Anyone can answer this question:
Could it be possible if spng wanted to do a forward split, that they would increase the a/s for that split, and then lower it down as needed after? Could they also raise the a/s to have enough shares if they were buying out another company like before? Just a thought to ponder. Trying to look at it from a different angle. Dont want to jump the gun or get scared into selling my shares like some others have, I just want to keep an open mind.
This might be a stupid question, but if the company wanted to do a forward split, could that be the reason for possibly raising the A/S?
IDOI: What forward news are we speaking of? Thanks in advance
Can you tell me if MENV has had their 3 for 1 F/Split yet. Keep seeing the date moved up, but can not find that they have split. Thanks in advance
Sure, the more the merrier.
I had to contact Delaware sos myself. They did confirm the a/s as 2.75 billion. Hers my chat with them:

Still think we will be ok, althought thats alot of shares. They might need the extra shares for the merger or buyout!! Lets hope so!
It has been confirmed by who? You have a phone number, I will gladly call them!!
How could they confirm receiving it august 31? Today is the 14th!
Just started reading posts here today, and there sure is a lot of hostility going on here today. Are we believing that they secretly raised the A/S to 2.75 billion? Has there been a company release with this information stated? Or are we listening to some guy who knows somebody who has a sisters friend that might think she heard something? Come on, I cant find a release anywhere saying this, so why are we at this point today. Management lied about this and that. Wheres the proof? Can someone show me a link to this new info? If not, STFU and find something better to do. We believe in SPNG until the company proves us wrong for believing so!
IDOI........0076 bid, 0077 ask Heating up nicely
paulganade, its long overdue. Looks like the bashers gave up on IDOI, and now its moving back toward where it should be trading, which should be well over .01! GLTY
fan, I wish I knew. Hopefully someone with more knowledge in this area can answer it for us!
this is all i saw: Regulation SHO mandates that, if a clearing agent has had a fail-to-deliver position for 13 consecutive settlement days, that clearing agent, and the broker/dealer it clears for, must purchase securities to close out its fail to deliver position!
good point spongie, lets hope for the best!
according to buyins.net, today is the 13th day, if I am understanding their statement they put out today correctly.
As I understand it, IMO, it means there are at least the 5 million plus shares that have failed to deliver that have to be covered by the shorts and whoever else! They have to buy those shares, which could give the old spongey a boost!
Found this tonight. Gives some info on the ftd's and o/s shares.
A buy-in is imminent!
SPNG Has Been On BUYINS.NET Naked Short List For 13 Consecutive Trading Days
Wednesday August 12, 2009 12:12:54 EDT
Aug 12, 2009 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
BUYINS.NET, www.buyins.net, announced today that these select companies have been on the NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE naked short threshold list for 13 consecutive trading days: Spongetech Delivery Systems Inc. (OTCBB:SPNG). For a complete list of companies on the naked short list please visit our web site. To find the SqueezeTrigger Price before a short squeeze starts in any stock, go to www.buyins.net.
Regulation SHO took effect January 3, 2005, and provides a new regulatory framework governing short selling of securities. It was designed with the objective of simplifying and modernizing short sale regulation and providing controls where they are most needed. At the conclusion of each settlement day, data is provided on securities in which: 1) there are at least 10,000 shares in aggregate failed deliveries for the security for five consecutive settlement days, and 2) these failures constitute at least 0.5% of the issuer's total shares outstanding. Regulation SHO mandates that, if a clearing agent has had a fail-to-deliver position for 13 consecutive settlement days, that clearing agent, and the broker/dealer it clears for, must purchase securities to close out its fail to deliver position.
Spongetech Delivery Systems Inc. (OTCBB:SPNG) designs, produces, and markets unique lines of reusable cleaning products for car care, child care, home care, and pet care usages. These sponge-like products utilize SpongeTech's proprietary, patent (and patent-pending) technologies, and other technologies involving hydrophilic (liquid absorbing) foam, polyurethane matrices, or other ingredients. The company's sponge-like products are pre-loaded with specially formulated ingredients, such as soap, conditioner, and/or wax that are released when the sponge is soaked and applied to a surface with minimal pressure. SpongeTech Delivery Systems is exploring additional applications for its technology in the health, beauty, and medical markets. It plans to globally brand its company as America's Cleaning Company. The company was founded in 1999 and is based in New York, New York. With 722.87 million shares outstanding and 108,200 shares declared short as of June 2009, the failure to deliver in shares of SPNG has not been resolved and a buy-in is imminent. According to quarterly data provided by the SEC, there were still 5,289,804 shares of SPNG that were failing-to-deliver as of June 12, 2008.

