dd results rufus,
Before CVSU the past reveals a somewhat negative history for Mr. Harris which can be debated at best.
I cannot find anything that could be stated to be a clear positive about Mr. Harris prior to CVSU and CVSU is incomplete.
Why does the website not have a list of positive accomplishments for Mr. Harris from the past?
I am long but AISS is the only good thing I personally have been able to see.
sam
SCEPTOR,
Do you know of a contract to be announced or not?
sam
Longs poll,
What will you do Monday morning if there is no news of any kind between now and start of trading Monday?
My own assumption is Rufus will have to say something to somebody.
sam
that's funny nateeee eom
Yes it appears to be Rufus. However if the man has been wheeling and dealing for years, it could be a mistake to judge by grenelefe, especially since he lost nothing but a little time on that I suppose. BBAN is still to I guess to everyone's knowledge the most provable black mark.
BBAN vs. AISS it is anyone's call which carries more weight
The part that I consider also unproven by bashers is that it is impossible for a $15 future, improbable is much easier to suggest.
sam
dcschmoeka,
Yes. I saw that one. It bothers me. The name Rufus is it present anywhere?
sam
reword,
CVSU/AISS is on website of georgia aerospace
just looking at the 2 new hires:
the 2nd I found through google so the person was contactable
assumption is many people researching here and I suspect the hire is therefore real
description of hires (which is accurate according to google for 2nd hire) reeks of significant Washington ties
much dd on board mentioning all the relationships to high-ranking people regarding aiss/georgia aerospace
sam
Challenge for bashers,
I admit this company makes me uncomfortable as hell as a long as I have said because of primarily 2 reasons:
1) the history of this company is not known to me, how did it get to many millions of bucks
2) in my opinion rufus for merger should have said option c) $15 set price and then gone very quiet and made no attempt to defend
I'll give benefit of doubt on lot of issues because I don't know all the answers but ...
here is the part I would love for a basher to correct
AISS, Georgia Aerospace the new hires in pr, etc..
this is all a plus for support of Rufus
admittedly AISS might not be a success but it looks like legit business going on
plz refute if you can
sam
DCSCHMOEKA,
Do you have any links to past failures by Rufus prior to BBAN?
sam
jjseabrook,
Thanks for the response.
I am a long that likes to talk about the negatives. I don't like everything I see on this stock but more than anything else, I don't understand how the company got where it is today, assuming about $500 million in cash is accurate. Secondly I don't know why Rufus has allowed this merger to be high-profile, better to do it as quietly as possible.
I think lack of comprehension on this company makes it completely fair game for bashers and it is too late to effectively counter the barrage of criticism prior to the big event.
I try to counter possible negatives to the positive AISS in my mind.
Anybody who can respond to a legitimate question or attack with facts is much appreciated such as yourself.
Much appreciated those who exposed our-street and lemon machine.
sam
Mastaflash,
Sounds good. Do you know exactly what pertaining $15 was guaranteed? See my previous post. At this point I would say they can no longer function under private company rules.
sam
Was $15 guaranteed?
Nothing wrong in my opinion with Rufus defending and explaining setting $15, unless not true.
Did he guarantee $15 or not?
A guarantee that $15 is reasonable and cheap I think would be okay.
A guarantee that institutions are willing to buy at $15 maybe could be accepted by SEC, but I am highly doubtful that SEC would accept as okay to state as guarantee that anybody in now can sell at $15.
sam
jgelske,
Thanks for the info but I think it will be too much of a process for me to understand and master.
I did a google on paul harris + grenelefe
turned up several references with 2002 date
Are those legit from 2002?
sam
Cowboy,
You seem like a pretty smart guy.
What do you think about the results of
google on paul harris + grenelefe
sam
JGELSKE,
Google verified different stuff on this. How can one judge age of website?
sam
OUR-STREET,
What is the biggest reason you think this is a scam? Are you 99% or 100% confident or ...?
Respond to this:
"I like nothing about FHAL except for the military connection. On the Georgia Aerospace website it mentions CVSU/AISS.
Also the press release for which there is google verifiable identity of one of the new hires for AISS. If this is a scam, it is quite involved and seems like a dumb play to list people unless they really are hired. The description of the new hires spells Washington lobbyists.
