"What this data demonstrates is a potential mechanism to kill cancer cells without the toxicity associated with conventional treatments," noted the Company's Chairman & CEO David Koos. "We believe this coupled with our current small molecule therapies as a quality additional approach to treating cancer."
DOES THIS MEAN ""GOOD BY"" CHEMO AND CHEMO SICKNESS???
WOW
THAT"S FANTASTIC!!!!!
They got about $13.51 a share
I think it's going at almost twice that on the open market
OK, folks .. so here it is ---from the FWIW Dept
After we got thru the small talk I asked if he was still heavy with the Bio Pharma folk---He said ""of course ,, especially with all the schit going on with that "prick" Fauci""---He doesn't like Fauci,, but I guessed you figured that out---anyway ,, I asked him if knew anything about Enzolytics or Regen Biopharma----- and he just blew up----saying ""Art, you know we don;t follow that Pink shit ,,much less the undocumented delinquent cheezy CEOs who think they are god's gift to speculative humanity""-- I think I paraphrased that rather well---
But, the cat was outta the bag---He knew exactly what and who I was talking about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After he cooled off and we got back into the conversation, he said that he had hired a young specialist in the penny market because he had so many requests----He let his new hire bring three associates in with him--they picked up ONPH and did research paper and in doing so came across ENZC---they did a paper on them and provided it to all their clients on the day ENZC became public---hence the 3 to 4 week lag before the pps began to move. But when ONPH did a deal with a nobody delinquent pinkie with a cheezy CEO they had to see why----Since there was nothing on the surface , they went deep to see what was going on--Succinctly speaking , they were grossly unimpressed with the CEO,,, but the maneuvers were quite lovely to the educated ---- Someone (the CEo)) was packaging a birthday gift made of Patents----but to whom???
Is It ONPH---via a stock acquisition ,, and after digestion in 2022, a secondary or private placement or a combination of both to secure the funds for clinical trials ----------------- or an out right sale???
The 2020 10K will reveal much about the internals of the company and remove a lot of the risk,, the two 10Qs will put the company current and it won't be on the market much longer----is their feeling--
He said they will release their report on the day RGBP goes current---but it is not their clients who will be active---as they have to abide by their bylaws,, it is their clients and their clients clients and friends of all the clients who will be active ---so there wil be a short delay after the news of going current---His penny market analyst is very optimistic regarding RGBP--
OK, so ,, hey folks ,, please don;t over react and read too much into this---it is a very good FWIW info---and yes he is a long time friend and a trusted one----but, remember, there is many a slip tween the cup and the lip===
Cheers,, Art35

Anyway he called and apologized for being so tardy,,it has been 3 yrs since we communicated,,blamed it all on business and covid etc---but we used to be pretty close in the securities bidness.. him with his investment research company and me with the investment end in my company---our families go back well into the 1800s---
I am going to post my conversation with him ,, as it is germane to what we are investing----RGBP,,,, and I thought rather intriguing...

In talking with our CEO,, we are in good hands---the ALLSTATE type hands---2020 fins are on the immediate horizon and soon to follow are the first of the quarterly financials ----Pink Current and a mushrooming PPS will follow---picture the "H" Bomb!!!!

According to the 8k RGBP entered into an agreement with Oncology Pharma, Inc. whereby Regen granted to Licensee an exclusive right and license for the development and commercialization of certain intellectual property for the treatment in humans of pancreatic cancer for a term of fifteen years from April 7, 2021. The License IP consists of antigen specific cancer vaccines in which modified mRNA is administered to produce epitopes able to produce an immune response which augments likelihood of successful induction of immunity. An epitope is the part of an antigen that is recognized by the immune system.
As consideration to Regen for the rights and license granted pursuant to the Agreement Licensee shall: pay to Regen a nonrefundable fee of $55,000 no later than April 20,2021, pay to Regen royalties equal to five percent (5%) of the Net Sales as Net Sales are defined in the Agreement of any Licensed Products in a quarter. pay to Regen ten percent (10%) of all consideration (in the case of in-kind consideration, at fair market value as monetary consideration) received by Licensee from sublicensees, excluding royalties from sublicensees based on Net Sales of any Licensed Products for which Regen receives payment.

