Collice, I had a totally difference with the people at rushnet. i also ordered via the website recently and when i contacted them about the delivery date (because i live in the country and was concerned about someone being home when it was delivered) i received excellent service. My first call was early and the website site order taker was not in the office yet, but i talked to a very pleasant lady who took my info (name, order #, ect.)and was told the order lady would call me back when she came in. Within one hour another lady who ID herself as the person taking orders called me and told me my delivery date. She also told me if it didn't arrived on that date to call her back. Well it arrived on the date given.

This lady was also very nice, so I don't know who you talked to but the two ladies I talked to was very pleasant, polite and professional. With there limited staff, I believe you must of talked to one of the same ladies so it makes me question what you are saying ( if you talked to one of those ladies ).

P.S. I have talked to the order lady two prior times (in regards to product orders) and she has always been very pleasant.

P.P.S. If dhl delivered your order to a wrong address and the order slip had the correct address, why were you mad at Rushnet? sounds like dhl was at fault. JMO

If you don't mine, what was your order date and order number?

It's only money
