Can this be done in the limited time frame between now and the proposed shareholder meeting next month?



Absolutely no way, no how can this be done by the time the meeting is supposed to be happening. This is the main reason why I think that the meeting was just another ploy to pump the stock price so dialer could sell more shares to the public....