In an 8k the following day RGBP announced it is in the process of preparing financial statements in order that Company may have such statements audited and reviewed. Upon completion of the aforementioned audits and reviews and preparation of the required 10Q and 10K reports, the Company intends file the following delinquent periodic reports with United States Securities and Exchange Commission:

Regen BioPharma Inc (OTCMKTS: RGBP) is a publicly traded biotechnology company focused on the immunology and immunotherapy space. The Company plans to rapidly advance novel technologies through pre-clinical and Phase I/ II clinical trials. Currently, the Company is advancing small molecule therapies for treating cancer and autoimmune disorders by modulating the Checkpoint NR2F6. The company also developing products treating blood disorders using small molecules and gene silencing (DiffronC), treating cancer with cellular immunotherapy (dCellVax), modulating key molecular processes in cancer stem cell through its patented molecular targeting approaches (BORIS), and repairing damaged bone marrow in patients with aplastic anemia and chemotherapy/radiotherapy treated cancer patients (HemaXellerate). RGBP owns a valuable patent porfolio.
Regen has identified and filed patents on small molecules that activate and inhibit a novel gene (NR2F6) which controls how the immune system reacts to cancer cells and to inflammatory responses. The Company’s products include HemaXellerate, a personalized cellular therapeutic product designed to stimulate blood production in patients whose bone marrow is not properly functioning. HemaXellerate uses patient’s own fat as source of endothelial cells to heal damaged bone marrow Aplastic Anemia Stem Cell Therapy – HemaXellerate – IND #15376 CLEARED TO PROCEED TO PHASE I / II CLINICAL TRIALS. The United States Food and Drug Administration Investigational New Drug Application cleared (IND #15376)
dCellVax Breast Cancer – dCellVax – IND #16200. CellVax is a dendritic cell based immunotherapy that stimulates the patient’s immune system through a process called “gene silencing.” Establishment of safety will allow for rapid expansion of patient numbers. Currently addressing FDA questions with Dr. Santosh Kesari, head of UCSD Neuro-Oncology program.
DiffronC – Myelodysplastic Syndrome Gene Silencing – DiffronC is a novel form of therapy called differentiation therapy that is expected to have much milder toxicity than chemotherapy. The mechanism of action is to correct the specific genes that prevent the myelodysplastic syndrome stem cell from producing mature blood cells. Silencing using DiffronC induces differentiation of cancer cells. Initial indication is treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome. Other indications include solid tumors and acute leukemia.
Telomeres & Genomic Integrity: Stem cells and cancer cells have found ways of maintaining their telomeres in a state that prevents senescence. Our research in to the cancer stem cell has given us a molecular pathway that can be manipulated to expand stem cells and maintain telomeres. Telomeres are protective structures at the ends of chromosomes that enable cell divisions. Telomere attrition is involved in aging, cancer and genetic mutations. The Company is developing drugs that modulate telomere maintenance. In pre-clinical development for indications of solid cancers and acute leukemia.
In the CBD space RGBP researchers have determined that combining its lead NR2F6 small molecule agonist with Cannabidiol (CBD) may provide a dynamic therapy for treating inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Currently, there are a number of pre-clinical and clinical studies being conducted by other companies regarding pain management that suggest potential benefits of CBD. Regen believes that CBD may augment the Company’s small molecule therapies for autoimmune disorders, in this case specifically IBD. IBD is a disease caused by persistent and chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract and is a term that refers to both ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. Current treatments include non-specific immune suppressors such as steroids as well as newer drugs recently approved by the FDA. The IBD market size is estimated at $6.7 billion global and projected to be $7.6 billion by 2023.There are currently no non-steroidal therapies available to IBD sufferers.
Let’s objectively review what that is:
1). on 4/8/21 he files an 8K which in and of itself is a dead give-a-away of what he’s up to. The question begs why would he file an 8K that specifically gives himself exclusive control of voting rights in negotiations for the sale of the company during the bidding process that’s specifically intended to prevent a Hostile Take Over? And in doing this he states quote: “persons of interest who want to ACQUIRE RGBP must negotiate directly.” This is in reference to himself having sole control of voting rights that this 8K gives him. Other words, negotiations for sale of the company can’t go around him to his board which is a typical move in any hostile take over. This by itself reveals what he’s up to in addition to MANY other factors shown below. https://sec.report/Document/0001607062-21-000145/
2). he recently hired a Firm to get OTC current with FULL disclosure reporting. This has to do not only with SEC compliance to remain listed on the OTC beyond September 2021 but ALSO it provides transparency for any potential Big Pharma buyers that would never consider buying a company otherwise.
3). on 6/1/21 he files another 8K that has to do with resolving a lawsuit. This would be important to any potential buyers for reason a pending unresolved lawsuit would likely complicate negotiations of a buy out, or it would be a deterrent altogether. https://sec.report/Document/0001607062-21-000145/
4). we see him moving to get all his expired Patents updated. Logically this move would be consistent with preparing for an acquiring company to take over the patents then turn around and file an FDA IND post buy out in order to immediately place those candidate drug Patents in their clinical trials pipeline.
5). lastly he’s not updating the company website that’s been outdated for years. Why would he invested time, energy, and money in updating his company website if he’s about to sell the company?

