Why would anyone buy this...hopefully for one reason only - to make money. Although SFOR doesn't deserve my money right now, I'm keeping an eye on an entry point again. Not exactly sure when that will be - but I will be back once she gets cheaper. Cheaper? Yes, cheaper! SFOR always gets cheaper...dilute, wash, and rinse. Sell FAST on the spikes and don't hold...why? Because SFOR always gets cheaper! Don't see any end of the dilution, cheaper prices, and the wash and rinse cycle.
As always...the PR's and interviews try to indicate signs of promise for the company and its shareholders. However, it all comes down to performance...right now, SFOR isn't showing that they are performing. If/when they do show signs, then SFOR might start to look a little more attractive. For now, more dilution is likely on the way. Still one stinky pinky!
Regarding the PR: "StrikeForce and its global sales channel are signing new planned deals that potentially could be strong revenue producers during 2014 and beyond."
What the heck is "new planned deals?" That sounds ridiculous! Of course, the "new planned deals" could POTENTIALLY be strong revenue producers...then again, POTENTIALLY not so strong revenue producers either!
The language in this PR is so loose. Bottom line, they aren't selling very much of anything.
I have issues with several aspects of SFOR right now/lately. Primarily, the company has not performed to reward common shareholders, and therefore, I'm spending my time elsewhere. Another thing, is the language Kay uses such as "potential annual revenue" of 800k to 2.2 million (whatever phrase and numbers are that he said). The word, "potential" leaves the door wide open for him to tell someone the reason(s) why they fell short of their goal (if they do fall short). Yes, 800k right now looks like it isn't going to happen. "New sales pending"...the word "pending" is another beauty! A lot of things in our lives are pending...but to use it in that context - I dislike it. "Delays" is another issue. Seems like tons of them the last couple of years. Ok, that's it from me for a while...moving on. Good luck!
Listened to the WebEx...we can all agree the first quarter wasn't financially strong. $750,500 net loss - ouch! So, bottom line, expect more dilution to finance operations. I don't see how SFOR is "attractive" until the balance sheet strengthens significantly. That may never happen. If heard correctly...according to Kay in the WebEx, there has been very recent settlement discussions regarding WhiteSky. A settlement would be helpful, but I don't think SFOR will obtain millions of dollars from it. Good luck!
hip...I'm betting you are right about another quarter/1st quarter under $100k. That is (most likely) why we are seeing SFOR at these lower levels post split...the sad revenue is already relevant to this current share price and is going to go much lower without any kind of sales or really important event to put CASH in the bank. If there was financing recently...likely toxic. SFOR has not done one darn thing in a long-long time that could have rewarded common shareholders...I'm still staying out and may never get back in. At this point, SFOR is only worth taking a peek at once daily (if that) to see if anything is going on. There are plenty of others out there that look better.
Correct Pension...nobody made anybody do ANYTHING (buy, sell, or hold). With pink sheets ANY of them (including SFOR), they are the HIGHEST risk and people need to trade accordingly and not get ticked when one of these stinky pinkies dives (which all of them have done repeatedly in their history of operating or being a shell). One should get a grip and blame themselves if they don't/didn't like how a stinky pinky company has performed. The odds are against most with these stinky pinkies including SFOR. Who cares anymore about the postings on IHUB or any board...if you aren't making dough, the rest doesn't matter. "Talking" whether for or against any of these stinkies doesn't matter - it is all about making dough. Chatter doesn't make any of these pinkies move one way or the other in a consistent basis. Common shareholders have to battle the management of these companies, market makers, etc.
Pension...good luck with your purchases. Hope it pans out for you. I'm still on the sidelines...there could be lower prices to come, but who knows? Until SFOR treats common shareholders better with some REAL news/events I (and others) are not getting in. Again, hope it pans out for you and you make some good dough!
Thanks for your correspondence...yes, long waiting it has been!
Any updates about GATA getting closer to US accounting standards? Revenue almost always appears to be impressive, but just like so many other stinky pinkies out there...what is REAL and not real about GATA? I once looked at their website...not very impressive for a company in the pharma industry.
Thanks for everyone who chimed in to let me know why ERBB has had recent share price declines. Thanks again!
Why has ERBB been loosing so much ground the past few trading sessions? I look at ERBB about once a week and don't follow it closely...why the sell offs? Please, I don't need help determining if ERBB is good or not to invest in. Just looking for the reason(s) for the big sell offs? Thanks!
