Be honest. Do you think you would buy this stock at this time if your net worth was $5 million or more?

I can't say for sure about myself but I believe the answer is no.

If I had such a large pile of money, I would be in 25 companies perhaps all of which would either be consistent good dividend payers or established history of growing earnings and stable price patterns.

Perhaps that very reason is why the big players won't touch this for now. They might want to wait until several months post merger.
