Big daddy, what are you talking about. No one said to release them in the order you mentioned. Release 04 and 05 (JP said two years were already audited and complete). We know 06 has not been audited yet. Do you have a problem with the fact that they only released unaudited 06 with no 05 and 04 unaudited releases? Wonder if the RE will have be restated for 06 anyways.

Jabber, I talked about the float not the outstanding although I would not doubt if there were issues with that. Do you have any info on the preferred shares like whats the conversion rate to common. Also, everyones posts here are opinions.

I think Bill Panneta hit the nail on the head with this one. It looks like the float is more than likely significantly higher than any of us even know. Blaming the MM's is not right IMO as to what drove this down today. I think it was the unaudited financials which now have opened up a whole slew of questions (red flags) especially for the financial savy that know how to read a financial statement. I mentioned Friday night that I believe the tax expense, which I would expect to be significant, was missing. If the taxes are missing then surely how can we rely on the financials at all and BTW there are many other questions about financials which I will not go into. If the company has two years already audited then why dont they post them now. They can post them now and then file the 3 years required for the sec later. That would dispell alot of the speculation regarding the financials. Questions about this company keep lingering and the list grows. I also think the audit for 2006 has to be months away from being completed and don't be suprised if there are significant adjustments downward. Does anyone know where we can find a good CPA! LoL

Hi Thomas, CKYS does not get a free ride with the taxes and thats a fact. This is a for profit enterprise and they have to account and pay for taxes whether they sell to the Gov't or to third parties. No taxes is not an option. Anyway it will be interesting to see the real financials and dont be suprised when they are audited by someone other than the hired auditors if the no taxes sticks. Whats funny is JP said 2 of three years were already audited so to leave the taxes out now makes no sense and it is a huge red flag. Food for thought. GLUCK!

Taxes are a minimum 35% federal and then states taxes would also apply. How can they publish financials without accounting for around 40% of real expenses missing. All of the equity is tied up in receivables and inventory and the equity is surely over inflated by at a minimum, the taxes. If the taxes aren't right then I would not doubt that the revenues are not correct either. $25 mill in 1st half of year which then declines by 70+ percent in the 2nd half all while the PO is still open? Well, I think the momo may push this up some Monday but dont be suprised if it is short lived as credibility again will reign in. Best of luck!

Ah arrow, if you go to Japan they will tell you Hawaii is in Asia. I bet they would say the same for Guam. Also, am I off mark here but I thought they were in China at one point? Lastly, since when does CKYS have gov't contracts? I thought they used a third party (middleman). Anyway, you get the drift as the excuses just keep coming with no real follow through hence the nose diving stock. No one here should be suprised.

CREDIBILTY! Do we have it or do we lack it. Where o where are all the new contracts they were negotiating over 2 months ago in Asia and at CES as they eluded in the prior press releases. Where o where are the audits? How many more months do we wait? Where o where are the acquisitions that were eluded to when the authorized shares were increased to 3 billion. What am I missing here? The stock is like a run away train down hill and we are still asking many of the same questions since late last year. Oh and BTW how many shares has the company bought back and what is the conversion factor for the preferred shares that were mentioned in a prior release? I think we will continue to drift lower until the President actually releases the info instead of telling us its coming. Lastly, they need to stop issuing the fluffy press releases while the questions I mentioned are pending. If they have time to release the fluff then make the time to address our concerns.

Pfrenz. I have been reading your posts over the last couple of months and believe you are definately a nice person and mean well overall for all investors. But I have a question with regard to the post I am responding to of yours. It appears you are reaching a little here to really find something positive from the latest news. I am not trying to give you hard time but I think there are more negatives than postitives in the recent news and actually more unknowns which are never good for any investment never mind an unlisted security. I just wanted to ask if you see any negatives at all in the recent announcements and would appreciate any related comments you are willing to share. TIA and best of luck to you.

