I am windering just how many people will defend the dialer after the date comes and goes without a boo

I am also wondering how many will tolerate anyone at all ef'e included defending the dialer at that point


I am guesssing that before the meeting is supposed to be held, you'll hear about a reverse split 40:1 or something equally devastatingdialer probably bee building up a nice little cash hoard, no he just authorized hmself another 200MM shares, to do with what he sees fit- executive pay bonus anyone?



I also think it's hysterical to see people still speculating on Lyamec and what they're doing or not doing. Lyamec sold out, got as far away from dialeer as they could.

Read the PR, dialer had to pay them $2,25 for their remaining shares. 12 million dollars! I wonder where he got that kind of money? Oh yeah he soldshares to you to you greedy bastids right after the PR!
