ECMH puts out press releases that they are going to reverse split the stock just to be able to convert NIR.

Then you get a P&Der on this board saying "these guys are different" "NIR better watch out" "NIR doesnt want to mess with this CEO"

Exactly what you are saying SMF. You are exactly correct. ECMH is nothing but a scam for NIR to convert and the CEO to collect more money from NIR and line his own pockets.

Since ECMH has reversed the stock and killed their shareholders, ECMH stock has been converted over and over by NIR dumping the stock down to .0001.
