Is this good or bad??
From the looks of it, seems like it would take a lot to propel this stock to a nickel, let alone a dime or more...
Hope I'm wrong, though
C
I'm afraid there's no link to an interview there--just a string of eight comments by shareholders that don't reference an interview...Also what looks like a copy of a filing from November of last year
DPLS????????????????????????????????????????
Who is the merger with?
I'm new to this company and have it on my watch list...
Good Lord, I think I'd slit my wrists and die
So growing this company organically implies no dreaded Reverse Split on the horizon? Has the CEO specifically addressed this possibility in the recent past?
Just Curious...
PS And yes, I'd appreciate some links to those interviews if you can provide them...I'd like to review his remarks before sinking money into this stock
Thx,
Cash
Ok thanks Gator; I appreciate it!
C
I originally bought into ILUS for its unique misting tech that's supposed to save billions of gallons of water nationwide over the course of a quarter in firefighting operations. But--as opposed to Vira Drones and other company ventures since then, I've heard precious little about our Maxi A-I nozzle (or progress, if any) related to it...
Any thoughts?
C
I'll give it another three to five months...If the Yield sign and CE designations haven't been removed by then it will be Panic City--(if it isn't already...)
Since the statement about drone sales was first made, the stock price continues to drop incrementally anyway, so what difference does it make?
Until this company is SEC reporting and independently audited I'm afraid that the larger investment community really doesn't give a rip what Mark Schmidt says about current or (prospective) deals...at least not thus far from what I've seen...
Hope that changes--and soon, or else...
C
Your lips\God's ears...
Do you--or does anyone on this board--know much about CEO Stavros Triant? I've considered investing a little in DVLP, but before I did anything I decided to look up some of his past dealings...The posts I found on Facebook about him weren't flattering at all--they referred to him as a scammer...They all had a date stamp of 2019, for whatever that may be worth...Do you think there's anything to it or should I chalk it up as typical troll garbage?
Thx,
C
Give it a couple of hours...
C
Provide a link, PLEASE
Right Said, Fred! Amen...
Who or what is BW, please?
(I'm new to this stock)
C
Good...hopefully
Notice that I said Yield\CE--or if I didn't, I should have since I think the Yield caution actually preceded the Caveat by several weeks if memory serves. If I recall, this mess began five or six months ago (early last Fall?) regardless of the specific OTC investor warning. However you slice it, in my opinion it's already been far too long. There's absolutely no reason in my mind why the CEO can't state (even in bland terms) what the current hold up is instead of recycling the same empty "updates" that don't impart anything substantial....
Is that any clearer?
Reticence about behind-the-scenes negotiations with major federal investment targets like the Pentagon is understandable...But what reason can be offered for the deafening silence from our CEO as to what, exactly, is holding up the change in Yield\CE status that's been festering for more than six months, and which predates the hiring of the new attorneys by a considerable amount of time? Is he not allowed to divulge that legally either?
Also, regarding potential defense industry contacts, is the military the only pipeline for CYBL's products? When I first began pouring money into Cyberlux two years ago it seemed to me that our lighting technology--among other commercial solutions--would have wider applications that aren't limited to any single sector... Am I wrong--and if any exist, why are there no updates about them? Should we conclude that our sole--(or main)--customer base going forward will be the munitions industry to the exclusion of most others? With a heavy financial stake in the eventual outcome of all this I'm all ears if anyone here knows...
Thx,
C
Agreed...
Until SEC reporting via audited financials are a regular occurrence with this company it will remain a so-called story stock with rumored connections to huge defense contractors in the military industrial complex that no one can actually verify
That noted, I'm still heavily invested and holding long until further notice
C
If so, then Mark Schmidt should simply SAY THAT periodically if only to allay shareholder fears and encourage investors to purchase more stock...
C
The CE and the CEO as far as I'm concerned if MS doesn't get this straightened out by June...
A good, honest, competent CEO shouldn't have to be told that (and told and told and told...) That's what I find most alarming. From the very start following the CE snafu his vow to have weekly updates felt like a thinly veiled attempt to pacify shareholders in place of providing useful, actionable information. Updates about updates that really say nothing substantive won't accomplish that...
Disgusted,
C
If you manage to coax an answer out of him about the logic of the cryptic posts he sends in view of the gap between the current DPLS share price and the target price in those posts of his I'll be agreeably surprised...
That's what my gut tells me as well...I've shed most of my shares because even if you'd held one million shares previously, following the (minimum) 1:1000 share exchange with the reformed company you'd only be left with one thousand shares and no real guarantee that the stock price won't drop in the months after that... And if the ratio ends up being 1:10,000, forget it...
Disgusted,
C
?DPLS?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
If I'm not mistaken Dennis will be just one of six members in the revised board of directors which means that he'll no longer have sole discretionary decision making power with the reformed company.
With that in mind, why would he still need to be replaced? (Not that I'd care..)
I think Al Davinchi's post sums it up pretty well...If true, it would explain the heavy selling of DPLS shares despite the superficially rosy news issued by D.O. about investors getting full value for their holdings
Sorry Doog & Trader...At this point I'm not the least bit optimistic
C
I'd far prefer that he had enough pull with the OTC hierarchy to remove our Caveat Emptor status in a timely manner....like NOW...
C
It's both suspicious and mildly alarming to me that Mark Schmidt--in view of his acknowledged careless, slipshod screw up(s) with the OTC--actually has to be implored to provide the basic information that you correctly proposed. If he did so it would allay investor fears and buy him more credibility not only with us but with potential contract targets in various commercial and military sectors as well...
C
So??
I need a clear answer to the following question:
If I have 100,000 shares of DPLS prior to the official establishment of the re-formed company, will I have 100,000 shares of the new company after the dust settles?
(I suspect not...)
And what was the 52 week high??
Thanks for fleshing the explanation out further for me Peach!
C
I hadn't thought of possible long term growth for IFUS from the angle of industry whales losing market share to smaller competitors who saw value in using bagasse before the Cargills and the Monsantos did...
Thanks!!
C
When I opened the link you referenced I expected to see article(s) much more recent than reports from the Spring of 2013...IFUS' hierarchy has probably changed several times since then, so the variables in the equation--and derivatively the results and conclusions gleaned from them--are likely to be different as well; or so I reason...
C
Thanks for that!
The article you provided sounds great in many respects vis a vis contrasting the benefits of IFUS' product with the detriments which accrue to the ongoing use of conventional cattle feed. My concern is that the global and domestic influence of the largest feed providers and agribusiness titans like Monsanto, Cargill, Archer Daniels Midland, Purina, et al, may actively work against disruptive concepts like bagasse for cattle unless they can be persuaded to sign contracts with IFUS, no?
C
Due to their many alleged connections to the Pentagon and to the military industrial complex more generally I assume that the company will do well if Mark Schmidt's attorneys ever straighten things out with the OTC's hierarchy. Until they do that though, conjectures about possible Cyberlux stock prices in the dim future don't interest me... It's too much of a tease, and we've already had enough of that.
First things first,
C
