Well I have a master degree and I run a very successful business and I type rapid and lot time I don't stop and think about it but don't believe me pick up beverage world this month they are featuring the brand in center of the magazine. The people at this conference are all in the beverage game and that is what really matters with this brand is more sales and more distribution. You don't have to trust me. You will be seeing it in more stores. HLA Google them a large new very real distributor backing the brand and have a large sales team that will get this product up and down the eastern united states.
Guys I am at bevnet setting here reading this board. I have learned a lot you don't know but I going to tell you. Hangover Joe's has hired smash brands to help up promos and also they have added HLA in NYC these guys are massive distributors on the east coast. They also have John Lenore now in San Diego and southern California which is a huge distributor, I noticed they left a lot of new distributors out of that press release from what I am learning. The market is ruled by fear and greed and people who get what these guys are doing understand this is going to the next level in distribution. They need to focus on sales and promos. There number will massive come up in the next Q. I also met at breakfast a large distributor out of the Midwest he is bring the product into his area in 2 states and is big on the two pack. There doing just what they need there focusing on building the brand. I don't think you guys get that, that what builds a beverage company not going around trying to promote the stock. This will roar back in time . You got a lot of those accredited members selling off from the reverse merger as roth and those guys all sell off what they have and when they run out of selling its only up from there their getting out which is good in my opinion. I know Hangover Joe's don't worry about the stock side or even focus on it. If they continue to build the brand both domestic and international and focus on ramping up sales that what is key more sales more promotion. They have a strong investment partner I am told and they are huge on doing promotions and we are going to be seeing more of that around the country. I hear there going to really ramp up event promotions. There a whole thing on this category later today and I am going to be setting with some folks who totally get it and understand that this is one of the top emerging categories in the beverage world right now. So let them sell till they cannot sell anymore but I personally will be buying more and more this afternoon.
This is the work of DSD Mclane and Coremark they are bad on placement as they send to the store and the store places but key its in the stores. Where there is a distributor that services the market it gets counter and cooler service. This is where you need to know the difference between these large DSD they don't service the brand but they get it to the stores. The clerks then find placement. I am using the new beer cooler rack and its really is moving also the new 2pack clip strips are moving well.. I am in NYC and have found that Hangover Joe's has picked up HLA distributors now in NY and they have service NYC these guys are huge and cover a lot of other states in the Northeast as well. This will expand Hangover Joe's coverage in the Northeast.
That kind of hard to do as I doubt they know all the stores distributors put it in for example my company has it in over 500 mom and pop stores in the south. They also are using like Republic National and DSD like Mclane and Coremark so its really hard to know where it all gets place and stores it goes in. They might know regional chains etc. The majority of cstores in the USA are private owned so very hard to do a product locater.
Look in Brisbane the gold coast and in BP in Sydney and 7-11 go to the Australian Facebook they have listed lots of locations.
I don't I know block buster and like Hastings stores are national. I will check at show and see if I can find who is PA distributor
I usually see the guys from Hangover Joe's at the show I will ask who is pushing it out in Michigan and Indiana. I had our Monday morning sales meeting I getting out here now for NYC, I will update from the show tomorrow.
Guys Hangover Joe's has never made the claim there product drops BAC! They never marketed the product this way and I have never seen anything in there distributor materials. They claim its a morning after Hangover Relief product to be taken in the morning to provide relief from symptoms relating to a hangover. That is the use and purpose for the product. I about to fly to NYC in few hours for Bevnet show and will report over next todays from the show. The product is a morning after recovery shot.
Your lost the end is far from ending the category is growing more companies are entering it. I leave tomorrow for Bevnet in NYC and they will again be featured at the sampling tables in the breakout sessions and there will be more distributors there Beverage World just stated they believe it to be a 300 million dollar category by 2016. Educate yourself this category is just emerging and this brand is by far way ahead of any of the others. In the last 2-4 months there been about 15 companies come about with hangover products none have HJOE branding or market share. The brand will grow both in the usa and internationally. Hangover 3 did 82 million overseas this weekend. This category is only growing. I will be at the show and reporting what really is going on in the industry and the category. JW is so far gone from this company that just a moot point they punted that guy as soon as he did the reverse merger.