Thank you for your inquiry to the Transportation Security Administration submitted on 8/10/2009 at 7:44 PM. We have forwarded your email to the appropriate group for response.
I will post their response when I get it! Go IDOI!!
Excel, I did not change my timeline, simply answering your question. Ray was brought there in 1996, I mistyped it as 1998, but the company was formed in 1985 and in bad shape then. Learn how to read dude.
Thanks for that post mj. I went ahead and sent them a suggestion as well: I have seen in the news and online about a new product that scans from the waist down to the feet called the Magshoe. I believe the company is IDO Security. Being a frequent flyer, I think this is a great idea to add to the security already used in the airports. Not only is it a pain to remove our shoes when going through security, I have seen numerous elderly people fall down, hold up the line etc. If we had a device like this before, my cousin and thousands of others might not have been killed at the world trade center. Thank God my brother made it out ok, but can no longer work there in NY. Please look into this product. I think they may have something here that not only could strengthen our security, but speed up the lines at security checkpoints as well. Thankyou for your anticipated response and due diligence on the Magshoe.
I will post their response once I receive it. Fingers crossed we get through to the ones that make the decisions!

siliwood was some kind of group of companies that wanted to bring ring tones to cell phones back in the early 2000'2. They Were buying up media, internet, and cell phone companies, etc, and thought to be able to be the companies of the future, putting them all into one conglomerate. Dont know much about it, just remember companies, like time warner, since I used to work for them, talking about future plans in a few of our meetings. Why, what can you share with us about siliwood. Was Ray and Goldberg involved with that idea as well. Looks like, after a few years, time warner made out ok> Please explain, I will be glad to listen. Thanks,
Gambini
Yes I did know that. The only problem is that the former company, New Visual was founded in 1985!! He was brought in in 1998! If my math is correct, thats 13 years. The company was in bad shape then, and it looks as though Ray couldnt save it, but kept it afloat until its demise. Unless any of us worked there, we have no idea what went on and why they shut the doors. If it was done illegally, why is there not a class action suit against the company, the board, and everyone else involved? Does Goldberg owe Ray a favor, money, or whatever, who knows, but if you were appointing a person to the board, and you know hes a fake or fraud, why even make a formal public announcement? Just do it, and see what happens. His appointment must be significant in a way none of us knows about, or might not ever know about, unless it is to either sell it, merge it, or shut it down, which I dont feel is their agenda, since they do have a great product that is needed, and another product with explosive detection in the works! My Opinion. But I do respect you letting us know about your opinion, which led me to do a little more investigating. Have a great IDOI day!
Idoi approaching pivot point at .0072 with 80% buy recommendation! Check out the link, good technical info!!

If you read my post from earlier today, you would see that Ray went to Rim well after that company was in trouble. He was there to help salvage what he could and help them sell the company, which if you read up, and do some DD yourself, you will see in a article from 7-22-09, that rim was put up for sale. Stop trying to twist things around. If you have already been pronounced dead, even the best doctors cant bring you back all the time!!!
Goldrusher:
I dont think you see the correct picture here. Ray was brought in to rim semi to help sell the company, which was verified as of july 22, 2009. If you look around on the hyperlink from my earlier post, you will see that! That ship was already sinking. When the boat is already submerged, a life raft wont help! Goldberg was on that board, but looks to me that he was smart enough to get with IDOI when he did. They knew, IMO, that Rim Semi couldnt compete. Bringing Ray over means 1 of a couple things. Getting a merger done, finalizing a buy out from a bigger blue chip, or helping them get uplisted to Nasdaq. I guess if someone wants to bash a company, they can turn anything around to suit their point of view!! Long and strong, all day long! IDOI!!!!
I honestly think we are going to be ok. It is a great product, and desperately needed throughout the country. With the explosives magshoe in the works, I think its a no brainer. Bashers will bash, for whatever reason, if not just to play devils advocate, but the products cant be overlooked. I will hold my shares and see whats happening. I used profits from other investments to pick this up, so Im gonna let it ride and see where that takes me. Sometimes I cant bear to watch a penny stock, maybe thats why I have only invested in 4 of them in the last 15 years or so. What does that tell you. I do see great potential here, if everything is on the up and up! Thats the only worry with most pennies.
Spongeni,
While searching out Ray Willenberg, and rim semi, due to all the hub-bub of ray joining IDOI, I came across this. See what you think. Heres the link: http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/people/relationship.asp?personId=1824805&ric=RSMI.PK&previousCapId=1533205&previousTitle=Rim%20Semiconductor%20Co.
I also saw somewhere in my research, Rim Semi, in a story dated 7-22-09, that rim is up for sale.
Right from the last sec filing!!

