Look at all the shares traded in the past week. Looks like another Pump&Dump GOOD for NIR.
This company specifically did a reverse split so it can convert NIR more shares. Looks like another scam for NIR to sell shares and hurt the investors.

what is most curious is that while all of this is happening, pd stands out on this board saying that NIR doesnt want to mess with him or the company he pumps ECMH. What a joke. its the other way around. pd and his crew continuously covert NIR then talk a big game on this board. It seems their business plan is to convert NIR and get more money from NIR while they hope that NIR goes out of business so ECMH doesnt have to pay NIR back. It is not objective as most on this board are.
ECMH has not completed a working product. They are on the pinks and do not report their financials. They continuously convert NIR killing their shareholders. Most on their ihub board think it is a scam.

Think about it. When have they ever not immeditely sold their shares? Convert 4.99% and sell in the same day. Go boating on Long Isand sound. Then lets do it all over again. Are we having fun yet?

He is employed by itronics he is not an expert. There is some good reading in this case though. According to NIRs arguments,they are "owners" of the shares when they send the conversion. They quote Rule 3b-3 so the affidavit means nothing if the judge agrees with NIR about this Rule.

One of two things are going to happen as a result of this case
1. NIR defenses about short selling are validated and thanks to this case no company that NIR invested in has any defense to the NIR notes as there is a First Department Decision in this case in 2009. or
2. Every company that NIR ever invested in gets a free pass on paying NIR back

He blogs that he is going to take down NIR with what he knows and some peripheral lawsuit is going to blow all of this wide open. When you actually do a little homework he is full of xxit (or himself)

Nir goes down it would go into receivorship. Now you deal with a trustee. The question is just how many companies are paying Nir? Who wins the companies or the investors?

should the Fund's assets fall into court appointed receivership, the interest will be in recouping as much of the capital for the investors in NIR Group as possible without consideration to the companies that accepted that financing - despite any wrong doing on the part of NIR Group.