The have sold in GNC. There also in a lot of regional Pharmacy like USA drugs in the Midwest. Cstores are the natural there over 300k of them in the USA.
I am not with the company but I know there adding tons more regional store chains I expect it to be good but I have no clue.
Your wrong look at all the small craft beers that are doing well and teas there lots of them out there. Here what you maybe don't get the large companies coke etc. They are horrible at creating brands there actually really not good at it etc. It take small independent companies with passion and vision. They then end up buying these companies. I will be at bevnet next week and there are a lot of small companies in the beverage world doing well. Take stacker its an energy shot its doing over 19 million and growing I know Walter the owner there not 5 hour but they got a piece of the market now and we rep it also, it sells well and is growing as energy keeps growing as a category. Beverage always get built by small entrepreneurs. The big brand then buy them its really how it works, they are not inventors of brands they collect them. I admit I don't know the stock world but I have been in the beverage world over 20 years and I do all the conference work shops and this is really how it works. We are not going to agree and that debit is nothing compared to the category and the volume plus the international growth I expect is also coming. Enough said on my part I not going make you a believer but I can tell you as long as they continue to have money and keep working at it like they do good things are going to happen. The product works and the category is real and emerging and huge.
Your wrong as I explained in my last post you don't make money daily when building a new brand you loose it. I let my last post explain it I gave the examples and these brand lost money and had so much debit and both sold and vitamin water is one of the biggest sales ever, both these companies were like HJOE they started small and it was a fight to get on shelves in 12 months HJOE has done more than they did in there first year and HJOE is loosing money spending it all on adverting promo etc. There building a brand an category. I now have to get to work myself but I explained it best I can. We not going to agree but in time I think you see what I told you is the truth as long as they can keep money flowing in to the company and moving sales and having deep investment pockets. They do need to get the IR going I agree and I be speaking to someone at the show in NYC telling them that etc.
We never going to agree they got deep pockets behind this brand now which is key. I saw vitamin water and sold it in the early days. I remember they had less profits and they had like 4 million in debit and everyone said there no way. They only way in the beverage world is you got spend more and sample and do promo and create share of mind. It take more money than you can ever imagine. Look at fuse its another example I sold it and knew the guy he just started another beverage called body armour or something like that, I remember fuse in the early days like Hangover Joe's he had bad quarter and then huge and then he had like 5 million in debit. The story is they worked hard kept building it up and down the streets. They sold it to coke for 250 million. Fuse and vitamin water are both examples of brands that took off in niche markets that everyone in the beverage world got but investors were scared as hell because they don't get its not a sprint its a marathon and it takes millions of buck you got to get it all over the USA in over 100K stores is the first big challenge and then you got to spend all the time effort promoting your going in the whole building the brand daily but in the end it turns a profit. You must create and take the category with share of mine and that what these guys are doing. Vitamin Water in the beginning only sold in trendy area in NYC the couldn't sell it in work class queens etc. They put teams on the street they built in in NYC. They said it never sell in the South we got it and it took a while they also did so much promotion and went to point there where doing 36 million in sales before they ever turned a profit. Fuse was the same way and they didn't have the profit margin of 65% like Hangover Joe's. I get this and we are always going to disagree, as long as they continue to have money and work the brand the category is proven just live water with vitamin got proven just like Fuse got proven and this is going to be a hit. Actually the guy who started Fuse his name is lance Collins Google him. He personally like Hangover Joes and I know he has given them advice at the beverage shows.
It simple if you know anything about the beverage world this is the slow time after the holidays this is when all the shows happen and that why the choose to move, this is the slowest time and when if you a brand your going to do the repackage etc. This make perfect since to me. Lets look at the next quarter that is coming going into summer it will be big and the next bigger going into fall. I know the beverage business and I can tell you what happened.
