Exactly.
Many agree with you and that's why they are long on this stock!
Provide proof of your claims.
Absolutely baseless assertions without proof.
Again, MHHC is debt free. DEBT FREE.
What Will McCusker, an employee of the company does with his personal finances have as much to do withe the company as Apple being dead because Steve Jobs is dead. Makes that much sense.
$MHHC. Completed Reverse Merger and ticker change. PRs coming and starting tomorrow.

can this be worth 10 cents ? at .1025
why? why not ?
this is on track for 5.5 MILLION IN REVENUES in 2017
in subbyland, revenues are nonexistent
if a company comes out with a cool PR that this is what they are going to do, then the subby runs and sometimes it runs to a penny or multiple pennys
look at MME* for example,
they have ZERO REVENUES, but it ran to 5 cents because they said they are going to open a refinery in 2018
again - proving the point that subbys DONT HAVE REVENUES
this has 5.5 MILLION IN REVENUES in 2017 (on track for)
with a calculated float of : 1,341,937,761 ( look at this link to see how that float number was calculated : https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=132514229 … )
that would put this at .0041
insurance/warranty sector trades 25x, that is the typical multiplier
25 x .0041 would put this at .1025
is it possible that this is valued at 10 cents when the ticker change solidifies that this is now traded as $MCCU ?
What is this all about? What is MHHC and why did they go through a name change?
Good questions. Let's see if we can't take a walk down memory lane
1. Who/what the heck is McCusker Holdings Corp
$MHHC is a "holding" company. What's a "holding" company you say? Good question. I just so happen to have the answer. Let me tell you about holding companies:
Broadly defined, a holding company is a company that doesn’t have any operations, activities, or other active business itself.
Instead, the holding company owns assets.
In fact, many of the most successful companies in the world are really holding companies. Verifiable examples (look at their stock history and salivate at the gift you are literally being handed based on MHHC's current stock price):
- Johnson & Johnson (yes, it is nothing but a holding company).
- Sears Holding Corporation (Nasdaq:SHLD. SHLD. )
- Hertz Global Holdings (NYSE:HTZ. HTZ. )
- Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK.A. BRK.A. )
- Humana Inc. ( NYSE:HUM. HUM. )
- WellPoint, Inc. ( NYSE:WLP. WLP. )
- Citigroup (NYSE:C. C. )
- Americredit Corp. ( NYSE:ACF. ACF. )
- The St. Joe Company (NYSE:JOE. JOE. )
As previously stated, the holding company owns assets.
These assets can be shares of stock in other corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, private equity funds, hedge funds, publicly traded stocks, bonds, real estate, song rights, brand names, patents, trademarks, copyrights, or virtually anything else that has value.
For example, one of the most respected blue chip stocks in the world, Johnson & Johnson, is really a holding company. The firm itself, in which you are buying shares when you acquired stock, doesn't actually do anything in the sense that people think it does. Instead, as a result of its complex history, Johnson & Johnson holds ownership stakes in 265 separate, individual businesses the same way you might own shares of different businesses through a brokerage account.
Why is this important? Holdings companies grow in value through M&A (mergers and acquisitions). M&A is very often executed through restricted shares (hence increases in AS is actually a sign of growth).
What is the difference between your typical penny stock float/AS increase and a typical holdings company increase? Most of the former try to generate capital to execute/run operations by dilution or increasing AS. A holding company has no desire or technical need to do so. They do nothing but acquire and run other companies. That's it. And that's what the shares are for.
2. Okay. Great. But this stock previously listed as Oceanic Research & Recovery inc. which was subject to lawsuits and many scams.
Why is it listed as $MHHC? Does a change in symbol/name change any of that?
Very good questions indeed.
What we have here are the final stages of what is essentially the end of a lengthy but brilliantly orchestrated process of going public via the "Reverse Merger" route. The alternative process, IPO, is well known but has its disadvantages.
The pros and cons of both processes are discussed in detail here:
Reverse Mergers
Alternatively, you can download a PowerPoint deck describing the ways in which you can go public, along with pros and cons. NOTE all the cons listed. This gives you an idea of all that could have delayed or prevented the process (which Frank and the MHHC team have successfully completed).
Consummating a Reverse Merger - Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP (link downloads a ppt)
So the stages for going public through Reverse Merger are summarily as follows:
Phase One: Company Internal Preparation
Phase Two: Due Diligence and Negotiation of Acquisition Terms
Phase Three: Closing the Reverse Merger
Phase Four: Name/Ticker symbol change
As you guessed, we are in the final stage of the merger and the beginning of, IMHO, good things.
3. Wow. So this is my opportunity to get in early and buy a stake in a valuable holding company while it is still cheap. But why MHHC? Why should I buy this stock now at this price and not wait.
Well my friend, the answers are plenty. The primary factors you have to consider are that valuation (i.e. the current price as of closing yesterday, and perhaps for the past several months, are the price of a dead nonexistent shell with the 'potential' of becoming $MHHC, a revenue generating juggernaut. At these levels, the only way forward is up IMHO. Secondly, you have to consider comps. What are other holding companies given the current revenues trading at. What is the fair value given the estimated float of the company, and what are the multipliers for this type of industry? This and other due diligence has been posted on this board and will likely be reposted again.
Final word:
As with all financial decisions, think it over, develop your strategy and buy according to your risk tolerance. As in all things, an investment is always a risk. But it is my humble opinion, that baring natural disasters and catastrophes, this company, under the leadership of Frank Hawley, has demonstrated grit, determination, professionalism, and dedication, that should leave any investor confident in the future of this enterprise. I can't see the future, but I imagine it is bright for $MHHC!

