My view is my own.

To say I think it is a scam is okay. To say that I am 99% convinced that it is a scam is okay. For a nationally recognized voice to say something is a scam without context of an opinion, well that is a risky position to take.

I personally don't like the position of not accepting bashing as legit. Bashing can involve prejudice, it can involve joy of disruption or of others' pain or mixed in a reasoned position that may or may not be accurate.