Regen BioPharma Inc (OTCMKTS: RGBP) Powerful Run Brewing As Company Looks to Crush the Competition (HemaXellerate)
By Boe Rimes
June 14, 2021
Regen BioPharma Inc (OTCMKTS: RGBP) is making an explosive move up the charts since reversing up off its base at the $0.01 mark.
Microcapdaily initially covered RGBP in April of htis year when the stock skyrocketed from triple zeroes to highs of $0.081 after the Regen and its subsidiary KLS have entered into an agreement with Oncology Pharma, Inc. whereby Regen granted to Licensee an exclusive right and license for the development and commercialization of certain intellectual property for the treatment in humans of pancreatic cancer for a term of fifteen years from April 7, 2021.
The License IP consists of antigen specific cancer vaccines in which modified mRNA is administered to produce epitopes able to produce an immune response which augments likelihood of successful induction of immunity. An epitope is the part of an antigen that is recognized by the immune system.
The Company is currently in the process of updating its filings and preparing outstanding 10Q and 10k reports in order to up list to fully reporting otcqb “pink current” tier.
After a brief respites RGPB is making a power house move move up the charts again looking to blaze a path along the likes of Enzolytics or Tesoro and break out into a whole new dimension – Tesoro went to multi dollars.
RGBP is in beast mode right now and is the most talked about small cap stock; a break over $0.082 and its blue skies ahead. RGBP buyout rumors abound; according to many investors It appears there may be a Potential Merger Acquisition looming with Precigen OR another Big Pharma and if so it would make perfect sense for the following reasons.
The CEO of Precigen (PGEN) Helen Sabzevari is on RGBP’s Scientific Advisory Board. PGEN trades on Nasdaq with a Market Cap of $1.3B and has an extensive clinical trials pipeline in Immunology-Oncology that includes development of mRNA vaccines therapies.
https://precigen.com/about. Regenis in the same clinical therapeutic niche market of Oncology-Immunology candidate drug development that RGBP is in. 100% identical including the same mRNA vaccine technology so logically speaking it would make sense if PGEN straight up buys-out RGBP OR does a Merger Acquisition and IMO the motive to do this are the numerous valuable Patents RGBP owns that have Billion Dollar Market Capacity.
Koos is presently on an aggressive campaign to pull everything together about RGBP in the shortest amount of time to apparently ready the company for SALE! If you look closely at his recent actions it points to this.
The dollar is coming!!!!!!
I sold all my little Tacos and rolled them into this ONE BIG BURRITO called RGBP

ORIGIN OF DORK
First recorded in 1960–65; origin uncertain; perhaps a variant of dirk, influenced by dick
HISTORICAL USAGE OF DORK
The history of dork is a short one. It’s been around only since the early 1960s, originally as a slang term for “penis.” Most likely dork was just an alternative form of dick, a word that started out as a nickname for Richard—a name meaning “fellow”—but which by the late 1800s, had taken on the additional meaning of “penis” (which is certainly part of a fellow) in British army slang.
By the late 60s, American college students had extended the meaning of dork to refer to a socially awkward person. While at first this sense of dork carried pejorative connotations, the term has since been “taken back” by the people it once so cruelly described, and now can even be given as a compliment. If a girl calls a guy “adorkable” (the combination of “dork” and “adorable”), she means to say he is cute in a socially awkward, yet endearing way.
Geeks and nerds, while still dorky, are generally considered more intelligent than dorks. Next time you call someone a dork think about its short history in the English language, and reflect upon what a word nerd you are.
And you know this for a fact???