To add...the show Gold Rush on Discover channel has a bunch of guys with much larger operations than does the boys at GYST, and they have all kinds of costly issues...the only difference, I'm sure Discover channel flips them some dough - GYST doesn't get that perk. Costs are very high to extract. I look at this company no different than any other stinky pinky. Is there money to be made...for flippers and preferred shareholders.
Just chiming in here...is it that mgmt. has restricted shares and it doesn't matter what the common share price is or what direction it goes because the restricted shares are not affected? Seems to me the safety is in restricted shares with many of these pinks, and its the mgmt. the gets the paycheck without much risk at all. Thanks!
Nobody can be or should be pleased. The word "delayed" was used over and over in the report. Wasn't the mobile products READY at the RSA show in California? Hmmm...now they aren't because of delays? I have been 98% out of SFOR before the split and may never get back in. It really isn't worth spending much time on this company based on what has been happening. SFOR has a lot to prove to get common shareholder confidence back - not sure if it can/will ever happen. You are right, preferred shareholders have the edge while SFOR still stays in business. Good luck to all!
Per the report..."Cash flow positive by the end of 2014 or soon after"...how many times and years have we heard that? Heavy dilution to come.
Last year's numbers are out...
$434,657 for the year ended December 31, 2013, compared to $805,312 for the year ended December 31, 2012
SFOR hit .0004 (briefly) just before the r/s and then went down from there. I bought well under .0004 and got out at .0004. I'm sure some others did too. Made a nice profit, and my cash is on the sidelines as SFOR continues its dilution. Although you always want SFOR to dive and always say that it will, you called this aggressive dive. I may never get back into SFOR. The more ANY company doinks around with common shareholders - the further I stay away...SFOR is no different. They have a lot to prove and they better do it fast...not sure they can pull out of this tail spin.
Don't forget the flippers made money in SFOR too. Bought well below .004 and sold at .0004 prior to the r/s.
Certainly won't be surprised.
Won't be a surprise if SFOR hits 12 or 10 cents in the near future because dilution IS expected. Planning on it!
Nice 193,000 shares bought right at the bell. Someone liked SFOR a lot at 20.3 cents. Not discounting dilution at all. With nothing major happening lately...I welcome VERT and anyone else - lets at least make SFOR "tradable" on a daily basis with some swings in both directions.
Cannot deny that they have not had stellar quarters for several years. The numbers speak the truth. Going forward...SFOR still has many things to prove.
News is out...haven't read it yet, but it is out a few minutes ago.
In the world of speculative stocks...fair is something you take your girlfriend to on a Saturday night! Ok, bad joke. You will never see 60,000 shares again with SFOR unless the company dives back down to subpenny again (some will say it will and some will say it won't). What matters here is the value of your shares now (while trading at 30 cents) equals the same prior to the reverse split...less shares, but the same value in dollars. If you are wanting to load up with a bunch of shares in the near future, you will have to look elsewhere than SFORD.
The company did a reverse split 1500/1.
I will send you a private message.
Are you also the one that posted that you got in Fannie Mae at .0001? It has never been that low!!!
Probably 95% aren't. For the newbies here today vs. being here prior to today...
.15 = .0001, and .30 = .0002. I doubt if there's very many that have made much money with SFOR today. Maybe a couple of flippers is all.
Reverse split 1500 to 1...you aren't missing the boat.
Bid now at .35
It's at .35 - you are a third on your way!
Thanks!!!
See ya at the job fair!
Right on about full reimbursement! Not going to happen though. I told the rep at Scottrade to hang up so I can get back at trying to make a buck or two today. Your wife will probably have "plans already" for the profits you made. Have a profitable day!
Read this everyone: Pink sheet errors...I had my order filled at .025 and now it has been recalled as a trading error (per Scottrade). I'm ticked about it, but now we know why the drop in volume - trading errors...happens with pinks from time to time (not so much big board).
The 125,199 shares appeared again (twice today) however, the chart still shows 505,000 shares traded. Glitches, who knows. Maybe a glitch or two during the R/S conversion?
I agree, if SFOR mgmt. want's to do this right, they would release news. Not just any news but REAL/with VALUE. The day is early, and lets see if they have anything REAL to share.
It should be trading at/near 30 cents...these are bargains!!! IMO.
The reverse split takes place today...try SFORD instead of SFOR.