The management are good guys I have personally met them and they have brought in season beverage managers from Red Bull, Monster and Jones Soda etc. They are building a very good team of management. Eric the new COO has 25 years experience and was one of the guys in Monster and then ran national tea company. I can tell you there bringing in very good people to run the daily operations of the company. One of the co founders is also a marketing guy had a large ad agency in the 80's and ran large internet companies he is the driving force behind there social media and promos and is doing a great job at building share of mind for the brand.
I predict this not to be I was personally told that one of the co founders had a friend who introduced them to JW and he told them he do the deal to take the company public but very soon after they saw through this guy and Jaynes being the attorney he is got him out and that there is no love lost between them and JW the feeling mutual they don't like each other and I been told this form a very good source.
I tell you something my rep told me. That the co-founders suspended there salaries since last Oct and paid employees and they not take salaries which my guy showed everyone how they believe in the company. I was told this a few months back.
What sale?
JW has nothing to do with the company I know for a fact the co founders couldn't stand the guy and Jaynes the lawyer muscled him out all he did was do the reverse merger for the company and then they punted him because as you they could smell a rat as I been told he has nothing to do with the company or its operations. He on to Southern Hospitality RIBS and from what I hear that his big next thing HJOE punted that guy.
Guys I am a beverage guy and not a stock guy I be in NYC and I see someone from there company there as they always have someone at the show. I put a bug in there ear to start working the IR and I will also talk to other distributors about coming on the board and sharing there experience with the product.
I will be with a bunch of Hangover Joe's distributors next week in NYC I am going to turn them onto this board. This will help others understand what is going on in the market place. I try to get some of them to come on the board.
I never seen this nor do i think the company ever stated such a thing. I have only heard and seen that put on this board, but what i just stated in my last post is one of the major keys to the products success. There is strong science behind it. The product has multi things in it that work and it make you feel much better i used it quite a few time since 2009 and i can tell you there is no cure but with Hangover Joe's i feel 75% better the next day.
Guys here another big thing about Hangover Joe's they cut a deal with the people who have Picamilion in Europe this is a drug and you have to have a prescription for it in Europe but in the USA its a nutracudical. Its used in migraine and alcohol treatments Hangover Joe's combine it with Niacin which is a vasodilator and this crosses the gama blood brain barrier and fixes the train wreck in the head from drinking. Hangover Joe's has real science behind it and this is why it works so well. They also combine Kudza and Harvard reseach of late shows this work with stopping nausea and also cools down the thermal temp created by alcohol etc. There whole formula works in many ways to make people feel much better.
Picamilon (also known as nicotinoyl-GABA, Pycamilon, and Pikamilon) is a dietary supplement formed by combining niacin with GABA. It was developed in the Soviet Union by the All-Union Vitamins Scientific Research Institute[1][2] and further studied in both Russia[3] and Japan as a prodrug of GABA.[4] This was used by KGB agents for hangover recovery and given to agents because of the huge alcohol problem at the time. The product is also use as a mood elevator and in anti-depressants.
Picamilon is sold in the United States as a dietary supplement, while in Russia it is sold as a prescription drug. The rights to the drug belong to pharmaceutical company NPK ECHO ("??? ???"), Moscow, Russia. A few drug companies have licensed the product and patent.
I have met these guys personally they have the long term vision for this company and i don't think there every selling they will not let anyone take over the company, i can bet the bank on that these guys have passion for what they are doing and they motivate there whole team. I am not a typical investor. I only invest in beverages i market. I have got in on a few others like this and i can see the trend here as with others that got hot like this, they key is they are creating share of mind which take tons of effort and money and there going at it hard. I not going anywhere because i know where this is going. There going to need to raise more money and as they grow this they will. I will be next week at the biggest Beverage conference in the Industry it happen twice a year. In June and Dec. I will report whats going on but i already know they will be mention in huge presence as the leader of this category and there doing a whole thing on this category etc.
