Ah arrow, if you go to Japan they will tell you Hawaii is in Asia. I bet they would say the same for Guam. Also, am I off mark here but I thought they were in China at one point? Lastly, since when does CKYS have gov't contracts? I thought they used a third party (middleman). Anyway, you get the drift as the excuses just keep coming with no real follow through hence the nose diving stock. No one here should be suprised.
