A recent discussion, on another board, has prompted these links: http://www.neuroacoustic.com/articlecells.htm http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0966435435/ref=pd_sim_b_1/104-5860235-1307913?%5Fencoding=UTF8&... http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0060915870/ref=pd_sim_b_2/104-5860235-1307913?%5Fencoding=UTF8&... http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0914918966/104-5860235-1307913?v=glance&n=283155
bartermania: good stuff. This fits in: http://laws.lp.findlaw.com/7th/942678.html
Tina Marie: giving new meaning to drinking like a fish?
originunknown: a great handle for Saturday Night wrestling. A great trick for pulling weeds is to hose down the area well, before starting. Even dandelions come up by the root. Russian thistle is the toughest. The only chemical that I'll use is Salt of Glyphosate (Roundup). It's biodegradable and can be used exclusively upon certain plants. For example, poison ivy has tender and endless roots and is tough to pull out and many folk have issues with touching it. Some detergent added to double strength SOG will allow the solution to stick to the leaves.
I'd rather lose 3% of crops and/or flowers to pests than to use unsafe chemicals.
Matt: there problem solved. I guess that makes me easy. And to think that I don't even need to be plied with wine.
Vexari: so much for the bumper sticker: I love my country, but fear my government.
Matt: that's what you think. Try having Ken Lay as a non-paying tenet. And to think that I used to complain about Jimmie Hoffa.
New stuff on Terrorism from the New American. http://www.thenewamerican.com/artman/publish/article_4043.shtml
Vexari: yes and no. A signature is part of a contract. The federal codes surrounding Social Security are routinely violated. Most are felony offences. Judges have spilled the beans over birth certificates and SSNs. When confronted, the IRS has backed off their printed claim that once a child reaches two months of age, that it is mandatory to be assigned a SSN.
Expunging the signature via fraud is the act.
Vexari: of course, one can become a naturalized citizen by entering into legal contract with The United States via applying for and utilizing a Social Security number. Remember that one has to be of legal age to conduct valid contracts.
rrufff: very excellent advice. However, I was tied up all morning, so I'm on the sidelines. Well, one can't kiss all the girls and drive all the cars. Sigh!
rrufff: I like stocks on the move. To play one in the black is even better. Pretty sweet PE, in this day and age.
I took a position in CHID today. It is worthy to be on your streamers.
CHID has been playing strong. It still has some more fight.
A potentially fun exercise, months from now, comparing the market to these experts. http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/Investing/CNBC/Dispatch/060703scouter.aspx?GT1=8380
From today's NY Times:
"A number of Pentagon improvement efforts — Mr. Rumsfeld’s best known is called the Business Management Modernization Program — have been tried in the last five years, to little effect. This shortcoming has not gone unnoticed in business circles.
A group called Business Leaders for Sensible Priorities, which includes 600 executives from companies like Bell Industries, the Pacific Stock Exchange and the Stride Rite Corporation, issued a report on Pentagon financial practices last May called 'No One Is Accountable.'
It concluded: 'The Defense Department’s financial management practices would put any civilian company out of business.'”

I'm usually queasy trading above the band, however the momentum is strong.
greg s: maybe a reasonable facsimile will do; say a cardboard cutout of Carmen Miranda.
A decent play right now; as long as Yankee Ace doesn't hog all the shares. ~ smirk ~
easymoney101: oh, did you mean theses folk? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brown_Brothers_Harriman
easymoney101: yeppers, however, he does have some recordings of the goings on in the chapel. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. Far better stuff on the U.N. elsewhere. I remembered the recordings.
BTW, whatever shortcomings that Cliff Kincaid and others possess, by virtue of the fact, that they are fallible human beings, pales in comparison to propaganda pumps, like mediamatters.
easymoney: start here with this guy: http://mediamatters.org/items/200512100001
http://www.prophecyclub.com/bookstore/index.php?CategoryID=3&ProductID=150
(This is not to be construed as my personal endorsement of The Prophecy Club, but to suggest a fairly reasonable expose that is offered through them)
easymoney101: I believe that Lucis Trust is a one of the publishers of official U.N. material. Robert Strange MacNamara sat on the board of directors for years. Ted Turner, Bill Gates, etal have used their money to advance The U.N., in one form or another. Mother Gaia is the "world" religion in the U.N. chapel. I can get documentation on this very quickly.
Castle: and of course the Nigerian version is: fortnight. Never mention that on an ERHE board, unless one enjoys getting pelleted with millet.
Deann: the easiest of all organic fertilizers is leaf mold. It can be made by flipping a pile of damp leaves every day. Sometimes all one needs is two weeks. The ph is near neutral. The lazy man's system is to go into the woods, etc. and scrape some from the forest floor. One thing to remember about composting is that the pile is measured by the latest additions. This is why folks have a number of piles.
Hmmmph, it's soil. No self respecting agronomist calls it dirt. That's what swept under the carpet. ~ smirk ~
Deann: grass/lawn is the ultimate ground cover. It's obviously high maintenance. Contractors/builders often flip-flop the soil so that the clay is on top. Soil amendment is key in most plants and the most important element in having a lush lawn. Sand and/or quarry limestone grit mixed into the clay allows roots to go deeper, more quickly. Fescues can have their roots three to three and a half feet deep. Also fescues fare better in shady areas than other grasses.
Organic fertilizers are the ONLY ones that should be used on a lawn. The reason is not so obvious. Chemical-based fertilizers will "green up" a lawn quickly, but at a high price. The grass roots stay on the surface, instead of going down. This will cause thatch which eventually kill parts of the lawn. Once a properly planned lawn is in place, it will withstand the hottest and most arid conditions.
BTW, as to only native plants, you'll miss out on Helleborus niger (even though it likes its moisture). Now go get some soil on your knees.
stockstud: AONs are more helpful on AMX or NYSE.
Shab: #1 is my favorite; a breakout of this type is is a virtual lock. #2 low volume is a two-edged sword. Low volume results in poor liquidity and thus poor spreads. This inhibits accumulation. #3 this is also a two-edged sword. #4 one needs to be wary of trying to hit tops or bottoms. LOY can go even lower and often does.
Remember, just because it is posted doesn't make it so.
grubmaster: it's now fixed. http://home.att.net/~cecw/lastpage.htm
easymoney101: yes, but a slight correction: it's Al Haig.

bartermania: for those not aware of this case, this is to bolster your point:
Governments descend to the level of a mere private
corporation and take on the character of a mere private
citizen [where private corporate commercial paper {Federal
Reserve Notes} are concerned] .... For purposes of suit,
such corporations and individuals are regarded as an entity
entirely separate from government.

pcNews: Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! The torture and the floggings will continue daily, until morale starts to pick up.
todd h: yeppers, thanks for the link. Are you aware of Len Horowitz? http://www.tetrahedron.org/aboutus.html
Who farted?
Eying .95 as the entry point. eom
walldog0: you might want to check this out. It won't necessarily clear up things, but will give quite a different perspective. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=11855343
"Saudi Official Maintains There's Plenty of Oil.
'There are enough supplies today to meet world demand. In fact, there is an excess supply. For the last two or three years, we've been trying to sell some of our oil on the market, without any customers.'
'Claiming that geopolitical instability is the cause of higher oil prices, Saudi Arabia's ambassador to the United States, Turki al-Faisal disputed assertions that economic and business decisions have driven prices upwards'"