My viewpoint is whether AISS is worthy fundamentally in the long-run, it gives a serious appearance of trying to feed at the public trough. If that is the case, that would run counter to do a dumb ass stock scandal, would it not?
If you can shoot down this theory, then I would be all against FHAL."
sam
Rufus on behalf of all,
JIMWJ,
The biggest negative at the moment really for me is that Rufus is not forthcoming on the message board with answers to questions. Why bother to be on the message board if not helpful? I can see not answering all questions but he is not answering anybody.
I saw early on about squeaky clean with the SEC, so at the very least he could put together a list of questions and answers on the website perhaps so everybody can read. I will post this to him as well.

Rawnoc,
What a coincidence. I just checked my mailbox right before my plan to see if you had any posts on this.
Thanks for the compliment. Often I have shit for brains though.

sam
dr bill,
I agree with that thought. I don't like the way Mr. Harris pumps. A pump could be mostly accurate, but if he has the firepower to get institutions on his side, that is the right way to do business.
I think this is legit because Of AISS.
sam
our street,
My view is my own.
To say I think it is a scam is okay. To say that I am 99% convinced that it is a scam is okay. For a nationally recognized voice to say something is a scam without context of an opinion, well that is a risky position to take.
I personally don't like the position of not accepting bashing as legit. Bashing can involve prejudice, it can involve joy of disruption or of others' pain or mixed in a reasoned position that may or may not be accurate.
sam
AISS is why I have leaned towards this not being a scam. Hiring high-profile Washington people does not seem likely for a scam.
Has anyone contacted AISS high-profile people for verification of there working there as described?
I read one here contacted Georgia aerospace.
I did always consider BBAN in the negative ledger, can't be totally dismissed.
Does anybody understand the history of CVSU? I don't, purely falling back on AISS.
sam
Mr. Harris,
A post by you in my opinion addressing stocklemon statements would be good.
I am especially interested in a recap on shares.
How many shares total outstanding will there be for CVSU? How many shares of that are old FHAL?
Also any summary describing the business history of CVSU in terms of how did the company initially get money? A description of current revenue and break even point for any subsiduaries, just rough estimates would be nice.
Thanks,
sam
Cowboy,
Rufus last post sent to dimension addressing 90-120 day muddied the waters again.
How did you read the post?
sam
rufus 90-120 is clear as mud, will fhal be tradeable next week or not? correction the new symbol for old fhal holders trade next week for our old fhal shares?
sam
everybody will remain nervous until the dust settles - sam
all well for widow if institutions immediately start buying after symbol change and she holds until then
everything hinges on institutions liking what they see or not
again it does not mean $15 but it does mean well above $1
sam
Rick,
That was my point
sam
DR BILL error,
"Rufus also stated there are institutional groups that after seeing the 10QSB and the SB2 have agreed to purchase stock at that price. I think the is the ace Rufus is holding and he knows it...how else could he have made a guarantee to a woman on the air in public without having soom idea that he could back that statement up otherwise he could be sued and he knows that."
Rufus therefore in my opinion stated nothing different about the $15.
"Institutional groups are prepared to purchase." That does not guarantee $15 technically true, but it guarantees the widow will be fine if she holds from here.
Also, how are institutions going to buy if shares are tied up for 90-120 day?
sam
Please bash this idea if possible.
AISS approach appears to me to lobby the right people to get their share of federal money.
This obviously could fail or it could be successful, so the fundamentals are questionable but ...
if you are in the lobbying business, you can't scam in the stock market at the same time, you can pursue one or the other but not both
sam
funkydrummer/question for all,
I can understand your frustration. Part of the answer though is it has been asked many times. Everybody thinks about why so cheap.
The best answer in my opinion but not necessarily the way it will be:
at time of halt to stock trading, filings will show a book value that will be acceptable to serious money
The question some are wondering about is: is the book value truly $7 plus?
How did the company achieve such wealth?
If AISS is solid, not just potential which could go either way (ie fail to produce the big revenue), then I would think the company is probably worth millions of dollars so why to scam?
