Nobody can be or should be pleased. The word "delayed" was used over and over in the report. Wasn't the mobile products READY at the RSA show in California? Hmmm...now they aren't because of delays? I have been 98% out of SFOR before the split and may never get back in. It really isn't worth spending much time on this company based on what has been happening. SFOR has a lot to prove to get common shareholder confidence back - not sure if it can/will ever happen. You are right, preferred shareholders have the edge while SFOR still stays in business.
