The company can exchange, cancel or burn our positions at any time via corporate actions. What bugs me is that my broker(RBC ActionDirect) tell me that it is a worthless stock even with the new stock symbol and cusip number.

When did you purchase your shares? If it was after August 22ndish, then they must have settled your purchase directly between brokers because the DTC wasn't touching it at that time.

My broker says they are real. Why? Because you can sell them back to a broker-dealer for .0001 a share. So how exactly would they clear if they are not in the DTCC clearing system? Broker to Broker of course! Why didn't I think of that?! OK, so I call my broker up again and ask who sold me those BCIT shares after August 22nd? They reply: Don't know. OK, so which market maker sold those shares to me? Ans: Don't know. I see....so you are able to take my money but can't 1) provide the name of the MM, 2) Cannot request Certs.

DTC received a deposit of fake shares.
DTC cleared all BCIT trades since 2001.
DTC was told of fakes.

Go read the "NEW" DTC rulebook(booring as hell)...you will see that they can burn Certs WHENEVER they see fit. Why else do you think CMKX are telling shareholders to request Certs(ding ding ding)
