ok. we are even then..
just for info. I do this for every company I am invested in. I do not invest in companies where I have not met management and looked them in the eye.
that is a major part of my dd.

and I am not paid for that
ask Kirk from omaha with his 1 follower on Linkedin who did not get a job at Niocorp. He is always suggesting we have privileges .
I consider it a privilige to have met management several times so I understand better what was publicly said. Also meeting Dean Kehler was interesting and gave me a complete other picture than the one which was painted on this message board.
indeed Jeunke
those who complain about the privileges of the Europeans should maybe do an effort and gather an audience worthwile for management to come over
it takes a litlle bit more than writing nonsense on a message board .
It was Steve Schiets who discovered LWLG
i have at least 500 witnesses who read the original message.
your history of messaging is not a real invitation to follow up on your request.
i have the original message
Exactly Jeunke
We lost a battle with the Spac but not the war.
Exim loan plus ABCD still interested
Stellantis offtake and strategic investment
Nanoscale powders
,potential 600 million ebitda
Lots of things to look forward to
The first course I had at university ( 62 years ago) was that economy was about scarcity
Scarcity in economics is a term describing finite resources, or the perception of limited resources, when there's not enough to fulfill human needs and wants. It can also refer to how companies decide what and how to produce using limited resources and how they determine a retail price for the item based on purchase demand.
60 km of where i live there is a huge lab that has tens of patents for use of scandium; It is the lab of one of the largest steel producers in the world. They are begging for scandium. They know Niocorp
for AL/SC alloys at the moment the scandium price is 5000 usd /kg
or better buying shares but they are in a blackout period
I ended my weekly mail to thousands of investors as follows ( translated from Flemish )
So in summary
After a failed Spac that hurt us in the stock market we now do have Exim , Stellantis , nanoscale Powder , DoD 10 million and a new FS with a probable 600 million EBITDA ahead of us . Actually we have more external validation than LWLG but the market doesn't realize it yet; The market is always right? Nonsense and apekool.
Have a nice Sunday
They are in a blackout period until financial statements are published and even afterwards if they have material info.in posession
fyi. the amount outstanding according to the previous financials was only 1.3 millon.
yes and this happened with the same type of opponents telling us how wrong we were . It made a few hundred investors here instant multimillionairs.
(their financing by Lincoln was heavily criticized being toxic)
one removed FB post did the job
I am not really. actively looking. I receive the info unsollicited
It is pleasant and polite to know each otherand find out who is writing. Always important for me
it comes from your own network. lol
I apologize for the Dutch. I was misinformed. you are indeed Belgian.
This is not for us Belgians to be proud of
Moha S
I am not sure you are really interested reading the tone of all your messages but for the rest of the audience
Niocorp retained probably the best radiation safety professional in the state to help them (he’s the Radiation Safety Officer for the University in Lincoln)
They had several discussions and there will be no problem.
Last week you wrote:
Kingdom’s filing should be available on Tuesday. Does anyone really think NB will show up as a holding.
That sounds as if we thought they would show up that was foolish.
Well they showed up .
yes I do;
And Stellantis and Exim and Nanoscale Powers and DoD seem to share my conviction .
Everybody seems to want rare earths and critical minerals and metals but financial institutions do not seem to be eager to invest in mining.
The push for financing it though will come from the users ( eg carmakers) and the government and that is what we see happening from reading the latest PRs. I think this is the right strategy to follow for Niocorp..
Kirk Mc...
I think my friend made it very clear that we had a good conversation with Mark and Dean and were happy about the outcome which is entirely the opposite of your
misleading conclusion.
I find it very strange that whith what you claim to do in your professional life your understanding of the english is so poor.
what a lot of BS. show me one message ?
LCP77 used to send me enthusiastic NPV calculations of the mine back in 2014 . He has a habit of quitting when there are issues ( Examples Niocorp-, Excelsior ,NTE probably more and then he starts offending the management and shareholders and sends them messages with kind words like PIG, loser , slut - I have afew of these )
BUT
Stellantis
Exim
DoD
nanoscale powders
They all think we have a mine and they want to do business with us.
as well as carmakers who we are in discussion with on scandium offtakes and that will take the scandium price discussions to rest.
I do not recall Scott ever saying that and I was in Denver every year. He was only hired in 2014 and it takes several years to build the mine.
I think A is still in the running and Exim will be an incentive.for them. They ran indeedi nto problems with Covid
so finally we may end up with more debt and less equity
I am not a pumper as some here state.
