pretend to know direction and amplitude of movements, but each time I've been wrong on a stock, which you completely have, I admit it and ask more knowledgable people why I was wrong. I don't keep hanging on the same, tired old messages from three years ago
sputnk
you been trashing this stock since under $2.00 per share
at a point, one would expect you to start getting serious about the questions you're asking, or admitting that your negative tone might be inappropriate for this partic-a-lar equity
I did speak with IR this morning, and he said the phone was ringin off the hook. He also said that they been real quiet all summer and he expects that we would get some updates here "coming up". I asked when, he laughed, and said "well, I can't tell you or that would be forward looking, but we've been really quiet for a long time".
I expect some sort of PR or update 'real soon'
my first post here. Nice board.
sputnick you should go long here. Your bashing doesn't seem to be working.
Not very smart on their part to repeatedly announce their intentions, then weeks later admit there was a problem. Good example the CTBG dividend and the IMPC shell. The apologists are quick to blame the shell company but a simple DD on the shell company would have averted the whole problem. Isn't that what a smart business man would do?
cyofish, of course it was smart to do. It allowed dialer to convince more of you to buy, or at least "not sell" your shares for another month or three
remember before the dynamic duo went down to let dialre buy them lunch, all the longs were ready to get the rope and string up dialer- he bought himself another few hundred thousand dollars to a few million with each poorly worded, nicely timed PR that he never needed to follow up on since.....
you say it's not smart? Why? The longs are still hanging tough!
Can this be done in the limited time frame between now and the proposed shareholder meeting next month?
Absolutely no way, no how can this be done by the time the meeting is supposed to be happening. This is the main reason why I think that the meeting was just another ploy to pump the stock price so dialer could sell more shares to the public....
lall IMO of course
BBB
your english LOT better than your analytic skills
that PR from Swinford was saying that they CANNOT spin out from grifco. They are not able to do that. THey cannot get the shares free, and thus some people on the OM own CTBG but they own a small part of it and the shareholders of GFCI also own the majority of it.
IMO this was swinfords way of legally distancing himself from Jim Dial.
Why you practically called dialer a scumbag in your own post!
If they cannot get the filing done, and they cannot get the SEC to OK it, then they can just keep running shareholders arond in circlces ad nauseum. All the management keep getting paid. All the attorneys keep getting paid.
It's like me forming a buisiness plan to dig into the central gold depository in China. From my home in Kansas. You just keep paying me 20,000 per day, I will just keep my shovel in my hand tell you how I'm right in the middle of the process, and "that big rock right there" "is in the way of the whole operation right now. Meanwhile why on eath am I going to inform you that there is no way I am EVER going to dig all the way through the core of the earth, with that little tiny shovel??? I'm diggin aren't I? Don't you see the shovel in my hands? Soon as I get to that gold we're all going to share it. Now go tell all your friends how I'm diggin, oy saw the shovel with your owns eyes! and talk alot about how much gold is in the central bank of China. It's a big dam pile of GOLD BBB! Keep your eyes on the prize!
wow a "triangular merger"
the words SEC, TAX FREE, 8K
All but the promised date, place and time of the meeting. Also, he worked all day in Vega but didn't have time to tell the web-dude to dude up the website for those FAQ's
sharesholders no matter the words of the great slithering one you all need to proxy your votes to one of the board ( I vote for celeverrx ) and vote out Dial IMMEDIATELY. You've got 20 some million shares. Get your fax machines going to call your own special meeting before it's too late.
Dial has to finish this before it's too late, and Oct1 is when the 2 yr window is done, then he CANNOT delay any longer becuse the grifco audit becomes ok on it's own. He should be filing that the very next day, after all the crack team of auditors and the SEC attorneys have been at this tihng for months. How long does it take to audit 3 or 4 million in rentals?
here's another one...
What do you think about this idea? It is just a theory, not an accusation. BBB and Lazer have been aggressively hounding Dial for months now. Do you think he met with them and carefully shared some nebulous info, just to get them to sign a non-disclosure agreement??? He has partially disarmed them. I would really like to continue to believe in Dial, but I am still waiting for a reason. 14 months of good news coming next week or next month is frustrating. When will "real" good news, accompanied with lasting results, be last week and last month? Tired of empty promises.
why on earth did anyone trust him to begin with. I guess I should say "them" because BBB and laser are just as guilty. Not only did dial fool all longs he also fooled two suppsedly smart people into NOT being able to tell and NOT being able to SELL!!!!!!!!!
he's a genius
and BBB is still trying to talk people into holding their stock!
this is unreal
Don't worry
before long, BBB will come slithering around doing his best to assure you all that "surely as a phoenix rises from the ashes" we'll see CTBG worth a Billion dollars and it's only a matter of time before you get $2.25 for each .15 share of grifco plus at least $4 worth of CTBG.
I called this what it was a LONG TIME AGO, in fact I was the FIRST long, to turn.
Everyone hated me for it. Probably still do. I tried, though.

happy reading
to answer yor question yes and no
forced buy in is supposed to occur after day 13, but rarely does
matterof time
you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.
The RegSHO list is an internal document coming from the DTCC, not a request a "stock short squeeze please" list
how does one request that their stock be placed on the RegSHO list? what a riot
In short we can be looking at another 7 - 8 months before we really see what's going on.
Well, in short what will likely happen is that once the reverse split happens and your shares are cut by a factor of 10, then the dialer will likely start claiming problems with the GRIFCO audit, you know, the shell he bought before? and that it will likely take another few months before they can report, but hey we've got a monster gusher of a gas well that we're JUST ABOUT TO CLOSE ON AND DETAILS WILL BE COMING NEXT WEEK
and round and round she goes
paintballs, from bowling alleys, to trim a lawn, and on to fiber optics and lighting the dark, to miracle oil well tools, and then to gas leases and so on and so forth
but the auditors are what keep holding up the process
and dialer still cannot find the phone number to that darn transfer agent to get him to release exactly how many shares are outstanding....
it's lesss than 40 MIllion though, he swears!
urban legend
Many small public companies have been pondering the question, "Does Sarbanes-Oxley apply to us?" for the past few years.
Of particular note is SOX Section 404, which requires an independent attestation of the company's assertions regarding internal controls over financial reporting. The interpretation of this section has stirred quite a bit of controversy due largely to the costs that have been incurred.
Mastercard Small Biz Cardflip (reloaded)
Section 404 took effect at the end of 2004 for many large companies that were noted as accelerated filers (companies with public float in excess of $75 million). Until recently, the small and micro cap companies (non-accelerated filers) have enjoyed a series of SEC postponements for when the Section 404 internal control reporting requirements would become effective.
On May 17, the SEC announced the next steps for SOX, including guidance for small cap companies. The announcement again offers a brief postponement of the Section 404 requirements for the smallest company filers, but it states that ultimately all public companies will be required to comply with the internal control reporting requirements of Section 404.
It is anticipated that any such postponement would nonetheless require all filers to comply with the management assessment required by Section 404(a) of Sarbanes-Oxley for fiscal years beginning on or after Dec. 16. http://houston.bizjournals.com/houston/stories/2006/07/17/focus5.html