Guys todays news was an attempt to answer some questions posed regarding the 3 billion AS. Now they introduce this concept of preferred and no mention of preferred conversion rate to common. This is becoming more and more an investors bad dream. They should not be issuing pr's that add more unknowns to the current and future shareholders or are they really doing this by design?. Please stop the buyback program and use the cash for acquisitions instead and then they dont need any AS increase. This is all finance 101 IMO. I want to see pr's on new contracts and the financials and all the other pr's that are all hot air should cease period IMO. If anyone wants to disagree then thats fine but what I am saying is really not rocket science and very sensible. Best of luck to all!

I hear ya but just because the company dilutes does not mean Jim gets diluted. He can always issue more stock to himself (which it appears he has) to offset the dilution you and I feel. As far as the audits, many people questioned the original financial results published so an update could quence the thirst during the extended waiting period. Food for thought.

Hi Hotstocks. They legally can issue an audit results PR (or a preliminary audit results pr) before they issue an SEC filing. The sec requires three years in the initial filing but you can issue a press release before the filing. So Jims answer does not address my question.

Also, why dilute in a buyout. Why not borrow if profitable? If they buy a real company with assets and contracts and we are already making profits then banks will bang the door down for our business. Someone needs to ask Jim this because 3 billion is a rediculous amount if we end up there and this should not be the strategy going forward IMO. Not the best option for the smaller shareholders.

Hi everyone. I have two questions. If the company is making real profits as noted in todays news then why do they need to increase the AS to 3 billion? This just don't make any sense and the AS will eventually turn into OS or they would not have made the AS increase in the first place IMO. Also, if the last 2 years of the 3 years audits are complete then why doesn't Cyberkey issue a pr with the summarized results? They don't need to wait for the third year to be complete and they dont need to file with the SEC before they can issue such information. I am in the stock but not happy with how things have played out these last couple of weeks. GLUCK!

Hey Guru, QTA.V is real. Take a peek at WTZ and look at their management and look at the stock exploding to $30 from pennies 4 years ago. Now look at QTA.V's management. It is the same cast starting to do it all over again. That stock will rock over the next few months and years. Look at their Uranium properties. They are drilling bigtime as we speak.

WTZ had monster success and its sale is pending. The focus now will be on QTA.V. They have Uranium, Silver, Nickle, Gold and other good looking prospects. Uranium is headed to $100.

Thanks GOK. The chart look strong and it appears the fundamentals have improved with the latest oil finds. Market cap at 9 cents looks to be less than $2 mill with a known oil find worth gross $60 million. Also it looks like they have other fields they are measuring which will most likely increase that gross even higher.

Buzz, keep an eye on INTP. They began shipping product at their new manufacturing plant locally here in Massachusetts. They put news out about their first sale. I was not happy with the news because they have alot more to say not mentioned in the news. They sent a letter to shareholders last week loaded with news but did not put it in a pr.

They have applied to be fully reporting with the sec and have gone thru 2 comment sessions with them. They have applied for AMEX and no mention in a PR.

They have many patents and a new one just awarded. Two more just applied for.

They have a LOI and draft contract worth over $25 million. The so called hold up is the major drug company in the deal wants to increase the size and scope!

They have samples out for 9 other products and are negotiating PO's as of two weeks ago.

Go to their website. They are hiring about 1-2 dozen people.

I think they have about 16 million shares OS with about a 1 mill float.

I called and told them to get a PR firm on board and get the real news out.

Just keep your eyes open on this one because I think in the next month or two you could see a sharp rise as news events actuall unfold.

PS. I am still long on LPLHA and expect they made their numbers last month and are profitable on a go forward basis. I have alot of money on that one so my fingers are crossed.

Buckey, too fuuny. If you looked at most mining or mineral companies you would see that book value is generally far less than market value based on the metal/minerals themselves as Gaap requires lower of cost or market. If your .00088 bv is correct then I would bet mv is much higher based on the recent run in these metals. That would mean he was wise in hedging here. At least he is based on your numbers. hehe