I looked into Ray a little. Did you know that Goldberg was also on the board at Rim? This might be old news, But as a shareholder, with 500k shares, should we be cautious about this? Are they friends, or are they into something together that we should worry about? Only a shareholder for about 1 month, and just joined the board here. Seems to be much more enthusiasm and knowledge here. I am not trying to stir the pot or bash, I think IDOI has real potential, just dont want to wake up with a sign on the door like rim did!
That would be great about the streaming info on idomagshoe.com, but I dont think that is an official IDO site. If it was, why is it not posted on their official site, idosecurity.com? Im not a basher, or short, or disbeliever, I am long in IDOI, but I am not going to get all excited about that info until I see it on their official site or a press release on a well known site. This would be their biggest news of all, why not put it on their site. Why would it not be on cnbc, or yahoo, or google, or msn, or anywhere else? Anyone have an opinion?
L2 down. Can someone tell me how its looking. TIA
Confirmed Spongetech Siteing!!
While down here in Florida for vacation, I stopped in the CVS in Brooksville. On the shelf was the last one of their car wash sponge kits, selling for 9.99. Also, in the pet aisle were a number of Uncle Normans Pet sponges. When I asked the mgr. about the sponges, she said they sold their car wash sponges very quickly and have them on reorder, and they just got the pet sponges in, and have already sold a few. They are also waiting to hear about the spongebob sponges, since people have been coming in and asking about them. That, IMO, is a good sign. With all the doubters out there, it was nice to see our product on the shelves. GLTA
Tony,
Dont take what I said the wrong way, I just think anyone we could help can make a difference in our investments, whether they are an idiot or not. I know plenty of idiots that have a lot of scratch! EOM
Gambini
Tony,
I have a question for you. I thought the idea behind a message board is to help each other out. For every person you help, thats 1 more possibility of a new investor, no? Maybe newbies to pennies dont know how to do DD as well as others, what to look at, look for, etc, and the board should be willing to help. Maybe you might just help someone who brings along alot of friends that start buying the stock or stocks you are invested in, and that would only be a help, not a hinderance. THINK ABOUT IT!!
I graduated from broadcasting and communications school in January and 1 of my class mates was placed at cnbc, if that would help. If you have someone in mind to write the story, I will gladly pass a copy on to them to see what they could do. I could also check around to see who else we can get it to. This is a business of contacts, and who you know, so I would be glad to get the ball rolling! My school, the Ohio Center for Broadcasting is a small one, but one that is well known for the quality of students that graduate from there. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance.
Thanks for the help!!! This board really sticks together. Even raging bull is friendlier than this place.
my last price was .0071. Anyone give me an update please!
anyone elses bid and ask dissappear? cant see anything. Did they halt it for some reason? Maybe sogo is having a problem.
Hard to say. I dont play pennies, maybe 4 in the past 10 years, but the possibilities for this one, as well as spng, imo, can not be overlooked! I will say, however, that I flew out of akron canton to tampa yesterday, and asked every tsa worker I could if they heard about ido security and the mag shoe. Some did, some didnt, but the ones who did said they thought it would be a welcomed addition to their security already in place. The idea of not having to have people remove their shoes would be a blessing, considering how many people get hurt when falling over, mostly elderly. As well as the fact that the lines would move faster. Alot of them say people do not like the idea of the full body scan, being that you can see the "whole body" which could lead to a world of law suits and negative possibilities. The full body scan machines are very expensive to replace the current scanning machines, but a simple addition of the magshoe is much more cost effective, and with the addition of an explosives detection system in the works, makes the magshoe the right decision to me!