Other words a scam only makes any kind of sense if the company is questionable in its fundamentals, but I don't know if people on this board understand the fundamentals. I don't have a clue, but I am not a good DDer.
sam
I suspect somebody has an answer. Was a summary given of what the different companies under this umbrella are at for revenues/breaking even. sam
JJSEABROOK,
I look forward to an ibox covering questions.
To me currently I feel the biggest nagging doubt is Mr. Harris relationship to BBAN/lawsuit.
I have read as to the lawsuit was filed without merit. Mr. Harris also has posts on BBAN board.
My take is this would take a lot of investigation to try to understand the situation if one simply does not take as fact either the accusation or the rebuttal I have read.
The conservative mind would say to stay away from ugly pictures.
The military connection is the biggest plus for believing Mr. Harris.
Has there been much contribution from oldtimers from BBAN posting here supporting the rebuttal to lawsuit?
A big plus would be if many BBAN people are currently in FHAL.
sam
proper procedure,
It is always proper procedure on a situation that looks too good to be true, to be extra skeptical and hunt hard for any negatives to be found.
If nobody expressed negatives or disbelief, anybody would still be approaching this with great caution. They are easier to be manipulated on the negative side because of the too good to be true rule of thumb.
Concerns are items which reduce desires to buy.
Sketchy history of CVSU/mr harris is a concern. Sketchy does not mean illegitimate, just inadequate for full comfort.
Option 2 being in my opinion nonunderstandable adds to concern.
option 3 is still hard to understand and adds to concern. From what has been posted, I accept option 3 as an okay way to do business. $15 has every right to be questioned as a price target.
$15 target is not the issue for buying though. $1 or less target is the issue. Nobody should care about if trading between $3 and $100 over time if buying now.
I believe that this is a legitimate enterprise with I assume $3 on up to sky as valid.
Biggest concern is why only $1.14. Time and regular filings can change that. Give time for analysts over upcoming months to issue opinions.
Personally I think if book value is clearly verified for big money people, we should see at least $10 with the caveat that a secondary could cause price weakness.
sam
here is one answer,
Note typical trading otc below $250-$800K+ plus 5-20% retained equity ownership
We are more or less in the right ball park
this was found very quickly with google
OTC Bulletin Board The most popular type of public shell for conducting a reverse merger is the OTC Bulletin Board public shell vehicle. The OTC Bulletin Board is operated by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and requires that all companies whose stock is traded on the OTC Bulletin Board (or Nasdaq or Amex) maintain their current reporting status with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which includes current audited financial statements. OTC Bulletin Board shells come in various forms and packages, with some currently trading and some non-trading.
Cost: (non-trading) $150,000 - $250,000, plus 5 - 20% retained equity ownership
(trading) $250,000 - $800,000+, plus 5 - 20% retained equity ownership
$100 in 12 months,
If Rufus believes $100 is reachable in 12 months then let us use the $34 figure as the best figure for current price since bod suggested.
Assume 15 million shares outside of CVSU hands.
15 * 34 = 510
CVSU could be viewed as paying $510 million in stock for maybe a high quality shell due to Amazon potential.
Often a high market cap stock will pay generously with stock since no cash, so the question still is
good shell purchase - yes or no
does not necessarily matter, just a point in evaluating one's investment
I don't understand the rationale of option 2 ever being on table.
I truly would like to understand the shell history of CVSU. I posted earlier about 2004 pr on acquiring shell by CVSU.
My thanks to clarification on the convertible. I accept that big boys want to see the book value submitted before buying.
sam
Thanks Charlatan. I got lost in the wording until you bolded. Logic alone probably could have closed the issue but fear about this deal took center stage first.
sam
Bud750,
What does the halt signify to big players which would be needed for a big jump in marketcap?
Does the $15 state to people in the securities business that the company is officially sticking its neck out to SEC on book value?
Also did you see my post about the public shell in 2004? I don't understand that. Does anybody know?
sam

tallrob,
Be honest. Do you think you would buy this stock at this time if your net worth was $5 million or more?
I can't say for sure about myself but I believe the answer is no.
If I had such a large pile of money, I would be in 25 companies perhaps all of which would either be consistent good dividend payers or established history of growing earnings and stable price patterns.
Perhaps that very reason is why the big players won't touch this for now. They might want to wait until several months post merger.
