Not very smart on their part to repeatedly announce their intentions, then weeks later admit there was a problem. Good example the CTBG dividend and the IMPC shell. The apologists are quick to blame the shell company but a simple DD on the shell company would have averted the whole problem. Isn't that what a smart business man would do?

remember before the dynamic duo went down to let dialre buy them lunch, all the longs were ready to get the rope and string up dialer- he bought himself another few hundred thousand dollars to a few million with each poorly worded, nicely timed PR that he never needed to follow up on since.....