They are working on 65% to 70% from the last Q its huge profit. That was one of the main reasons for them moving to the new factory etc. For example as a distributor I pay $1.33 per bottle. So the margin is huge. 5hr is working at 80% and as Hangover Joe's volume goes up so will there margin to 75% etc. The key is volume. As you can see this can be a massive concern. This stuff is like liquid gold its huge profit. That why 5hr shows profits of over 1.3 billion. Cstores also make more off this than gasoline or beer etc.
They got 500-700K debit if you know much about the beverage world it won't take that long to pay off if they for example get in over 100K to 150K stores in the next year. I predict there going to those numbers and beyond. They have the 2 biggest DSD and the 2nd largest liquor store supplier now moving the product its not going to take long trust me.
That's the power of Core Mark & Mclane the new DSD! This is proof there getting it out there and expect to see more of this as they continue to grow the brand. The product will be showing up in many other retail channels beside the traditional cstores etc. Thanks for the update.
You are correct and the product does work and that is a big thing why they are leading the category and the real key to their success. The stuff works and is growing in turns at the counter the longer its on the market the stronger the turns and the new two pack is huge as it will bring in a lot of other type of stores etc. Your correct they are focus on sales and distribution and sales and know the rest will come. This company will continue to grow. I will be in NYC and reporting next week form the Bevnet show on the category and what is being said. I also know that in June Beverage World has a huge piece focusing on Hangover Joe's as the pioneers of the recovery category and also on Hangover Recovery as the hottest new category for beverages. Sales will continue to grow and they will continue to ad more production both in the USA and abroad. This product is real and the category is emerging and they are the leaders there in a perfect position to grow the brand and category.
He said they just send news out on the PR wire through a PR firm that all he knows
Once again I need to correct you they didn't produce for over 8 weeks moving factories in that quarter. You really don't get the numbers and don't realize there is a huge DSD network that had stock ahead to continue to fill stores that why the quarters before had larger numbers as it was a planned move. This guy for the life me is a flame thrower and I believe the next quarter will show much different in production and numbers.
My rep for the company. I just don't think the stock side is where he or they are focused there about getting more distributors and selling more product.
Shawn
The have had a ton of press in the beverage world. Bvnet CSP & CSN all have ran stores in press and on the web. This will be good for more distributors picking it up. I agree they don't push the stock. These guys focus on sales and distribution.
The don't have IR or even promote the Stock! The let the public filing speak and my guy has told me they don't answer questions about the stock as they let there public filing stand as the record. The do not have a company that promote the stock or an IR firm.
There in 3,000 7-11 but there are corp stores spread out around the USA and the Franchise stores ad Its much harder to find them in the Franchise stores but Hangover Joe's is doing the Franchise trade show more I see form there facebook.
Here where your lost the brand and category are very separate from the movie. Hangover Recovery is the hottest new category in the beverage market. You should come to the Bevnet conference in June in NYC to learn for yourself. The movie brand has got them authorizations onto the counter but the category and brand are very separate and continue to grow more sale and more distribution are the keys to success for this brand. The movie in Australia did over 9mm and was the number one movie this weekend the same in the UK and over 50 million on opening weekend sales in the USA nothing to sneeze at for sure. The movie in the next two weeks will break 100mm and much more overseas. I always said this is a marathon and not a sprint. You really need to come to bevnet its June 4-5th in NYC and get a real education on the category and its growth and who is leading the way. Hangover Joe's is a breakout brand and the leader of the whole category no one comes close. Hangover Recovery is just emerging as a major category. The movie only helps but in the end it will be Hangover Joe's leading the way to more authorizations and stores and sales throughout the USA and abroad.
I not a stock guy explain to me what you mean what MM is and what there doing.
They key is sales. They need to blow up the brand in the next six months. I feel this will happen. I have always said its a long term play. The lack of production and capital was holding them back
What next its simple more sales and distribution and growth both domestically and abroad. I saw on facebook yesterday more containers going to Australia. The brand will continue to grow its just been launched. They now have the production in place and have hired a few new beverage guns so I expect the next quarter sales to be up and it will continue to grow.
Totally agree and I just explained it in last post. A couple these guys on here just don't like the brand and don't get for a small little company this is a huge achievement as they grow the brand and build mind share.