A wonderful story and it is true. You will be glad that you read it, and I hope you will pass it on.
It happened every Friday evening, almost without fail, when the sun resembled a giant orange and was starting to dip into the blue ocean.
Old Ed came strolling along the beach to his favorite pier.
Clutched in his bony hand was a bucket of shrimp. Ed walks out to the end of the pier, where it seems he almost has the world to himself. The glow of the sun is a golden bronze now.
Everybody's gone, except for a few joggers on the beach. Standing out on the end of the pier, Ed is alone with his thoughts..and his bucket of shrimp.
Before long, however, he is no longer alone. Up in the sky a thousand white dots come screeching and squawking, winging their way toward that lanky frame standing there on the end of the pier.
Before long, dozens of seagulls have enveloped him, their wings fluttering and flapping wildly. Ed stands there tossing shrimp to the hungry birds. As he does, if you listen closely, you can hear him say with a smile, 'Thank you. Thank you.'
In a few short minutes the bucket is empty. But Ed doesn't leave. He stands there lost in thought, as though transported to another time and place .
When he finally turns around and begins to walk back toward the beach, a few of the birds hop along the pier with him until he gets to the stairs, and then they, too, fly away. And old Ed quietly makes his way down to the end of the beach and on home.
If you were sitting there on the pier with your fishing line in the water, Ed might seem like 'a funny old duck,' as my dad used to say. Or, to onlookers, he's just another old codger, lost in his own weird world, feeding the seagulls with a bucket full of shrimp.
To the onlooker, rituals can look either very strange or very empty. They can seem altogether unimportant, maybe even a lot of nonsense.
Old folks often do strange things, at least in the eyes of Boomers and Busters.
Most of them would probably write Old Ed off, down there in Florida . That's too bad. They'd do well to know him better.
His full name: Eddie Rickenbacker. He was a famous hero in World War I, and then he was in WWII. On one of his flying missions across the Pacific, he and his seven-member crew went down. Miraculously, all of the men survived, crawled out of their plane, and climbed into a life raft.
Captain Rickenbacker and his crew floated for days on the rough waters of the Pacific. They fought the sun. They fought sharks. Most of all, they fought hunger and thirst. By the eighth day their rations ran out. No food. No water. They were hundreds of miles from land and no one knew where they were or even if they were alive.
Every day across America millions wondered and prayed that Eddie Rickenbacker might somehow be found alive.
The men adrift needed a miracle. That afternoon they had a simple devotional service and prayed for a miracle.
They tried to nap. Eddie leaned back and pulled his military cap over his nose. Time dragged on. All he could hear was the slap of the waves against the raft. Suddenly Eddie felt something land on the top of his cap. It was a seagull!
Old Ed would later describe how he sat perfectly still, planning his next move. With a flash of his hand and a squawk from the gull, he managed to grab it and wring its neck. He tore the feathers off, and he and his starving crew made a meal of it - a very slight meal for eight men. Then they used the intestines for bait. With it, they caught fish, which gave them food and more bait...and the cycle continued. With that simple survival technique, they were able to endure the rigors of the sea until they were found and rescued after 24 days at sea.
Eddie Rickenbacker lived many years beyond that ordeal, but he never forgot the sacrifice of that first life-saving seagull... And he never stopped saying, 'Thank you.' That's why almost every Friday night he would walk to the end of the pier with a bucket full of shrimp and a heart full of gratitude.

PS: Eddie Rickenbacker was the founder of Eastern Airlines. Before WWI he was race car driver. In WWI he was a pilot and became America 's first ace. In WWII he was an instructor and military adviser, and he flew missions with the combat pilots. Eddie Rickenbacker is a true American hero. And now you know another story about the trials and sacrifices that brave men have endured for your freedom
It is a great story that many don't know. You've got to be careful with old guys, you just never know what they have done during their lifetime.
Progress, far from consisting in change, depends on retentiveness. When change is absolute there remains no being to improve and no direction is set for possible improvement: and when experience is not retained, as among savages, infancy is perpetual. Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.
If I may add a touch to your excellent post--of::
David Koos, chairman and chief executive of Regen said: "Because HemaXellerate is a personalized cell therapy product aimed at addressing an unmet medical need, we are in agreement with the FDA in performing the most rigorous safety and efficacy experiments in order to deliver this promising product to patients who at the moment have no other options."
This personalized approach is ""ROCKET SCIENCE""!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why??? WE have never had it before!!!! Because it utilizes a patients own DNA to establish a ""KILLER"" medicine using GENE Sequencing or gene Splicing of the patients own DNA.....A TaylorMade drug!!!! Messenger RNA and Gene Sequencing/Splicing of a persons own DNA to combat/fight illness is 21st Century medicine----
