I asked ST that Q and they told me it was for my protection. They want to be sure it is ME that is buying the stock, because your account info could be stolen. The crooks then uses your account funds to buy a stock to inflated the pps on a stock they own, they sell their personal stock and leave you the owner of a stock you don't want at inflated pps.

I know,I know, there's a bridge in Oakland I can sell you real cheap also, but that's what they told me.LOL

Scottrade won't let you buy on-line but will let you sell. You have to call and buy through the broker but only pay the internet rate.

that would be great. Do you think this is the reason why FFGO is handling the spin offs ( by dealing direct with the brokerage houses and not using a middleman ) as a way to make them buy (to replace the shorts) on the open market??
I'm just guessing but the lady at ST telling me this is VERY UNIQUE rings out to me that FFGO is doing something different. "WHY" ( either by FFGO or Scottrade ) is the question in my mine. GL

FYI, I contacted my broker ST. When I called they weren't aware of the spinoffs.
I gave them the FFGO info. They called back 15 mins later and told me they are just starting to receive information on this issue and will need two or three days to figure out what is going on.
They did say that this is a VERY UNIQUE type of transaction, in that the company (FFGO) will be dealing (submitting shares) directly with the brokerage houses, with no middleman involved. The person I was dealing with said she has never hear of that before.
Hope this makes sense to everyone.

Did anyone else have problems buying on the internet? Scottrade wouldn't let me buy this morning, I had to call in the order. They said that there was unusual action on the stock ( volume or price spiking) so they were restricting the buys only. Not the selling. Just wondering if any other brokerage firms were doing the same. GLTA

LP, speaking about restricted shares. I still have mine and wondering what will happen to them. I know the current Pr's are limited with information, but in your opinion will the restriction time frame (2 yrs) be lifted or extended with a new company. Also, if we are given shares of the new company based on your current (tradeable) shares of PAVC, would the restricted shares count??? TIA

sg1981, well they responded at 7:30pm. I'm Sorry to say that there response stated "there is no current plan to show TFN".
I wrote back and told "Brian" to tell his management that I along with about 8 other Direct TV subscribers will be going to Dish if Dish is first to show TFN.
I also told Brian to tell the management that "the race was on to see who gets TFN first". HAHA

They say their response will be within 48 hours.
When they do, I will remind them ( they will already know )that I'm a 150-200 dollar per month customer. In the pass they have told me I'm a very important customer ( I will remind them of that )HAHA, so let's see what they say. GLTA longs.

I've been a long,long share holder of rushnet (vnet) and I was concerned that you were attacking my employees, by stating something I haven't experienced with them.
I also noticed that your born on date was the same day as your post so it appeared to me you were bashing the company on the backs of the employees. Sorry if I was wrong on my interpretation.

Collice, I had a totally difference with the people at rushnet. i also ordered via the website recently and when i contacted them about the delivery date (because i live in the country and was concerned about someone being home when it was delivered) i received excellent service. My first call was early and the website site order taker was not in the office yet, but i talked to a very pleasant lady who took my info (name, order #, ect.)and was told the order lady would call me back when she came in. Within one hour another lady who ID herself as the person taking orders called me and told me my delivery date. She also told me if it didn't arrived on that date to call her back. Well it arrived on the date given.

This lady was also very nice, so I don't know who you talked to but the two ladies I talked to was very pleasant, polite and professional. With there limited staff, I believe you must of talked to one of the same ladies so it makes me question what you are saying ( if you talked to one of those ladies ).

P.S. I have talked to the order lady two prior times (in regards to product orders) and she has always been very pleasant.

P.P.S. If dhl delivered your order to a wrong address and the order slip had the correct address, why were you mad at Rushnet? sounds like dhl was at fault. JMO

I should correct myself. I do care but if selling shares help buys the Georgia plant or selling shares help get our product known, IMO those are good reasons to sell shares.

If he sold shares to pay for MUCH needed advertising "I don't care" because I will benefit in the long run again. JMHO

P.S. For the ones who feels the PPS will drop to 0001, I would strongly suggest that you sell at 0003 and buy back at 0001.

Same here. I tried to make a 100 dollar order and it wouldn't except my order. This has happened before so I wasn't surprised but I wish they would fix the problem.
I called to leave a message and the voice mail was full. Not sure how to take that. Maybe a lot of customers calling to order or calling to complain.LOL

GM, I ordered mine last week from Scottrade and they took $ 70 dollars from my account. I was told by ST the TA told them it would take approx. 2-4 months for delivery ( normal time 2-3 weeks ).

I thought it would be a cool talking piece to frame ( 43 billion shares ) and hang it in my office. LOL

Called Susan @ Computershare in regards to divi's. She said they were sent to brokeage firms on 3-30-07 and they are non restrictive.
Scottrade still doesn't show mine. That will be my next call.LOL

Why wait three years. The PPS will be 10-20 dollars by then. IMO.
I'm locked and loaded (well I might be adding some at these prices) and just waiting, less than a year (Oct 2007)IMO for 10-50 cents PPS.
I just hope someone doesn't buy us out before the PPS is at 50 cents. (GREED) LOL

I've checked the web site store and it only has apple and apple w/raspberry.
My family would love to test the others.
Out of 20 relatives/friends the apple was judged with the results being 15 thought it was better than Martinelli and the other thought it was just as good. Same group tested apple w/raspberry and all 20 thought it was GREAT and 12 of them felt it was one of the best juice drinks they have ever tasted.
So everyone is waiting to test the other flavors, thus the reason for my questions.
