I can verify that what AXE said here is a good faith summary of what is publicly available and verifiable fact about McCusker Holdings Corp.

$ORRV is NO MORE. Oceanic Research and Recovery has been history for years. The shell stock was used solely for the purpose of taking a successful growing private company public. A successful growing "HOLDING" company public.

And now we are at the dawn of a beginning for $MHHC. The smart investor has the opportunity for both long and short-term investment returns by taking advantage at these levels.

This last hurdle Frank carried us through needs to be stressed. I cannot emphasis how rigorous the process of approval through this regulatory body is. FINRA approval is not a walk in the park as it is the equivalent of a brand new business going public and becoming a publicly traded entity. Approvals are not given lightly and this only gives further evidence to the credibility of the company.