3. Pending news. The CEO has indicated repeatedly that, as a result of this name change, announcements and press releases have been delayed until the new entity comes online (i.e. name change process is completed). These include Mergers and Acquisitions completed or in process of being completed, new board members with fortune 500(?) history, and vision for the future of MHHC. This last point was hinted at in a tween just recently. See for yourself $MHHC Sets sights on $100-million revenues, Fully Reporting, and Up List NASDAQ Exchange

I'm not sure MMs will leave this at these levels for long. .001 will be a gift at opening. Most people don't realize how fast this can/will move once word gets out.
I'd call this a slam dunk if you don't mind.
These are all in progress and addressed by CEO himself.
Agreed. This is HUGE news. Some have awaited this day for months. And now it's finally here! We receive new valuation since the current trading price is essentially for a dead shell.
I'll stick to facts on vetted websites and not scribd thanks.
MHHC financials will be PR'd on new ticker. I think I'll rely on FINRA's sense of credibility per financial integrity of the company. After all, that is part of their mission.
No need to beg my pardon.
I didn't cut and paste a picture. I provided a link to a website most people find credible. But if you insist we go by your images, I and many others will politely decline.
I believe this and other informative posts need to be stickied.
Frankly, i'm besides myself with glee that I can continue to load up at these levels. I'm not sure it will stay here much longer though.
New levels will be tested once the new ticker is traded.
Previously posted $MHHC annual reports posted here:
Annual reports for 2015 and 2016
Currently company is projected to have $5.5M in revenues and growing. Other's have done the math on revenues here. Look through older posts or stickies.
I can verify that what AXE said here is a good faith summary of what is publicly available and verifiable fact about McCusker Holdings Corp.
$ORRV is NO MORE. Oceanic Research and Recovery has been history for years. The shell stock was used solely for the purpose of taking a successful growing private company public. A successful growing "HOLDING" company public.
And now we are at the dawn of a beginning for $MHHC. The smart investor has the opportunity for both long and short-term investment returns by taking advantage at these levels.
With Frank Hawley at the helm of affairs, he has already proven how work ethic, his toughness, dedication, perseverance, and professionalism in marching us from road blocks to completing the reverse merger and getting FINRA name change approval(don't take my word for it, you can verify here: http://otce.finra.org/DLSymbolNameChanges posted 11/10/2017, effective 11/13/2017)
This last hurdle Frank carried us through needs to be stressed. I cannot emphasis how rigorous the process of approval through this regulatory body is. FINRA approval is not a walk in the park as it is the equivalent of a brand new business going public and becoming a publicly traded entity. Approvals are not given lightly and this only gives further evidence to the credibility of the company.
This is actually correct. There is NO TOXIC DEBT.
In fact, according to recent PR. Company is debt free. They are only beholden to their shareholders. AKA you and I. The investors and nothing toxic about that. That is healthy, good ole fashioned American business.
It sure looks like it boss.
We are looking to break real soon here.

$MHHC CEO has confirmed repeatedly on numerous occasions that there will be NO reverse split.
May I ask what criteria you use to measure the goodness of shortability of a stock?
Should've posted this earlier. So sorry. $ORRV reverse merger final stage, ticker change, official on finra scheduled for Monday. Don't miss this run.
No. It's called a name change. FINRA doesn't do pumps and dumps.
Hahahah.
Get this, FINRA just approved a bankrupt corporate entity's request to become a publicly traded company?
I'm sorry. Given the choice of believing in the decisions of FINRA and a random internet comment especially when they have shown zero evidence, I'll go with FINRA thank you very much.
You couldn't make this stuff up guys.
Ooooh!!!
It's about to be.
LoL.
You believe this?
It's called illegal naked shorting.
Anyone who believes there is no shorting in sub pennies is ....
You think stocks march up monstrously because of buy pressure alone? Or that they march downwards because of gravity?
The astronomical runs on name changes is a direct result of illegal shorts. They are necessarily forced to cover and reconcile books. That's a good chunk of the buy pressure: short covering.
ORRV (Oceanic Research & Recovery, inc) is no longer in existence.
Come Monday, November 11th, 2017, a new entity will be trading under the ticker symbol $MHHC. That company is McCusker Holdings Corp.
A note to everyone. FINRA has investigated and scrutinized this name change for MONTHS. This means that financials, revenues, share structure, operations, legitimacy and all of the things required for an entity to be traded publicly have been vetted by the top financial authority in our nation.
I will take the approval of FINRA over ANY alternative opinions anywhere in the world.
GO $MHHC!! We are looking at baggers in the range of .10 to .25c.
Don't get left behind!
I agree. Look at the thin volume and the move on this.
Agreed.
Doing just that.
You following this. There's zero bid all of a sudden. What happened?
Been lurking here for a few months. Nice to see this gaining some good traction.
No such thing. Such backdoor nonsense is a security breach and any credible mail client will block it. I mean, you don't even need to understand networking or computing to see how this idea is unsound.
Thanks for the info.
Some fairly high expectations there. What's the case?
Any link to updated share structure? OTC looks terribly outdated.
Nice action today!
People are buying because of that? That's odd.
6 close. Nice.
Why are people buying a worthless shell?
Because it is attached to a Holding company and folks know the value. GLTA
I and other investors take notes so we know what was said and how to follow up with questions.
I agree. This is expected of good leadership with vision. Some don't see that. I see that clearly here.
First, I concede that it is possible, given prior bias for it, to interpret this tweet out of context to mean "Our total annual revenue for the company is *now* 330k." It is a stretch but we can allow it.
However, most who attended the conference call and read the tweets leading up to said tweet, understand that this is in reference to new acquisition, hence new annual revenue of 330k.
This is further supported by the fact that CEO reiterated that revenues for FY2017 remained the same as in FY2016 but projected growth for FY2018 and beyond.