. I am a believer and long term investor . not a trader. So i am not selling in years
I indeed think that voting against the Spac would have been extremely negative. If we would have had a reasonable outcome ( eg 50 or 60 percent ) we would have had a much higher shareprice now certainly after the recent positive newsrealeases .
The decrease in the shareprice in the last months is not a result of the reverse split but of the poor outcome of the Spac deal. and of the Yorkville deal. However Yorkville was neccessary to keep us going.
I also still think that abcd is still in the running and that the Exim interest will be a positive incentive for them to join . Financer A did not get his act together because of Covid but is most probably still interested and B and C are probably watching Exim .
I would not call me a pumper. I never wrote that before the split the shareprice was going to 60. I was hoping for 10. Now I am hoping fpr 100 . Although we will have more dilution the procect has become bigger and more valuable.
Call me a long term believe and investor not a pumper . I am not trading . Not buying or selling in years .
quick Swot analysis for Niocorp
Negatives are Spac outcome and Yorkville which we are sweating out right now
Positive developments we know
Exim
Stellantis
Nanoscale Powders
potentially Ebitda of 600 million..
The Netherlands
my apologies
so Moha
Have you ever owned shares. in NIOCORP.?
I noted on Facebook you are a fan of Burkas in the Netherlands ? Really?
I have absolutely no problem with ISLAM but Burkas?really?
A selection of almost 100 percent being right messages from a retired(?) investment advisor who stated “ I am a proud fact based contributor”
So let us do a little check on his accuracy.
1) Recently on Kingdon..The fiction story that they were not going to show up on the filing as they had sold their shares or worse , they were bought to cover a previous short. PURE FICTION as can be proven by the recent filing by Kingdon.. OUCH….
2) The advice given to Niocorp posters years ago to sell Niocorp shares and buy Excelsior .
His message in 2021
(73) Excelsior Mining Corp (EXMGF): Long chat with the CEO today. My takeawa... (advfn.com)
But then he wrote in 2022 about the same company(73) Excelsior Mining Corp (EXMGF): I’m surprised they didn’t shut it down m... (advfn.com)
OUCH
3) April 2019 his message I have bought a few million shares of Network Media (NTE) at current prices. It is very low risk and poised for giant gains I believe. They are hitting hard and the market has not figured it out yet. Also, they will be upgrading their capital markets outreach starting next month with a strong add
I invite readers to look up the recent shareprice of NTE. OUCH
4) A few years ago he misread financials statements of a Niobium company and thought that they sold Niobium at 29 usd . He forgot to read the notes tot he accounts. The Niobium was sold at 40usd plus.
Shall I go on??? It took me 10 minutes.. I have a few more if you are interested.
Mr almost 100 percent wrong
Kingdon
Excelsior
NTE
Read the PR. It is in EnglishThere will be offtakes.
How about your science fiction story on Kingdon?
you have your answer today why Traxys only got 10 percent.
stark
the latest PR suggested we were going to be able to produce Al SC alloys lingots in the coming weeks.
In fact there were 2 pRs in 1.
So i expect news there in thecoming weeks
I like your enthusiasm . you are an example to us all.
I am Ted.
the only one
Kingdon has an outstanding reputation as a thoughtful and forward-looking investment firm,
What you have been writing and suggesting is fiction and unworthy of a "retired?" investment advisor,
I can imagine your previous employer is not proud to be associated with your activities;
Yes you retired 6,5 years ago bt it does not wash away the activities you were doing the 3 years before you retired.
This has been the subject already of several vicious and unnecessary negative "mood making " posts by LCP . It has been brought up at least 10 times now
he does not know , I do not know you do not know and we will only know after the filing which I suspect will be next week?
In summary, for broker-dealers:
IIROC Rules apply to all communication methods used by a Dealer, including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs, and chat rooms.
Dealers may face supervisory challenges related to social media websites used for business purposes, such as blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, chat rooms and Facebook.
By making anonymous representations or recommendations in internet chat rooms or bulletin boards, Approved Persons may violate conflict of interest or other business conduct rules. Dealers should therefore have policies and procedures in place to restrict their Approved Persons from engaging in such activities.
I received this from one of your former colleagues .
so Tedro
I do not mind you spending a lot of time doing dd to find out that there is no issue.
To put it in perspective, a person would get more radiation dose living in a brick house than working at Elk Creek for years
